As for the food, everything was okay, not terrible, but not memorable either. I ordered the parmesan fries, but I couldn't taste any parmesan at all. I did enjoy how thin and crispy the fries were, but the flavor just didn't match the name. The lobster roll was also just okay. This was my first time trying one, so maybe I expected something different, but it didn't have that "wow" factor I was hoping for. Not bad, just not impressive. The duck gumbo was probably the highlight of the meal. It was on the thicker side, but it had good flavor and was genuinely tasty. The complimentary biscuits, however, were overly salty,a definite miss. My husband tried the Triple Rail tacos and wasn't impressed either. The portion was generous, but it felt a bit unbalanced. There was not nearly enough seafood for the price. 3 small shrimp, two little scallops, and non noticeable pinch of lump crab. Because of that, the flavor came across somewhat bland, likely due to that lack of seafood richness you'd expect in the dish. What really stood out, though, was the service. The bartender Kiley who waited on me was fantastic... friendly, attentive, and made the experience much better overall. We visited Mississippi as part of our anniversary trip and stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel. He surprised me with dinner plans here, and I'm so glad he did. Everything about this meal felt thoughtful and special. Let's talk food first: The 1/2 pound crab cake was absolutely phenomenal easily the standout of the night. I'd order that again and again with zero hesitation. It was full of flavor, perfectly crisped on the outside and just so satisfying. I ordered the scallops, which I'd rate about 8/10. They were seared beautifully and tasted great. I wasn't expecting them to come over rice but the creamy, champagne-based sauce was a nice touch (my boyfriend picked up the champagne flavor more than I did). The rice wasn't bad I was just caught off guard by the pairing. Next time, I'd probably opt for something else. We started with a ceviche, which was refreshing and very lemony. Not a must-have, but a nice light starter. The complimentary biscuits they served were also tasty a great little touch before the main course. They had the good butter for them! My boyfriend had the steak and lobster, and both were cooked to perfection. That lobster? Chef's kiss. By the end of the meal, I was completely full and satisfied. I've eaten here twice and had an amazing dinner experience in December. I recently decided to visit again for brunch. I'm not sure what was going on at the bar but our drinks were not done properly. I ordered an espresso martini, add baileys. When I got it, I thought it was odd because the glass wasn't full, it was very light colored and it didn't look like it was shaken. I tasted it and only tasted vodka and baileys. I asked the server if espresso was in it because I didn't taste any. She said yes and the she'd bring me some more to add to it. When she returned, she said the bartender said they didn't put espresso in it and didn't have any. They allegedly used an espresso liqueur, which I didn't taste at all. She offered another drink but I just kept it because it wasn't bad, just not what I wanted. Plus nothing else on the menu seemed appealing. My mom had the mimosa flight. They were really light colored and she couldn't taste any of the flavors. When we got home, I looked at Catch 110's instagram and their pics of both drinks were way different than what we received. Biscuits were to die for. Chowder was close to best I've ever had. It was so creamy and bacony with plenty of green onions. Could have used a bit more spice but I'm Cajun so most food does. The cotton candy was a nice surprise. I had the seafood pasta and subbed the lobster sauce for tomato as server recommended. The portion was huge and the scallops, shrimp and crab were amazing. My first visit and truly wanted to love this place. The classic old fashioned gets 5 stars, the jumbo crab cake appetizers gets 4 stars, the elk burger gets 1 star. It was the saltiest coldest burger patty that I have had in my life. I took one bite then another, then I was done with it. With little to one in the restaurant the burger took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. Our waitress was very honest on what was "horrible" on the menu as we ordered which was comical but helpful. We ate here with another couple on New Year's Eve. We'd made a reservation, so we were seated right away. This is a cool restaurant upstairs with great views. Our server, Latisha, was amazing. She made sure that our cocktails were replenished and helped us choose some delicious food. We had the spinach artichoke dip and coconut shrimp as starters. I would give the restaurant a 6 out of 10, my wife also agrees, maybe a 6.5. Host was not too friendly. Not rude, just kind of quiet and cold. Our server was a real sweetheart though. We were told how popular and awesome the crab cakes are. Well, we disagree, they did not have much taste and we are very familiar with crab cakes as we sometimes make our own. My wife did not finish the crab cakes so I took over and agreed, not much taste. I