The chefs are artisans in their own right, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I absolutely love the service here. I've never had even a slightly bad experience. Everyone is always friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. One of my favorite little traditions is that my wife and I like to have them surprise us with a roll or something fun. They are always happy to play along, and they have given us some great choices over the years. The ambience is another big reason I love this place. The saltwater aquarium is beautiful, and my absolute favorite is the eel when he is not being shy for the day. I always try to get a seat where I can have a direct view of the fish tank.
