The service tonight was horrendous. Our server Jimmy could have cared less that it look so long and when our food did come it was cold. When I brought up my concern to Jimmy his response was do you want me to microwave it??? Seriously if I wanted a microwaved meal I would make myself lean cuisine at home. We loved our food. Service can be hit or miss, and can be a little slow. Large servings. The pot roast is fantastic as is the Mississippi Debris Poboy. The Club is huge and you could eat half and take the other half back to your room for a yummy late night snack. The homemade chips are a must order. Ate here at 10 pm today ( Mar 12th), my stomach was hurting before I left the restaurant and it's 1140 and I've been on the toilet for 20 minutes with diarrhea. I ate the salmon meal and ordered a cup of gumbo. It tasted great... but someone or something in that kitchen caused me to catch what ever is causing me this extreme discomfort. I'll never eat there again and that saddens me because my meal tasted amazing. I also want to state that my waitress was very sweet and did a great job serving my table. We recently stayed at the IP casino. This review is simply for Bayview café and not the IP casino itself. We enjoyed our time at the IP casino. While staying at the IP casino we ate at the Bayview Café on two separate occasions. On the first we ate in the dining area. We were a party of seven and they gladly accommodated us. The wait staff was friendly but always appeared to be in a hurry. The restaurant was not busy so the rushed demeanor didn't make sense. The food came out accurately and in a fair amount of time. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. The second time we ate at Bayview, we got our food to go as we wanted to sit out by the bay. It's probably our fault as we did not check the food but our order was horribly incorrect. Four orders with no fries! Fries were included with the burger meals. The wrong appetizer. And other problems. It was abundantly clear that the staff did not care about our order at all. I assume that since it was a to-go order they did not give it much attention. Since we were a couple miles away from the casino when we discovered the issue, we were unable to return. Needless to say we felt 100% robbed. Make sure to double check your order! read more

Oh my heavens! The food was delicious. Was not as fast as I thought, but it didn't matter. We had the crab cakes with fried green tomatoes appetizer which was more than enough for a solo entree. I come down to Biloxi for weekend trips 2-4 times a year. I always make a stop here at least for breakfast once while in town. I always get the Back Bay omelette, which is always amazing. The seasoned potatoes are great too. Great service as always. read more

We always eat here when staying at the IP Casino since the buffet was closed down. The service is always a little slow here but the quality of the food typically makes up for it. Tonight however, that was not the case. I love , LOVE, shrimp. Especially fresh shrimp from the Gulf. Tonight I ordered the shrimp scampi. Not again. The shrimp were not just tough and overcooked, they tasted like fish! They were so dry due to being overcooked, I could hardly chew them. They were not hot. They didn't have that "pop" that fresh shrimp have. The pasta was terribly over cooked as well. I ate one bite of the pasta and ate about 4 of the shrimp. Normally the food here is pretty good. It's almost like they cooked it earlier and it had been sitting under a heat lamp. My wife had the country fried steak. She said it was a little tough but was very tasty. Our waitress was very nice and sweet. If not for her, I would have given a 2 star. read more

The egg Benedict was awful, the English muffin was sour and rubbery, the ham low quality and also rubbery, the hollandaise sauce inexistant although the waiter pointed at a yellow dot on the eggs and swore it was hollandaise...the sauce obviously had gone back to Holland...Nothing special about the ambiance, no thrill food place, I wouldn't call it a restaurant anymore unfortunately. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of the affordability and quality of the food. This restaurant is located inside the IP Casino .It was nice not to have to leave the hotel and get some good grub. I came here twice in one day. I stopped for lunch and had me some gumbo that came with either rice or potato salad. The gumbo ran $5.99. I also ordered a side salad for $3.99. The gumbo was bomb!! I loved it. It had a dark roux that was amazing. The place is open 24 hours which is awesome! I ended up back here at 1:30 a.m in the morning. They have a late night menu and I ordered the California Dreaming tacos that ran me $12.99. These were fish tacos and they were scrumptious. They came with a nice side of deliciously seasoned fries. If you don't want fries you can have coleslaw or potato chips. I definitely enjoyed the food here way more than I did the buffet. read more

We actually haven't eaten IN the restaurant but are staying at the IP and the room service comes out of Bayview Cafe. It has all been really good. The Yard Bird Sandwich is so delicious. We have had the quesadilla, the Patty Melt(cooked perfectly to our liking), chicken tenders, loaded potato soup, the house salad, strawberry shortcake, and champagne. Very highly recommend this place. We love room service and this is top notch. read more

If I'm being honest I was very disappointed. Because I've worked in the restaurant industry my whole life and I don't like to be that guy. But I was so excited for my breakfast until I got it and it was served with the most disgusting sauce I've ever tasted I lost my appetite and not to mention the eggs aren't properly poached for the dish. Told the server respectful guy clearly I didn't eat it. Should have been removed before bringing my check but that's okay. I would recommend teaching the cooks how to make a proper hollandaise sauce or if you didn't have it and was trying to get anything on the plate just tell the customer so they can order something good. I would have never in my life put what ever that was on a plate. I really wish this wasn't my first experience here as I see there's some decent reviews.