had the ribeye. At 42 dollars I expected a lot. We eat steaks several times weekly and there was nothing great about this steak. Kind of tough actually and not much taste. The Caesar salad was awesome and so was the case with the Risotto. Actually the Risotto was our favorite part of the meal and it was a side. So, it was our anniversary and we were given a gorgeous desert at the end of the meal. The problem was that we were not sure if it was delivered to the wrong table or if it was an anniversary bonus. The gal that dropped it off on the table smiled and left it but did not say anything so we were not sure if it was for us. After looking at the bill and not seeing it on there we realized it was a gift. At the end of the meal we were presented with a huge ball of cotton candy. Again, we were not sure what this was about. Apparently they give it to all the tables at meal end. Probably not a good idea and a waste of money for the restaurant. We did not eat it but we appreciate the gesture. We are not trying to bash the restaurant, we are just used to dining out a lot so we are sometimes more critical than some. Our favorite restaurant on the gulf coast is Brady's over in Pascagoula. It was a nice dining experience. We did enjoy the restaurant. Maybe we should try different items off the menu. read more

After being at the beach we were tired of fried food so Catch 110 was recommended. It was easy to make a reservation online for same day. The restaurant is new and clean. I think prices were fair for entrees. My steak was tender and delicious with chunks of lobster on top. My husband loved his lobster linguine. They do have a kids menu with good options. I had an au gratin potatoes as a side and they were ok. It was more like loaded potatoes than a basic au gratin. I would opt for something different next time. At the end they bring out complimentary cotton candy. I had been so confused throughout dinner wondering if someone was ordering a special cocktail. Not dog friendly. I checked the Apple Maps Data, Yelp, and called the restaurant (AI response after asking questions) all prior to arriving to confirm and was told yes. After arriving, and the host and on shift manager began to set up a table on the patio saying we'd be seated. A family of 4 walked into the restaurant and the father, of unknown affiliation to Catch 110, began scolding and repeatedly berating myself and company for bringing a dog. He never established his relation to the restaurant but spoke in a condescending tone and continued repeating himself refusing service on behalf of the restaurant. Avoiding conflict I chose to leave, and called the restaurant and spoke to the on shift manager minutes later to try and clear up the situation before leaving a negative review. I was told I'd be contacted within the hour once a general manager was in and they had more information as to what went wrong & where. I never received that call back. All this to say, they need to update their policies on welcoming pets or correct whatever AI is establishing their restaurant overview online and in telephone answering and train their staff to better handle patrons refusing service on their behalf when staff had already chose to accommodate us. I'm not the type of person who brings my dog everywhere, but if I have the opportunity and confirm it through the restaurant I'd like to not be accosted for doing just that. read more

The bread was SO GOOD especially when dipped in honey. The clam chowder was perfectly seasoned as well as the gruyere au gratin potatoes. Catch 110 is easily one of the best restaurants on the Mississippi gulf coast. So often you hear about new places opening up and they just serve the same stuff as everyone else, but not here. The food and service were both incredible. It's in the old Sal & Mookie's building on Hwy 90, and they've totally remodeled it with a nautical theme. Starting off, we had the crab au gratin which had a lot of crab meat and was this creamy, cheesy dip that came with a good bit of bread. It was excellent. They also give you a few biscuits that were a lot like the cheddar ones you got at Reb Lobster. For my dinner, I had the sous vide elk tenderloin. It was one of the best meat dishes I have ever eaten. I can't begin to express how much I loved that dish, first because nobody else down here serves anything like that, and second because it was fork tender to the point that a knife was not necessary. My wife had the scallops with risotto and also loved hers. We both got our own blue cheese wedge salads and they were great. When you're done, they bring out a freshly spun ball of cotton candy to every table. It's so unique and delightful, and again it's something nobody else does. Our server was attentive and they had plenty of wait staff that were constantly moving around. The food was amazing as well we had the clam chowder which was well portioned, we got the half pound of shrimp which came with potatoes and corn and an exceptional Cajun butter sauce to dip everything in. Next we shared the half pound crab cake which was my personal favorite because it was loaded with good crab meat and very little filler which you don't see often!
