They do dip manicure for $35 and pedicure for $25 and if you go Monday through Wednesday you get 20% off ( go to their website and show the coupon at checkout ). They have a bar on site with many drinks to choose from and snacks which is an awesome plus. Saturday pampering was spectacular!! I stepped away from nexgen nails for a bit due to a bad experience...so I was apprehensive at best. I was a walk in and this was like spinning the wheel for a prize. I waited for a few minutes as they offered me something to drink and selected someone to do my nails. I was greeted by Dan and asked what I wanted. I explained it in simple terms and the next 45 minutes went without a hitch! This place is super expensive for what it is. What they do is a polish change, not a manicure. I spent almost $50 after tip and I'm pretty underwhelmed with my 20 minute gel nails and 10 second "massage", which was just putting lotion on my hands. If you need someplace quick and you're desperate, I have a lot of friends who go here, so I guess it's probably hit or miss. May the odds be ever in your favor... read more

Came here for a mani / Pedi and full face wax. They were really busy but got me in immediately. I was very impressed with how fast I was in and out especially for the quality of work they did. The only reason the get 4/5 stars is because they lacked a little attention to detail on my eyebrow wax. They only missed a few small hairs I had to pluck on my own but not to many. But the mani/pedi was perfect. I was able to go 3 weeks on a Gel Mani without any chips at all. This was with real nails without powder overlay. The pedi lasted 6 weeks without any rough spots returning on my heals or dry spots returning around my big toes. Again, very impressed. Can't wait to go back the next time I am in town. read more

False representation. Beware. On the door they post "100 percent Sanitized". Not True. False. Cutting nails with used ,dust covered clippers. Nothing is sanitized. Not a great experience.. I've come here a couple times in the past and my nails looked great, but today I got a nexgen manicure in black and the girl who did it did a bad job. She put it on way too thick, my nails are 2x thicker than my natural nail, and on the tips she filed down too much, so it's partially transparent and not black. Waste of $40. But honestly all the nail techs are good :) Cherry always does a good job of listening to what I want I am very particular with my nails so if I tell her exactly how I want them she always try's to make it perfect the way I like! I found them because I work at a restaurant across the shops and I Got a full acrylic set today and everyone there was so polite! was immediately taken care of as soon as i walked in and offered a drink and a seat within a few minutes. Had an appointment but waited 15 minutes, offered water but never got it, paid for fortress pedi with 15 massage was only 7 minutes ( the classic pedi is 10 ), chair did not work hardly at all ( had one mode that I didn't like ). I will NOT go back!! I went in for a pedicure and NexGen nails. Kimmy was doing my pedicure and continually barked orders at me in a rude tone throughout the pedicure. She ended up yelling and aggressively forcing my foot down at one point. The towels they use are beyond rough to the point it hurt my foot while Kimmy was using them. At one point during the pedicure I told her it hurt but she did not change her style. She continually dug at my nails. When getting my NexGen nails done the guy asked me if I would like my cuticles cut and I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $5 for him to cut my cuticles. I will say I was pleased with how my NexGen nails turned out. However, due to the pedicure and the attitude given by Kimmy I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place to family or friends! I advise you to not go!! read more

I've been going to Castle Nail Spa for about 2 months, but went on Sunday, August 9th, to have my nails done, and will never go back. The nail tech cut 6 of my fingers, and stated that it was a "new file." I went back Tuesday morning to ask for a refund, because I'd gone to my doctor on Monday because I thought my fingers were getting infected, which he confirmed. They refused to give me a refund, and stated that if I wanted to come back and use the same nail tech, she would do my nails at no charge. My doctor put me on antibiotics, and my fingers are finally beginning to look better, but the pain of the infection is interfering with my work, which involves a substantial amount of typing. This lack of customer service is completely unacceptable in an industry that has the potential to injure a person, and when it's quite obvious there has been an injury, to refuse to acknowledge that injury in any substantial way, is beyond reprehensible. read more

My third time was NOT a charm with this place run by an amazing friendly and helpful manager. Pedicure was fine, if not memorable, but my manicure is just making me angrier the more I see and feel it. I requested that they just be filed, since I really wanted to let them grow a bit. Well nails that started out healthy and smooth were filed down to strange pointy numbs that have done nothing but peel/flack since I got home. He cut my cuticle at one point and didn't acknowledge it. Part of this is my fault of course. The first two times I was there all went fine. Nothing spectacular, but fine. This time I really intended and needed to just relax and based on my previous experience believed that I could do so. I gave the manicurist my hands and closed my eyes. I'm kicking myself for that decision, but truly could never imagine that anyone would think that a woman wants her nails to look like this....uneven, pointy and catching on everything. Not to mention the cut one just plain hurts. It's a shame that the people working here do not seem to have the commitment to customer service that the manager does. Once my fingernails grow out again I'll be looking elsewhere. read more

This place is going down hill and fast. I feel like some of the technicians are consistent, but the service is not. I have went to the place for a couple years now and the one in Addison. I vary only between those two. This location has changed management and let's just say they are not easy to communicate with. The manager/owner never seems to be available and I was overcharged the last time I was in. I tried to explain but it was just useless. I had a large group for my wedding and it was sort of a disaster. We were overcharged, I hated my nails and I even told the girl half way through I didn't like how she was doing them that I wanted more of a French tip. She kept trying to convince me that it was so pretty. The pictures I will have from my wedding will forever be the worst nails I have had. :( I had really opened for a better experience for my wedding. They were unprofessional and ripped my friends off. I did not pay my tab that day, I only later got the receipt from my mom with a $5 off my next visit coupon. This is my new go to place for nails! It's open, decorated beautifully, has top notch staff and the manager is super attentive, courteous and genuinely cares about your experience there. Cost may be a couple dollars more than other places that really don't seem to care if you're there but the attention and atmosphere make it worth the couple extra bucks! I'm also sensitive to the smell of nail polish but it doesn't bother me there because the place is so airy. And it's cheaper than Polished (nail salon that charged 'green fee' to filter out the smell). I've always not been completely comfortable at other salons but this one is an exception since they take great care to sterilize the equipment and use disposable liners in their foot tubs. Horrible customer service. The few workers I talked with had bad attitudes. When I came in to get a eyebrow wax I waiting a HOUR to get it done because they forgot I was even there in the wax room. Then when someone finally came into the room they rushed through and completely messed up my eyebrows. When I was checking out to pay the woman stood and laughed and the horrible job she had done. I was hesitant to try this place based on the reviews but I am SO happy I did. I called about 2 hours before I wanted to come in and made an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. The salon is beautiful and very clean. They use sanitized tools and liners in the basins. I was seated immediately and Annie started my pedicure. I asked her some questions about the price of a fill and what they would do to the nails and she wasn't sure so she sent Ty over. He looked at my nails and because I had already had one fill he suggested they take off what I had and start over. He explained all of the different options and what each of them would cost before letting me decide. (Not the case at other salons I had been to.) I decided to get my eyebrows waxed as well and Annie brought the cart right out to my chair so I didn't even have to move! I felt like a princess lol Ty finished my manicure and both my nails and toes turned out great. The thing that impressed me most about this place is that they actually talk TO you! My bad experience at Castle Spa on Wednesday.... I couldn't let it go. The lackadaisical service was repulsive. Spa water was cold, after asking to warm the water, she only turn on the hot water for a minute. Her main concern was up selling my pedicure. The seat was broken, so now my legs couldn't stretch out. I mentioned the seat issue, no response. Even though all the seats were available to left of me and 3 to the right. She didn't scrub my feet; I had to ask. Then when I ask side scrub... no answer.
