Artichoke Heart (Happy Hour) best dish on happy hour

We were planning to have dinner at another place in this strip mall plaza when we saw this place at our old favorite Sweets Raku spot and decided to give it a try instead and we were both glad we did. Same cozy space as before but redecorated to have that Spanish bar ambiance. Service was excellent and the food was one of the best tapas we've had in awhile. They have a happy hour menu Tuesday thru Saturday from 6p-9p and we tried every item on it and everything was amazing including the $5 house wines. The spanish octopus was so tender and full of flavor and the bacon wrapped dates were excellent. The basque cheesecake and flan were a great end to this meal. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

2nd time here. This place is perfect for drinks and small bites. Small intimate restaurant with about 10 bar seats and 3 counter tables. The happy hour menu includes 7 small plates and a few wine and beer all for $5 each. A good place to hang out with a small group of friends.

Iscah took great care of us. The food, hospitality, and ambiance were unmatched. The experience was truly curated and they even have darts.

Very nice place. Staff was very polite and attentive. All the dishes were on point and worth the wait. Of all the restaurants I've been to, I have to say they have the coolest and cleanest bathroom. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Craving pintxos and Txakoli!!! Needing a return trip to San Sebastián!!! Glad we have a Spanish tapas place in Vegas that satisfies the cravings. Not mad on taking over Sweets Raku (ok maybe a little). Very warm and cozy place. Service was great though out. People still mistake the place as Raku and Sweets Raku. Love to innovative Spanish tapas. The pintxos abd tapas were really good. Each has great flavors that brings me back to Spain. We tried most of the menu. We like almost everything we ate except the green mussels. Some of our favorites are the pintxos- foie gras, tomato and jamon, croquettas, and pulpos They have a selection of Spanish wine. Love my Txokoli- sparking dry white wine. Our waitress was trying to pour it locals in the Basque region in Spain. Make room for dessert- the basque cheesecake was good but not close to La Vina but will do. Sure do miss Sweets Raku. lol Will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu. FYI. They still have the same bathroom as sweets Raku.

Stopped by this place for drinks and appetizers before dinner. If you've been to San Sebastián Spain, then you will know what this place is all about. Drinks, small bites, and just plain goodness! Small cozy space with bar seating and a few tables. The service is great and really friendly. After 9:00 pm is happy hour, so 20% off everything!!! Really liked the foie pinxtos, seared Iberico pork, croquettes, but everything was good. So good, we came back the same day after dinner, to have more drinks, dessert and anothee foie gras pintxo!

I heard they are the only restaurant in Vegas that serves Spanish-Japanese cuisine so I had to check them out. But what exactly is Spanish-Japanese cuisine? The first impression when I entered is that It feels like a bar and izakaya combined -modern vibes with the welcoming atmosphere of an izakaya. (Although there are still lingering memories of the dessert bar that it used to be) They were offering $5 happy hour wine and tapas so we started with those. The jamon croquetas had a lot of flavor, the truffle potatoes were delicious, the herring is like sashimi European style. The couple beside us ordered something sizzling and the chef started explaining that it's a wagyu hamburg steak with Spanish Sherry sauce sauce, and watching the couple react to their first bite convinced us to order the same thing, and we're so glad we did because this is one of the best things we've had all year. The chef suggested pairing it with a Spanish red wine, and it definitely elevated the experience. We decided to order a cheese board just talk to the chef about food the rest of the night, and he made us feel so welcome and at home. We ended the night with a basque cheesecake with manchego cheese and it was the perfect conclusion to our meal. I would say this is a spot if you want to relax, have a glass of wine or coffee, and try some tapas. We'll definitely be back to try their iberico katsu, Japanese Paella, and affogato.

