    Summer drink menu

The food was tasty overall, but a few dishes had their quirks. My steak sandwich was on the salty side, and the cheese, grilled onions, and toasted bread seemed to outshine the meat itself. My husband ordered the red beans and rice -- he said they were decent, but not quite up to homemade standards (though I think he was just trying to flatter me!). He did reach for the hot sauce to give them a little kick. I snuck a bite of the cornbread, which was lightly sweetened -- really enjoyed it. The chicken breast was flavorful, extra crispy, and crunchy, but the crust was a bit too hard to chew comfortably. My husband may have tried a bite as well, and we both noticed the meat itself could have used a little more seasoning. Despite the small critiques, we always enjoy our visits to Patio 44. We sat outside on the patio after 9 p.m. -- a great atmosphere for a night out. The wait staff was wonderfully attentive; three of them rushed over as soon as we arrived. The bar was fully stocked, though we skipped cocktails this time. It's also a quick, pleasant walk from our hotel -- perfect for a night stroll. We'll definitely be back and plan to try something different next visit!

Wonderful food and wonderful service! My partner and I came here for brunch. We were roughly 12 minutes late and when we were on our way, the restaurant called me to confirm if I was still making it. They were very friendly the entire time and the lady at the front desk definitely displayed genuine southern hospitality. That was already a big plus for our experience. I ordered the gulf crab cake benedicts, and they were legit the best egg benedicts that I have ever had. There wasn't an overwhelming amount of hollandaise sauce, which was amazing because too often egg benedicts would have too much of it to define the flavor. Instead, the crab cakes were very well-seasoned by themselves already, containing a good spice level. Once I broke open the poached egg, the yolk elevated the entire dish's taste. The side gouda grits also had the perfect balance of creaminess and grainy-ness, while seasoned very well. My partner and I also enjoyed the Bayou Crawfish Nachos, which had a ridiculous amount. There was definitely a generous amount of crawfish meat and andouille sausage. There was also a lot of spicy cheese sauce, but because everything else was so abundant, the sauce was able to ensure every tortilla chip is coated with it. It was very delicious! Individually, my partner had the beignets and they overall liked it, mentioning that they weren't able to find good beignets in the north (we're located in Minnesota) and that what they had here was more than satisfactory. They also ordered the biscuit and gravy with white gravy, and specifically said that when they took the first bite, it was like the moment in the animation Ratatouille when Anton Ego had his first bite of Remy's ratatouille dish: in other words, the dish brought them back to when their grandmother made biscuits and gravy, in the most positive way. It was that good. If you have read up until this point already, then I think you know that this place is a solid 5 star in my book. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Biloxi, or just any of the three places in Misssissippi that has this restaurant. Last but not least, a special shoutout to our server Miles K, who mentioned that he was still a student and working at the restaurant during break. He was very hospitable and courteous, helping us every step of the way. If management reads this, please know that I would advocate for his retention!

    Spiked cherry limeade

I was seated quickly. I ordered the crab fondue, catfish and grits and the spiked cherry limeade. Everything was delicious. The cherry limeade had vodka but I was able to swap the vodka to tequila with no issues. The waitress was very nice and checked on us the right amount of times. I didn't have to ask for refills. Would return to explore the menu more.

Kids Alfredo, came with a side (brocoli)

I visited Patio 44 recently. We were seated quickly, but the service was a letdown. I asked for my salad to come before the main course, but it never arrived. We ordered a 12-ounce steak (which had at least 20% fat), catfish and grits, a kids' Alfredo, and a kids' brunch. The kids' brunch was supposed to come with grits, eggs, and bacon, but I asked to swap the bacon for tomatoes since we avoid pork. When the meal came out, it still had bacon, even though the waitress acknowledged the mistake. Then, when I mentioned we didn't get grits, she insisted it didn't come with them. I showed her the menu, which clearly listed grits. After confirming with the manager, she said it was supposed to come with potatoes, but those were swapped with the tomatoes--when the tomatoes were supposed to replace the bacon. Ultimately, we never got the meal we ordered. The food was just okay, and despite the 15% military discount, the confusion made it a disappointing experience. I won't be returning or recommending this spot.

Stopped by Patio 44 in Biloxi and was blown away by both the food and the service. Our server Miles was exceptional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish.

    CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE BLUE CRAB FONDUE

Great service food came out very quick. I got the crawfish étouffée and it had a strong tomato base with a perfect amount of spice. It was a nice portion and I finished it all and also had a side of the crab dip as an appetizer, which was super cheesy. The restaurant was very clean, but the music was a tad bit loud, but I was the only one in there so that could've been it.

Listen... I'm from Louisiana and I'm here for work. I was sleep on Mississippi food! Everything was 10/10! Drinks, 10/10. Service 10/10 through and through. As a former server that means a lot for me. That catfish and grits!? Way more than I was expecting and everything about it was the delicious. Even the field peas (black eyed peas) surprised me. My friend had the crab cake sandwich and she gives it a 8.5/10. & The fountain on the patio is a perfect touch to the whole experience. Give them a try!

The service was great, Mike went above and beyond! We were served quickly. The food was good, the mimosas were great. Love the atmosphere. The steak and eggs hit the spot.

Patio 44 in Biloxi is a great spot for a relaxed yet polished dining experience. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. I ordered the Alfredo chicken pasta, and it was rich, creamy, and full of flavor--definitely hit the spot. Solid food, good vibes, and a place I'd gladly visit again when I'm on the Coast.

The restaurant itself is really beautiful, very lux looking. Thos hostess was friendly, greeted us as we walked in and made us feel like she was excited about our arrival. We were seated by the window and she placed a birthday sign by the window, which added an extra special touch. Our server was Jessica and she had an attendant assisting her, darn it I don't remember his name, but they both were great. Very professional, yet friendly. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer. Very flavorful and I appreciated it wasn't full of filling. They also gave us chicken salad on a spoon. I believe it was chicken salad. He said to start the palate. I ordered the lamb, my husband ordered the steak and lobster. He wasn't aware it was a small fried lobster, but he enjoyed it. It was a big piece of steak, 14oz, so he had to take the rest home. It came with a sauce that he really enjoyed. The lamb was melt in your mouth, tasty and savory. Seasoned just right! We also had the Brussel Sprouts which were really delicious. I asked for a mocktail, but it wasn't really something that wowed me because I look for creativity and it was just plain. Taste good, but plain, especially the presentation. I was given dessert for my birthday, creme brulee, which Jessica torched right at the table and I must say, it was also delish. The menus were impressive also. Wait! The bread basket was grand with the different types of bread, fried cheese and garlic bulb. I really enjoyed the pretzel bread the best. The restroom was clean and they have these napkins that feel like cloth, felt dignified

They had other specials I wanted to try like the surf and turf, but unfortunately the meal would have been way too big for me and I had to have the bill be $120 dollars. The service is excellent, but be prepare to spend over an hour here getting the food. All I can say is just enjoy the view outside. I wish I got the window seat, but I was dining alone and would look weird if I sat at a bigger table. Service was expectational and was well taken care of. I would definitely come back here and dine again, but of course if I had a large dining credit.

You sit down, act like you've been somewhere nice, and enjoy the experience like an adult with standards. BR Prime absolutely delivered. The 28-day dry-aged New York strip was phenomenal. Cooked a perfect medium rare--exactly the way a steak like that should be served. Great crust, incredible flavor, tender all the way through. One of those steaks where after the first bite you just stop talking for a second. The baked potato was fantastic too, and they did it right--it came with every topping you could think of, all laid out in a clean, polished, professional way instead of just tossing stuff on a plate and hoping for the best. The Caesar salad was excellent, and bonus points because they even offer anchovies if you actually know how a Caesar is supposed to be eaten. The mac & cheese was also outstanding--rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. Their wine and bourbon selection is dangerous in the best possible way. You can tell they take that part of the experience seriously. And the skillet cookie? Easily one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. No notes. Just order it without chocolate sauce but add caramel sauce. On top of all that, the restaurant was extremely clean and presentable, despite being in a casino and the staff treated us like royalty from start to finish. I began with the chargrilled oysters -- rich, buttery, and decadent, even though they weren't served in the shell. My husband's bacon burnt ends were a standout, especially with the pineapple adding that perfect sweet contrast. They came with shrimp and a roasted tomato-artichoke risotto that was creamy, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
