We specifically visited this restaurant for our anniversary because my husband wanted King Crab which was advertised on their website. We got there at 3:00 on a Wednesday and were immediately told it was shift change (after we were seated) so it would be a minute. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally come take our order. But just our drinks. 10 minutes later - someone new took our food order. My husband ordered the King Crab. All good. 10 minutes later - we were informed no King Crab. So 35 minutes into our evening and still haven't ordered. My husband really wanted King Crab but settled for snow crab. The service was very slow and the manager just sat at the bar talking to someone. Cute place but not our vibe. Even if it IS shift change - customers should not be left waiting. read more

Large party the service was not good with champagne coming out instead of Chardonnay and really no attention paid to us with empty drinks throughout the meal. Ribs were terrible. My wife and I visited Catch 110 on a recent trip to Biloxi. We had brunch there on a Sunday morning! We thought it was outstanding. We shared a bowl of the Clam Chowder. It was a little different but still delicious! For our entree we had a Spinach Omelette with Bacon and Port Hash. Everything was great! My wife had the Porter Omelette with Sausage and Cheese Grits. It was so good! The staff were super and very attentive. The restaurant is very well appointed with a cool mariner vibe. Two managers came by our table to ensure that our meal was fantastic. Second time here, first trip was excellent, prompt service, good food, good drinks. This past week, dumpster fire. Was seated and didn't really see server for 30 min. Apps took 45 min, 1.5 hours from seating till our meal arrived. Jumbo lump crab cake first visit was terrific, very little breading, cooked perfectly, excellent crab. This time, lots of breading, less crab, over cooked. First trip perfect blue cheese wedge, this time drowned in balsamic reduction, few tomatoes. didn't finish it. Rest of meal was ok but not near first experience. Barely saw our MIA server, I had to go ask for silverware, crab cracker utensils, buckets for the steamed crab shells. Had a reservation but were told that the restaurant was on a wait due to "being at capacity". It wasn't very crowded so I assume they were short staffed. No big deal as we ended up sitting at the bar and decided to eat there. The bartender was friendly but very busy. When we went to order we were told they were out of a couple things. My wife and I ordered but when our entrees arrived I was told they were out of the side that I had ordered. My fresh catch showed up with no sides. They then asked if I'd like to substitute. Forever grateful to our Airbnb host for recommending though she'd never been herself, just heard repeated positive comments. My wife has IBS and requires restaurant accommodations; I love fresh fish, but like it prepared simply, not fried, not with heavy sauces. Catch 110 checked all boxes and then some! First, it is a beautiful space inside looking out on a beautiful space outside. Our server, Cheyenne, knew her menu well and how to make things work for us. When she was uncertain she called upon her manager, who came to our table with his tablet that was loaded with every ingredient in every item on the menu. With that assistance we knew she could have the seared scallops with coconut lime rice rather than the polenta or risotto (both of which contained cream). She raved about her dinner. Meanwhile I had my choice of black grouper or snapper as catch of the day; Cheyenne steered me to the snapper that she said would pair better with crabmeat on top. It was an exceptional piece of fish, perfectly prepared. We split a small chopped salad with artichoke hearts, olives, and radishes that was SO good. We enjoyed an excellent bottle of King Estate Pinot Noir. Prices are moderate. Service and food options and food preparations are what one might hope to find at higher prices in larger cities. This place is amazing! So excited that it's here. We went while my niece was in town and we had a group of 6 that went to eat. We didn't have a reservation but it only took about 40 minutes for us to get our table. Our server was incredible. Her name was Seven like the number and she took amazing care of us. Her recommendations were great and she got all of our food and drinks as quick as possible. The calamari was a great appetizer. The key lime pie martini was the crowd favorite! If you like something sweet, it's perfect. The biscuits they brought out for the table are delicious. Remind me of cheddar bay biscuits. I ordered the filet and lobster and it was cooked to perfection! Everything about our experience was amazing. If you're looking for a nice place to have a great meal this place is perfect. Arrived at 11 a.m. we were the first people in the restaurant. Staff was friendly, we ordered fried shrimp tacos. The tacos dripped slaw juice with every bite and the flavor was not that great. Both of our plates were full of the liquid from the slaw. I have never eaten tacos that have so much liquid running down my hands while trying to eat. We told the waitress about the liquid and she said she would let them know. Easy to find seafood spot. Sunday Brunch menu until 2pm. "Cyn" short for Cynthia was our waitress. Made us feel like we were the most important guests she had all day. Brunch drinks were spot on. The duck gumbo had a dark roux base and was rich and satisfying. The crab cake Benedict was exceptional. I got a burger with a fried egg that was grilled and full of flavor. Fries were slice on a mandolin. Tad salty for my tastes. The shrimp were as large in size as the corn served with them. Perfectly cooked. A silver bucket was provided for the shells. And a steaming hot wet cloth napkin with a wedge of lemon was provided to clean your hands. Details make a restaurant special. Our waitress asked if we wanted "crackers" with our shrimp and I said sure. What came out were crab or lobster shell "crackers" wrapped in a plastic bib. Details. I felt a bit embarrassed when I realized the kind of Crackers "Cyn" was talking about. ‍‍ The chairs were comfortable and silence when moved across the floor. Decor was upscale but not Grand. Comfortable. Details. The restaurant is on the second floor but this place is just off the beach so it has to be above the ground. This is for storm surges. My hubs and I decided to try Catch 101 based on Yelp reviews. We had a wonderful experience that included beautiful ambience, attentive service (shout out to David!) and delicious food and drink. The Key Lime martini is a must try as well as the margarita and Hemingway Daquiri- all very unique! The crab cake for sharing was one of the best we've ever had. We also loved both our entrees: margarita grouper and lobster and shrimp pasta. The blue cheese dressing on our wedge salad was tasty too. We appreciated all of David's recommendations and his warm hospitality. Next time we visit Biloxi Catch 110 will be a must stop for us! read more

