    Margherita

This was such a fun find! My husband, 1 year old, and I went on a Friday early evening (around 5PM). The weather was still nice enough to sit outside, and it was delightful! We got the margherita and sausage pizza. We would definitely go back to try the others! You order at the counter, grab a seat, and then they bring out the pizza to you when it's ready. So in that regard, the pizzas don't come out at the same time, because they are dropped off as they come out of the oven. The pizza was delightful; a chewy crust, and the right amount of cheese/sauce/topping so that you get a good bite each time. Parking was easy, and we saw a mix of groups, including people on dates, groups of friends, and families. We are looking forward to going back!

Everything about humble pie is well...humble. From the freshly grown herbs and vegetables, to the well taken care chicks, and farm to table mission - it's truly a vibe and the best little gem. It's fully outdoors with coverage for the misty days but tbh, I don't even care if I'm misted on bc the pizza is just that good. We got the angry lamb - the crust was crispy and fresh from Their outdoor wood oven. Each ingredient thoughtfully placed and curated for the best bite of pie I can't wait to come back!

Delicious 14" - Fresh Mozz Margherita Pie and small salad. The food was served fast and fresh. We enjoyed sitting outside.

We enjoyed the delicious Margherita pizza and small kale salad. The ingredients tasted fresh and the service was quick. We enjoyed sitting outside.

Food - this is probably one of my new favorite pizza places. I LOVED how many vegetarian options there are and the unique offerings. All the sizes are the same 14"ish. The crust was good too. I got the mushroom, egg, and arugula which was excellent. My partner got the Whole Hog and loved it too. Very tasty and fresh ingredients. We got them as delivery. Service - the pizza was well made and packaged and the order was correct. Ambiance - N/A delivery

Easily some of the best pizzas I've had with amazing vegetarian options! Humble Pie has unique pizza combinations that'll please everyone, vegetarian or not. All pizzas are roughly 14" and have a wonderful crispy, chewy, crust. Service is fast. Plenty of table and bar seating available. Having tried some veg and non-veg pizzas, the vegetarians are definitely on par with the meaty pies. When I tried the Field Roast "Sausage", I thought my partner had ordered a meat pie but it was vegetarian. Crazy right? Wish I got to try the Mushroom, Egg, and Arugula Pizza, but they'd run out of eggs for the night. Random note but if you're being chased by hungry wasps, I suggest eating at the bar tables! Some of my favs are the Field Roast Pizza and Lamb pizza. The sausage and Gorgonzola is also excellent. I might just list the whole menu if I keep coming back.

The best pizza ever. A little pricey but worth it and they're nice people. Amazing service.

I mean, holy pizza happiness Batman. This place is drool worthy. Atmosphere is lovely and the pizza is incredible. A must hit spot in Seattle!!

Yelp reviews brought me here The pizza oven creates these magical pies, slightly charred, crispy, perfect balanced amount of ingredients. They taste fresh too. Had the Roasted Garlic Pie and it packed a punch! Service was friendly and quick. The ambiance was laid back on picnic tables and they have shaded areas, open to the elements. Great spot and pies!

    Soppressata Pizza
    Kathy N.

I got the sopressata and eggplant 14 inch pizzas. In total it was about $54 or so. The eggplant pizza was average, not much to write home about, but the sopressata was very flavorful and a little salty from the meat. I wish for the price you'd get more, as the crust was very thin and the toppings seemed lacking, especially on the eggplant pizza. Otherwise, it's a solid pizza place. There's only outdoor seating however so it's not the best place to dine in during colder days. My friend said it looked like a shack. They do raise chickens so you can watch the chickens as you wait for your order to cook up. I have tried their apple pizza before (my roommate's workplace ordered for a meeting and she took some home) and I remember liking that as well.

The crust is thin and cooked to perfection. The service was really fast. Street parking and outdoor seating.

It's the kind of place where you settle in, sip something cold, and feel like the night's off to a solid start before a concert at the Moore. The salad came out looking vibrant, but the flavors didn't land. The olives took over the whole bowl, and the seasoning felt off and I couldn't pinpoint it. Fresh ingredients, such as the peas were the best by far but the balance just wasn't there. The pizza was fine, not bad, not memorable. It didn't leave you thinking about it later. Upon arrival after 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, we asked to set in one of the booth but they said no because of their strict policy for the booth the used x 3 or more people. Meanwhile, all 4 booth were empty. The kind waitress then offered to move us to the bar booth if something opened up, we kindly agreed and simple went on with our night at different table. While on the table my friend picked up 3 small little flowers from the base and said happy birthday to me, and I put the little flowers on my hair, then I told the waitress I hope you don't mind, my friend gave this little flowers from the table it is my birthday, to which the waitress replied happy birthday, I have no problem with that!. Then comes the manager, and tells me sarcastically, that is a cute flower but it is not yours to take, you should have asked permission anyways, I told him with a smile, but is my birthday and it a tiny flower may I keep it? He stated no, because other costumers will come in and there are no flowers in the table. I told him to replace it with another from another table and he said No give it back now please. It is not yours to take!!! Me, already feeling unwelcome and missed treated, yet still stayed but couldn't even finish my pizza because of how upset I was. I told my friend I wanted to leave. After closing the tab, I walked upfront and waited for my friend. Upon walking outside, the managers comes after us screaming "hey give me back the flower" you took it, at this point I was still walking ahead on my friend and I can hear the manager yelling "she stole it" give it back now, she is a thief, you come here to steal is that it? I repeatedly, told him I didn't take it and even open my purse and told him to come search it, but he stormed back in while insulting and yelling to me IN PUBLIC! - I was deeply humiliated in front of absolute strangers. I didn't see my friend taking the flower either, and if he did, he never gave it to me otherwise, I would have throw it at his face. The luck of hospitality, professionalism, and simply compassion and dignity from this person is Absolutely Unacceptable. I was treated with far more respect and the Four Seasons (and they did give me flowers), than this ridiculous place. It is a shame that the owner would allow someone like this to be the front of the business. And I feel deeply sorry for their employees to have to endure this person as I saw on their eyes the embarrassment they felt. I deserve nothing else but an apology for the way I was treated. I too work in hospitality, I know what is like to provide costumer service providing healthcare and never in my wildest days would I ever treat anyone with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. I recommend this person to be replace or re train. Otherwise it will only affect the business.

They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
