Options to eat in the enclosed areas with countertops or picnic tables outside encouraged dining in with drinks like beer vs takeout. Bus your own table system keep things efficient. Condiments area does not have parmesan, only flaked red pepper, black pepper , dried oregano , and vinegar type dressings. Street parking plentiful depending on time of day. We ordered a sausage and cheese pizza. This is an essential standard and most humble of recipes. It was supposed to be elevated given the local Uli pork sausage and mama lil's peppers. 3/5 The pizza dough was ok. It had the Neapolitan style bit of chew and all the char that makes you overlook the sprinkles of sausage pieces not equating to 1 link of sausage. It was light on tomato sauce and hardly any flavor of cheese. The briny saltiness and spice came from the pickled peppers. The small pizza is shareable for 2 with light appetites. This was such a fun find! My husband, 1 year old, and I went on a Friday early evening (around 5PM). The weather was still nice enough to sit outside, and it was delightful! We got the margherita and sausage pizza. We would definitely go back to try the others! You order at the counter, grab a seat, and then they bring out the pizza to you when it's ready. So in that regard, the pizzas don't come out at the same time, because they are dropped off as they come out of the oven. The pizza was delightful; a chewy crust, and the right amount of cheese/sauce/topping so that you get a good bite each time. I've put off visiting here for quite a while since it looks so run down on the outside, but I've finally given it a shot. Parking outside was a small driveway which could fit ~2 cars, but thankfully when we got there there was nobody else there. The staff were friendly as they waited for us to order - my party ended up ordering the Pulled pork pizza and angry lamb pizza. The pizza choices are very interesting here. Unfortunately, the pizza took quite a while to come out. We took it to go and when we got home, it was obviously underbaked. Perhaps their woodfired oven was too cold when they started. The smoked eggplant was nice and smoky, but it didn't make up for how underdone the pizza was. The Margherita pizza was similar because the hunks of mozzarella cheese on it were not melted. My daughter did not like it at all. We did like the atmosphere of the place, especially the chicken coop. read more

Easily some of the best pizzas I've had with amazing vegetarian options! Humble Pie has unique pizza combinations that'll please everyone, vegetarian or not. All pizzas are roughly 14" and have a wonderful crispy, chewy, crust. Service is fast. Plenty of table and bar seating available. Having tried some veg and non-veg pizzas, the vegetarians are definitely on par with the meaty pies. When I tried the Field Roast "Sausage", I thought my partner had ordered a meat pie but it was vegetarian. Crazy right? Wish I got to try the Mushroom, Egg, and Arugula Pizza, but they'd run out of eggs for the night. Random note but if you're being chased by hungry wasps, I suggest eating at the bar tables! I got the sopressata and eggplant 14 inch pizzas. In total it was about $54 or so. The eggplant pizza was average, not much to write home about, but the sopressata was very flavorful and a little salty from the meat. I wish for the price you'd get more, as the crust was very thin and the toppings seemed lacking, especially on the eggplant pizza. Otherwise, it's a solid pizza place. There's only outdoor seating however so it's not the best place to dine in during colder days. My friend said it looked like a shack. They do raise chickens so you can watch the chickens as you wait for your order to cook up. I have tried their apple pizza before (my roommate's workplace ordered for a meeting and she took some home) and I remember liking that as well. read more

If you're not coming here on Wednesday's during happy hour, you're doing it wrong. Happy hour is 4-6pm every day I think and it's $7 margherita pizzas and $8 margherita pizzas with fresh mozzarella! Then add on their half off bottles of wine deal on Wednesday and you've got everything you need for a nice hump day meal. I got here around 5:15 and every table was already taken but only had to wait a couple minutes. I'd definitely try to get here on the earlier side because it seemed like people really posted up there to hang out. I got the fresh mozzarella pizza and my partner got the soppressata. The soppressata pizza was so good! The soppressata wasn't too overwhelming like it can sometimes be. The fresh mozz on my pizza was so yummy! I'd say definitely spend that extra $1 to get the fresh mozz and you won't be sorry. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the crust. It tasted kind of like nothing to me for some reason and was just in the way but honestly pretty easy to just not eat the crust. The pizza had good integrity too! It wasn't falling apart in the center like some thinner pizzas can. The pizzas are 14 inches so I think two people could share one but if you're feeling a bit hungry or want leftovers two works too. So happy this pizza place is by my work. Love their variety of pizzas especially their field roast pizza . My family loves their whole hog, apple bacon , uli's sausage pizza, and pulled pork pizzas. Don't forget to order a family side salad to bring home. They have side street parking , ample outside seatings. They used to have a chicken coop next door for the kids to view the chickens. I've been trying to find my fave pizza joint in Seattle, and Humble Pie is definitely near the top! When scrolling through pizza places on Yelp, I was intrigued with the pizza they offered and was drawn into the photos that made them look so good. We ordered a half and half pizza - half fresh mozzarella margherita and half whole hog. We called in to pick up and was super impressed to hear it would be ready in just 15 minutes! We hopped in our car and made the drive, and it was ready when we arrived. The outdoor seating is great (they have a chicken coop!) and is definitely something that creates a cozy atmosphere for a meal. Both pizza halves were super solid. I definitely recommend getting the FRESH mozzarella margherita opposed to just the mozzarella pizza, because that cheese was game changing. So good! The Whole Hog was great too, but I wish there was more pulled pork. There were only about 5 pieces on the whole half. Meats tasted delicious though! Found myself in the neighborhood and decided to try out Humble Pie for the first time on a rainy Sunday night. I was impressed by the number of different topping variations (both vegan and non-vegan). We ultimately chose to share the Whole Hog pizza and a large salad. You can also do two different toppings on a large pizza, as long as it's the same base (red vs white). We opted to sit inside where there is limited seating due to the rain. It was nice and cozy thanks to the pizza oven. It didn't take too long for our food to come. Both the salad and the pizza were delicious! As a New Yorker, it's hard to find a thin crust pizza up to my standards. Dinner was $20 each for two people (incl. gratuity), which isn't too shabby. Their parking lot can only fit about 2 cars, which isn't ideal, but there is ample street parking nearby. I can't wait for another opportunity to come back and try more pizzas! read more

They have a cute outdoor patio-type area where you can sit and eat your freshly made pizza. Some of the tables are covered so you will technically be fine if it rains but probably still not ideal. This place is located close to Chinatown and near the Seattle Bouldering Project (walkable distance after a workout). I tried this spot twice with my climbing buddies and I would say it's worth trying. It is on the pricey end for the taste & quality of the pizza. I got the whole hog pizza, which was presentable and plenty of meat selection. Most seating is outdoors, so going on a warmer day is recommended. Keep in mind that the wait can be a while, like 20-25 minutes for our group of 4-6 people. Also to note, I've only been here on Saturdays.
