I tell everyone this is my favorite Italian restaurant because it is. Their food is amazing and SOOOO tasty and reasonably priced. They have a huge variety of different pastas and pizzas, all of which are very good. I've never had a bad thing here. The little side salads are always fresh and prepped when you order, not premade. The same with everything else. Fresh = fantastic The staff are always very nice when you go in. It really feels like a family business and that you are welcome as a customer. The inside is a cute little place that they have recently repainted and decorated. It feels very cozy despite not having a lot of room inside to sit and eat. If you do stay to eat, they are always very polite and welcoming. The parking lot is tiny and can be occasionally tricky to find a spot in, which isn't the restaurants fault at all and is really my only complaint. If you can time it where the other businesses are closed, you'll be alright. 10000/10 would eat here every day if I lived closer.

Yum Yum Yum!! I definitely had my fill of Italian food while I was in Seattle. I had ordered delivery and when it arrived, the food looked amazing! It was packed carefully in a simple paper bag. The pasta I had was cooked to perfection. Plus the sauce was delicious. There was a generous amount of sauce and and added ins on the pasta. I also had their Cesar Salad and that was great as well. Let me tell you about their garlic bread! I absolutely love it! When eating with the pasta, it was amazing! the bread was coated with the garlic butter and toasted to perfection. Plus I had delivery, so I had expected soggy bread, but it was not. The bread was nice and crunch on the outside, and soft on the inside.

Amazing service and food. Everything is halal, and the atmosphere is amazing too. I got the fettuccini carbonara, which was delicious. They even put beef bacon to make it halal, a great experience Thank You Castello!!

They have the best halal pizza in Seattle. The wings and the pasta Alfredo was also amazing

Castello Pizza and Pasta offers halal food, and their halal pizza is a nice option, especially since not many places in Seattle have it. The taste is good and portions are big, but the quality isn't always consistent. Sometimes the food is overcooked or the order is wrong. Service can also be hit or miss -- they might be friendly, or not answer the phone at all. If they improve consistency and customer service, this place could be much better.

The pizza I had delivered, and the pizzas I see pictures are not the same. There is a generous amount of toppings but it's all on a flat, unseasoned, pre made crust. The salad looks great though! The pizza is a bummer. I feel like I got punked for ordering on a holiday I get it if you run out of your regular pizza dough, but dang let customers know first or offer a discount. Still, the salad is great!

Ordered a pizza and salad to go. It was ready on time. My kids loved the pizza. It had a lot of toppings and had a good flavor. The salad was good too with a generous amount of toppings almost more toppings than lettuce. The chicken wasn't very good, but the rest was! This is now my go to place for pizza!

I was quite taken by the restaurant. It even hosts a wonderful view of downtown Seattle and a peak of the Puget Sound. The restaurant is small and intimate. This Italian-style restaurant served one of the best meals I had at the time. So when the opportunity to return came, I wanted to run there from my home. We were immediately shown to our table, and drinks arrived with little effort. One thing to watch for is that they offer sparkling water or tap water. It is easy to think of it as an option, but the sparkling water is a few bucks by the bottle. With four people, it is easy to go through a few bottles quickly - this is my weakness since I have replaced soda with sparkling water. We began with cheesy flat bread and baked goat cheese. The cheesy flatbread was amazing and delicious, and the baked goat cheese was out of this world. I can honestly say that I did not know what to expect, but the baked goat cheese with Taro chips was delightful. What is a trip to an Italian restaurant without a Caesar salad? I added grilled shrimp that were just wonderful as well. This Caesar had a creamy dressing, croutons, and shredded parmesan. The dressing was not overwhelming, but the croutons were a bit hard and difficult to chew. I would give it a B-. I had the PENNE SPECIALI ( mesquite-grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, mushrooms, white wine butter sauce). The description of this dish was better than the flavor. Salt is a flavor enhancer, but when you add it to the dish after it's been cooked, it's like lukewarm coffee - it's okay, but you would have preferred it hot. For dessert, I had the caramel, chocolate custard with chocolate sticks. This was heavenly, and I would eat 100 more. This is a dessert worth the wait, and I do not advise you to share because you will get less. It was the perfect finish. One secret restaurateurs must know is that ambiance, setting, and conversation enhance the food experience, but if the food does not complement the other parts of the experience, something is lost. This place has everything: the view, service, and dining intimacy. Why leave the main dish out of the experience? I want to want to come back like I did the first time I fell in love with "That's Amore."

