The staff was so lovely, greeting us warmly and giving their feedback on drink options. The menu offered a wide variety and all of it sounded amazing. The duck poppers were the most unique choice and they did not disappoint. Great texture and flavor. The sautéed crab claws were fun and delicate. The lamb was fantastic!! Everything seasoned so well. I went with my family this past Sunday for lunch, we were looking forward to our meal as the reviews are solid for this restaurant. I liked how it was upstairs and had an elevator for more accessibility! Also if it wasn't so hot out we might've enjoyed their patio! Our server was attentive and the runner of food was kind. The food however did not match how well this place is rated! So disappointing. My husband's shrimp was raw. My brother's shrimp and grits were over-salted and my step-mom's chicken was burnt to a crispy black. Thankfully my entree of French toast wasn't destroyed. It was mid and edible. The best part was the fresh fruit on the side that my child devoured. We had to get an entree comped and our generous server gave us a check discount. No to-go boxes at our table. My wife and I love trying new restaurants and we decided to try this place out because the beef Wellington was calling my name. When we showed up, we had to wait a bit as our waiter was busy still and thankfully the host came to take our drinks and appetizers order. We ordered the Rockefeller oysters and they were a bit underwhelming in size. Next was the chowder soup which was fantastic. I tried to order the beef Wellington however our waiter unfortunately informed us that they had ran out which was a bit upsetting so i went with the fried chicken. It was decent but if you've ever had it from patio 44, you'll see why this won't hit the mark. Wife ordered the scallop appetizer which was overly seasoned while everything else we ordered was severely under seasoned. Overall a decent meal but not worth the price for what you're paying. Hopeful but ultimately disappointed. Over an hour drive for all of our party only to be left with a sad dining experience. Appetizers were good, service was excellent, entree's are where our experience took a turn for the worse. To start the Caesar salad with shrimp (my entree) came out 10 minutes before the next. The salad was small and over salted. Dressing tasted like strait mayonnaise with Parmesan like you'll find at dominos covering it. Shrimp was raw and the salad was complete trash for $18. Then around 10 minutes later the 2nd of 4 entree's entered the fold. A shrimp and grits that presented well but rated mediocre to its recipient. After another glorious 10 minute wait the last 2 entrees arrived allowing everyone time to eat alone in shifts. Oh wait, that last entree, chicken and waffles, was entirely burnt and sent back to the kitchen. Unwilling to endure another 20 minute wait for a replacement our last diner enjoyed watching the rest of us. Building and atmosphere were solid, reviews solid, our server was very kind and handled herself well with each issue. Unfortunately the kitchen staff couldn't present themselves nearly as well. Won't be returning but hopefully they can make some improvements and be more consistent as many diners appear to have had a different experience. read more

Well we saw a cute place walking at the back of Fiji sushi so we had to stop. We went upstairs and sat outside. David took excellent care of us (and the whole restaurant)! We ordered the ouster trio - bacon Gouda, garlic Parmesan and Rockefeller. Yum yum yum!! Perfectly cooked and served with toasted bread! We attended Mother's Day brunch at this establishment. The crab cakes were not very good. I found the spinach and artichoke dip, had very little spinach and was drowning in cheese. The chicken tenders were the best part of all of the food we had! They were very crispy and the French fries were seasoned well! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We took a trip to the restroom, which felt like a freezer, but was very clean and fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Got the beef Wellington with the mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Some of the best food I've had on the coast. The inside is a relaxed feel with dim lights and each table has its own lamp for an intimate feeling. Our server was Micheal, and he was great at recommending drinks that would complement all of our meals and desserts. The drinks were well made and the bar area was quiet although the main dining area seemed a bit crowded and loud when we left. The only reason I'm dinging a star is because of the wait time. To wait over an hour for food and 20 minutes for alcoholic drinks was a bit insane. Even for a weekend brunch. From start to finish. We were done in about two hours. Which is good because the free parking next-door is only for two hours. I would probably be less upset about the weight. If my food wasn't starting to get cold by the time I got it, so we were waiting on someone else's food and our party. The timing was just off. Otherwise I do recommend. We will go back. First I ordered a mojito, it was a sweet mess that didn't seem to contain any alcohol. I and 2 others at the table ordered gumbo. Theirs had crab and a piece of toast, mine had no crab, no toast, and was mostly rice. I also tried to order the Caesar salad but was basically told no by the waiter because I already ordered the soup as an appetizer, didn't quite understand his point. We started with the Oyster Sampler Platter, which was phenomenal--featuring delicious Rockefeller, Parmesan, and a surprisingly great bacon Gouda preparation. I went here while visiting Biloxi, let me just say I was pleasantly surprised. It was storming pretty bad out so it wasn't packed at all. Although we made a reservation we were quickly sat because it was just my family and another party. We were given wonderful recommendations by our server and our food came out quickly and hot! The ambiance is also very nice! Not too loud, not too cold, but just right! I loved the way it was decorated too. We came in during brunch so of course we all tried different breakfast items. My dad had the chicken and waffles and loved how the waffles were made. My sister had the Stuffed french toast (yes you heard right - STUFFED French toast) I had never heard of stuffed French toast but it was sooo good, it had a cream cheese filling and berries on top. My husband and I visited here for the first time with friends. The food taste good, the waiter was great, but we were concerned about the cleanliness of the dishes. My husband's cup had visible gunk on the side near the rim, it was chunky and I was able to wipe it off with my finger. He didnt trust that drink after seeing that, so he stuck with his water. Our friend had a huge hair in his shrimp pasta dish and had to have it remade. Another friend with us almost didnt get her gumbo, and her gumbo was lacking the chicken and shrimp. It was mainly rice and sausage. I feel like for a restaurant that is supposed to be on the fancy side, wouldnt mess up that much in one visit. Again the waiter was very helpful, very kind, but whoever was cleaning the dishes, can do better. It was gross. We are funny about contamination like that, so we dont plan on coming back, but for anyone who wants to still give this place a chance, I say do it, the food at least tastes good. :) read more

Fantastic! This is a fairly new restaurant in Biloxi. My husband and I had a kid free day and decided to take advantage by trying out a new place for brunch. So glad we did!! I didn't get a picture of my husband's spicy Bloody Mary, but he said it was delicious and perfectly spicy. I had the Poinsettia, never had one before but it is now on my top brunch drinks list. It was Cranberry juice and champagne and had the perfect amount of sweetness and tartness. My husband got the Cuban, it was very different with two types of pork (pulled and sliced). He wasn't a big fan of having pulled pork on his Cuban, but still enjoyed it. I had the seafood omelet, with fried oysters on top. It was amazing. I think the dish would have been perfected if it had some type of sauce drizzled on top. Maybe a hollandaise sauce?? The oysters would have been perfect with a sauce. It was a lot of food, enough for at least two people. Our appetizer was the duck poppers - AMAZING. We enjoyed them so much, I couldn't stop to snap a photo. There was a church group singing that day. It was a lot of fun to watch them while we enjoyed drinks and ate our brunch. We were told they typically have a jazz band on Sundays, but today it was a local church group. Happy to see the local groups getting support.