I was in the area solo and was hoping for a nice meal. The bar was clearing out and there were plenty of spaces. I had the worst experience with a bartender I believe was named Cody. He refused to wipe down the bar because all the other people had were drinks. The martini was terrible. $12 for 1 small measured shot with way too much olive juice. He huffed around and complained the whole time he was behind the bar. I asked another person the price of my drink and put $15 on the bar so not to have to ask him. When I passed him on my way out he started yelling at me from about 20ft away in front of numerous customers if I was gonna pay for my drink. Horrible experience! read more

Yesterday I ate at catch 110 for the first time for my little cousin's birthday dinner, I ordered a ribeye clam chowder the grouper and lobster ceviche. The lobster and shrimp ceviche was absolutely amazing and the clam chowder well let's just say it's not chowder. It's basically potato soup with clam in it. I ordered a cold beer, expecting it to come out with a cold glass well that was not the case. I ordered my ribeye rare because most restaurants overcooked them anyway well, let's just say that it was medium well and don't even get me started on the grouper. If you live on the coast, you know how a pogy boat smells or a bait shop imagine that, but in your mouth absolutely disgusting waitress could not even smile either it was like talking to a brick wall. Now on the other hand, everyone else's fillets were perfect. I don't know if they just messed my stuff up or I had the bad cook who knows all in all I give this place two stars because of service and expensive prices for my meal , not being prepared properly. Be weary of the fish and make sure they cook your ribeyes correctly and hope you don't have the waitress I had. Thank you you all. Have a great day. I promise I do not get anything from this review. I ate here a month ago and it was absolutely fantastic. Tonight I went back by myself and ate at the bar. Jim and Casey were above amazing! Drinks were on point! I chose to order more than I could eat and had the Tuna Crab stack and the crab cake. Both were fantastic (sorry I didn't take a picture of the crab cake)! As I travel there are very few restaurants that I'm excited about going to when I'm in an area. Catch110 is definitely my place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere! Wanted to go to Catch 110 since their opening. Our favorite restaurant on the Coast is Half Shell because of their consistency of quality so we knew 110 would be good. Went tonight on Super Bowl Sunday for two reasons. First it wouldn't have a long waitlist and second it was our 40th wedding anniversary. 110 didn't disappoint. Started with the duck & andouille gumbo.....delicious. Then the cherrywood smoked pork belly, OMG. But the crowning glory was the crab cake (1/2lb of crab). As a former chef/caterer I applaud the chef because this was one of the finest seafood treats I have ever eaten. Sheer perfection. Key lime pie was the swan song....yum. Because my husband and I are foodies we like to "appetizer" a restaurant on our first visit. It gives us a snapshot of the creativity of the menu, and, 110 scored. Can't wait to try some of the entrees. We are transplants from Chicago where food is amazing. While I enjoy the southern food, it becomes redundant. 110 offers a refreshing twist of flavor combinations. Look out Half Shell, you were my favorite but your relative is the new shining star. read more

I want to love it but..... The first time was very good. Tonight was terrible. I will probably give it another shot because the service was good both times but tonight's food was terrible. Chicken overcooked (yes I know it's a fish place) and the Crab Au Gratin was truly the worst dish I ever had. It was runny, tasted just like raw fish and the smell was horrible. I leave this review hoping they will improve on consistency because although the price is not incredibly expensive, it is far too high to be hit and miss. Another concern is that the restaurant is very loud. A table larger than 4 will have a hard time having a conversation. read more

My sis and I went for an early dinner and we're not disappointed in anything except the crab au gratin. The onions, while minced, were still crunchy and overpowering. But let's move past that because at 65 years old, I had the best crab cake of my life and have been thinking about it nonstop since. THAT GLORIOUS CRAB CAKE-- where to start? 1. It's huge. I've made plenty of crab cakes in my life and I honestly don't think I could make for less the cost to eat at Catch 110. Big in conference, tall, perfectly seasoned, almost zero filler, no chunks of pepper/onion, and a very light mustard flavored sauce that was perfect--- I hate mustard and I was loving this sauce. My sis and I are making a solid 4 hour drive to go back and eat that crab cake at least 2 nights out of 3. Do yourself a favor and try the crab cake. I e had crab cakes all over the country, including Faidleys-- this is the best and they are NOT stingy with the lump. Moving on- Fried shrimp good, acceptable. Sticky ribs excellent! Like I said, we did not care for the au gratin, but other people love it so I think that's on us. Service great, casual atmosphere. Very nice wait staff. Food is overpriced. My wife's dish was not worth eating. The taste of her food was awful. I had steak and lobster. The steak was a quarter inch thick and not worth what they charged. The Lobster tail was about 5 inches long, more like an appetiser. The menu had an upscale look about it but the Ambiance of the place fell in line with an early day cafe. Very low scale for an overpriced menu. Stay away unless you have plenty of money to waste on substandard food. read more