We were a group of 5 and they accommodated us with no problem. Everyone was so welcoming. The place is cute and cozy and you can truly taste that everything is made from scratch. I usually do not even like tiramisu but theirs completely changed my mind. I shared it and everyone loved it. Honestly the best I have ever had. Beautiful views too. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Seattle.

We did find seating and there is seating in the restaurant portion, as well as down the stairs. It's a cute little place in the heart of pike place. We got the lasagna casalinga, from the farm, and from the sea pastas. Lasagna casalinga: I love lasagna but I've never had a white sauce lasagna before. I really loved this and I loved it a lot more than I expected. It has peas, sausage, and mushrooms, made with in house bechamel sauce. I thought this might feel super heavy and rich since it was a cream sauce but it wasn't! It was creamy without the feeling of being "too much" when eating it! That's always my worry whenever I eat cream pastas or sauces, that I can only eat a few bites and then feel full bc it the richness. The mushrooms, pea, and sausage worked so nicely into the flavoring of the lasagna and the sausage was flavorful and seasoned well. I believe it's a pork sausage which in my option always tastes great. From the farm: this was my absolute favorite! I always lean towards ragu or bolognese sauce, it's my favorite dish because the flavors become so pronounced during the cooking process. This was a bison ragu with perfectly al dente rigatoni. The bison wasn't gamey and pair so nicely with the ragu because it was able to get in all the crevices of the pasta. We opted for burrata as a topping which gave a really nice creaminess From the sea: this was a spaghetti with rockfish, pea vines, leeks, and harissa. The pasta felt a little Asian inspired, in Chinese cooking we steam whole rockfish and pea vines are a very common veggie dish, so I loved that the elements made me think of my culture. The harissa also gave it a spicy kick which was reminiscent of having chili oil or chili paste on the side at dimsum. While I loved the flavors of this it wasn't my favorite because it was a bit too light. I really wished the flavors were bolder and more pronounced. Rockfish/white fish is very mild fish so the taste is very dependent on the flavors you add to it. However if you like light flavors and fish that isn't too fishy, this is great! This is a really fresh dish so even though it wasn't my favorite doesn't mean it's not a great pasta! I can't wait to come back to try the next rotation of pastas!

There weren't a lot of people that day, we had the whole place to ourselves. The guy who took our order had so much patience to explain each pasta. I got the from the sea and my husband got Pomodoro. I really liked my husband's pasta and it was so fresh! It cooked al dente and the pasta sauce seasoned so perfectly. My husband never a huge fan of al dente and he loved this place so much! He still talking about this place and won't stop talking about it. Mine of the other hand was okay; the taste is kinda odd to me, and it's kinda too salty for my liking. The fish were so small, like tiny pieces, I wish its bigger. My personal favorite of my dish is the Al dente part and the pea vine. Other than that mine was meh. The whole place is sooo cute and definitely a cute date spot!!!

