Low mein that is my 100% go to. So delicious

Another amazing meal! The beef Lo Mein, my favorite! The egg rolls, yes please! Egg drop soup is such a classic and they do it perfectly! Beef Mei Fun is superb! Fried Creamy donut, such an amazing dessert! Not to mention how FAST the delivery is! I apologize for the photos, we went savage when it all got here. It's that good! That place down the street that's a "fast food Chinese place" Not nearly, by a long shot as good. The prices are so comparable.

First time visiting Wow House for early dinner. Nice clean restaurant. Good and friendly service. I get seated right away. I was the only person during early dinner time hours. I ordered wonton soup and Hunan beef. The soup was good. The Hunan beef looked delicious but it was blended. I had to flavor the food with salt and soy sauce to give the food some flavor. I will not be back.

so worth the drive to Benbrook! this restaurant is a gem hidden. First time ordering, called in my order was very courteous and so patient as I was asking questions about the menu. The food was fresh and made it to my house with fresh warm food. If you're looking for Chinese food .. DONT MISS OUT .. worth the price for a great portion!

Food was awesome we all rated our dishes at a 10 out of 10 The menu was huge and it was hard to settle on what we wanted! But choices were made and the portions came out one at a time but all was served quickly! With the scallion pancakes being last! Which I kinda thought it should of been first since it was a appetizer? Well the portions were good for the price and cooked much better than some of the other Asian places we have been too! We all agreed that this will be a repeat restaurant to visit! Everyone loved the food they ordered and we ate until we were full and had plenty of leftovers for at least another meal! My nephew recommended this place and he was not wrong just remember they are a family owned business and they make each order one at a time! So keep that in mind that they may not be fast but I always say if is good and fresh and hot its worth waiting for! They full filled all of that and then some! I'm already to go back and try something new and exciting! They are only about 10 minutes from weatherford off of the 20 so I may not be happy for me if they get packed out as a result on my review! Bit I certainly will be happy for them as they also were extremely nice and happy also a plus mark on their side! So give them a shot you will not be disappointed Just look at the pictures of what we all ordered and I included the order number for those dishes in the picture

With that being said, I like to believe I have a good palate for Chinese food. If you're coming here expecting authentic Chinese food, you won't necessarily be disappointed but just know that your expectations also may not be met. However, if you're looking for upscale Chinese American food then Teddy Wongs is certainly the place to go. I came here on two different occasions - one for a friend's birthday and another for a date. In short, both were great. Both times did require reservations or at least strongly implied so. I did see one couple that seemed to have gotten turned away on a busy night, so just keep that in mind. Additionally, parking may be a bit of an issue as other reviews have noted. However, if you plan accordingly and park at a nearby lot where it's past hours and marked, then it's not an issue. That's at least how it was for me in both instances. Now, when you walk in, the space is more of a dimly lit environment. Perfect for celebrations or date nights (at least from my two visits). With reservations, we were quickly seated. I will say that we were seated quite close to another table during the date so for smaller parties, you may get to know your neighbors. Both servers in the visits were phenomenal - knowledgeable with the menu, friendly with interaction, and quick overall. Could not ask for better! Having been here twice, especially for the birthday, I'd say that I got to try a good amount of their most popular items. In terms of the dumplings, what stood out to me were the pork and crab soup dumplings, spicey wok-fired har gow, and the truffle pork soup dumplings. An appetizer that I will say was a standout was the cucumber salad. It has a good amount of spice that is well complimented by the cold temperature of the dish with a satisfying crunch. Perfect palate cleanser, especially before the dishes that come ahead. For mains, the spicy cilantro cod was a standout with just the right amount of heat. Of course, you have to get the peking duck. It comes in half or whole options. During both occasions, in parties of four and two, we got the half and it was enough. Sure, it wasn't necessarily the quality that you'd get in Beijing but it's certainly up there for a Chinese American restaurant. For dessert, we got the chocolate dumplings. It's exactly what you would imagine... melty rich chocolate contained within a dumpling wrapper. If you've ever had Din Tai Fung then it's more or less that. Lastly, in terms of drinks, I did get the Lucky Emperor at one visit. It's sweet, crisp, and tart. Great drink that I believe complimented the meal! Overall, I do recommend Teddy Wongs. The food is good but the atmosphere, vibes, and service are what really make this a worthwhile visit.

Malai Kitchen in Clearfork is a welcome detour from a shopping afternoon, Thai and Vietnamese…read morecuisine in a bright, airy space that makes you want to settle in for longer than your credit card probably intended. A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.