Fatty and tender meat, dripping with juices, on top of the perfect focaccia with an ideal crunchy fried crust and airy interior, not to mention the excellent marinated eggplant, tender and filled with tangy vinegar essence. I couldn't wait to give their actual restaurants a try, and that's where we found ourselves over the rainy weekend. This particular location is open and clean with extremely friendly staff. Ordering is really easy on the 3 kiosks in the front, although the pasta chef/cashier is also happy to take orders, offer suggestions, and help with any questions. The menu displays the level of al dente to expect with each type of pasta but can be adjusted in the order notes. They also have a very convenient monitor up near the kitchen that displays order status, whether in the preparation phase or complete. I especially love how this restaurant has bar seating in front of the fresh pasta making station. We were able to watch as the chef mixed up a batch of fresh spaghetti, measuring out the semolina flour and water (at least, that's all I saw her add to the combo mixer-extruder), preparing the die, and then extruding the pasta. And yes, as with any high quality pasta, they use bronze dies for extrusion here! The pasta is dried on racks for a bit to really give that al dente bite when cooked. Suppli Al Telefono ($3.70) - An order comes with a single piece nestled in a mini fry basket. This is somewhat similar to the more commonly seen (in the US at least) arancini. It's a smaller log-shaped fried croquette, with tender rice cooked in a fragrant tomato based sauce, stuffed with tons of gooey, stretchy cheese, and then deep fried to golden perfection. The breading is fantastically crunchy, contrasting against the much softer interior. It's a great pairing of texture and flavor. (5/5) Short Ribs Ragu w/ Fusilloni ($14.90) - The chef recommended the fusilloni with the ragu. The fusilloni, essentially a larger fusilli that has longer "fins", has plenty of spirals and crevices to catch onto the sauce. The extrusion is a little inconsistent, with some pieces being longer than others and others being more spirally, a sign of manual hand cutting rather than being machine sliced. Per the menu, the fusilloni is cooked until a "2" al dente level. This is actually more al dente than most Italian restaurants, meaning the pasta has a very firm bite, yet remains slightly chewy. It's definitely cooked through and pleasant to eat, although trending towards the too al dente side. The pasta is only lightly sauced, but what sauce there is clings perfectly onto the micro rough surface of the pasta. Each bite is consistent in taste with all the rich umami and tangy notes from the red wine tomato sauce. The parmigiano reggiano adds an additional burst of savory saltiness and the short rib, rendered perfectly tender, is given in enough quantity to satisfy. Due Cucina really does serve some great pasta. (5/5) Rustic Porchetta Sandwich ($11.90) - With how great the porchetta sandwich was at Camp Yelp, this is a disappointment. The porchetta, while still flavorful with somewhat anise-like and garlicky aromas, is completely dried out and tough. It's like the pork had been pre-sliced in the morning at a central kitchen, shipped to the restaurant, then placed in a dry heat tray for service. After the meal I confirmed my suspicions with the chef - the porchetta is prepared off site and and driven over every morning. The focaccia, so airy and crisp at Camp Yelp, is also subpar in store. It's floppy, completely saturated with oil, yet feels dried out on the interior. At least the eggplant hasn't degraded in quality too much. While still having a bite (e.g. not super tender), it's grilled and marinated until tangy and savory in a vinaigrette. Interestingly they serve the sandwich on top of a bed of lettuce tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. The oils in the sandwich drip down while eating to add even more flavor. (3/5) I know that their porchetta is high quality when fresh, but I think the way they have it set up now makes a sandwich that's still tasty, but definitely could be much better. If they choose to open a specialty sandwich shop that roasts the porchetta in house, I'd definitely be a regular. With Due' Cucina, though, I'd stick with the excellent pasta. At the end of the day, pricing is very reasonable. For less than $40 after tax/tip, we both left satisfied. What a rarity for Seattle nowadays. And as a bonus, apparently they refresh the menu often. According to the chef, starting on Monday, Due Cucina will be introducing new pasta shapes, sauces, and different sandwiches. I'll be back for more pasta in the near future! The short rib ragu and bolognese were 2x pasta to sauce, which was surprisingly dry given they were swimming in oil. Pasta is obviously homemade and tasty. The vibe was lively and the atmosphere felt warm. Despite how busy it was, service was impressively quick and attentive. Now for the food, every dish we ordered was exceptional. We started with the Supplì al Telefono, a classic Roman street food made of fried risotto and mozzarella. The appetizer arrived piping hot, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, with perfectly melted cheese stretching with every bite. We loved them so much that we ordered a second round after our main course (possibly overeating, but absolutely worth it). For pizza, we went with the Funghi, which was incredibly flavorful. The combination of pecorino and fontina cheeses paired perfectly with the fresh mushrooms and arugula which I replaced in place of sausage. Also added Chili oil to the pizza to give it an extra kick! You can't leave an Italian restaurant without dessert, so we finished with the tiramisu. I usually prefer mine on the less-sweet side, and this one absolutely delivered. The balance of mascarpone and coffee was spot-on. It was also beautifully presented in an aesthetic cup, making it just as enjoyable to look at as it was to eat. All in all, Bar Del Corso has easily earned a spot on my list of favorite wood-fired pizza places in the Seattle area. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.