Everything came out flavorful, well‑seasoned, and perfect for sharing. (the only miss was that there wasn't more, but that's only because it was so tasty). I don't remember exactly what I ordered to drink, but it disappeared in seconds, and I could've easily taken down a whole pitcher without thinking twice. The whole table felt that way - dangerous. And yes, it's not on the Strip. Yes, it's absolutely worth going anyway. Yes, the prices are great. Sure, there's plenty of good food and drink on the Strip, but this place is 100% worth the short drive. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

There are multiple rich looking large dining areas, a large bar area and a large patio. The Tuna Tartare was our favorite dish last time so we ordered it again. I don't know if they changed their recipe for it but what we were served tasted completely different. If you blow up both my tuna tartare photos you can see that last years plate contained a sauce unlike this years plate. Both menus (last years and this years) say that the tuna is suppose to be marinated. The chunks of tuna that I ate just tasted like raw tuna and the delicious tuna I had before. It still was an ok plate but not amazing like last time. We both enjoyed the Apple Manchego Salad. That was refreshing and delicious. So was the Tomato Basil Soup with Mini Grilled Cheese. I took the smaller 1/2 sandwich and didn't know that my half had most of the cheese. My husband was slightly disappointed with his half. I thought the stuffed peppers were tasty. The Steak and Mushroom Skewers had great flavors to them but the steak was chewier than it should be. I'm still a fan but the food wasn't perfect like last time. Service was mostly good but they don't bring you new plates.

From the jump, everything just clicked. The pacing felt natural, nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. You could tell there was intention behind the experience, but it never felt forced or overly polished. Just... dialed in. As it was a bit of a slower early evening, chef/owner Justin came to check in several times to see how we were doing and provided explanations of the food and the idea behind each bite. This not just dinner...it was an experience. I went all in on the menu and I'm glad I did, because this kitchen is not playing around. There's a confidence here that shows up on every plate. But a few dishes absolutely ran the table. The foie gras is rich in the way you want it to be, but balanced enough that you don't feel weighed down after a few bites. The wagyu carpaccio is ridiculous, melts instantly and somehow still feels light. And the toro crudo... that one didn't stand a chance. Silky, clean, just enough citrus and heat to keep it interesting. It's the kind of dish where you finish it and immediately wish you hadn't shared. And then there's the ensalada de naranjas. I ordered it three times, which honestly says everything. It shouldn't be the dish you keep thinking about, but here we are. The frisée and fried kale bring texture, the manchego gives it that salty edge, the candied walnuts add just enough crunch. But the oranges are unreal. Sweet in a way that almost doesn't make sense, no bite, no bitterness, just pure citrus perfection. You can tell they're something special, not the kind of thing you find just anywhere. What I appreciated most is that nothing felt like filler. Seafood, meat, vegetables, every dish had a purpose and actually delivered. It's rare to go through that much of a menu and not find a weak spot, but they pulled it off. And the service matched the food. Attentive, sharp, and genuinely welcoming without hovering or making it feel like a performance. The kind of service that makes the whole night flow without you even noticing it. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit, trying to decide if you reorder your favorites or pretend you have self control and try something new. Either way, it's awesome.

We waited 1.25 hours for one dish to come out and this was after me asking the server to bring even just one dish out. She told us the kitchen was backed up but gave no updates or something to help us with that wait. Further, albeit the server was being considerate of my allergy, she canceled a dish our party ordered because I was allergic to it without asking if we actually wanted to cancel it. The rest of our party could've eaten it so that was a mistake on her part albeit well-intentioned. Lastly, on top already mounting awkwardness and possible resentment, our grilled cheese was not melted so we asked for it to be re-done. One friend is vegetarian and this was her main dish than she didn't get to enjoy. When I asked if it could be pressed more, the server showed slight annoyance/confusion. The pacing of the meal was wildly slow. Our server told us twice that the kitchen was backed up but even so, 1.25 hours of waiting for one dish (even a cheese dish) is just bad time management. There was no offering to give free bread or anything to assuage the long wait which I feel is a missed opportunity in hospitality. Further, on our way out, no one said goodbye or thank you for coming which felt cold. The service was bad--period. That's not our fault; it's yours. It's a shame to write this but I'm doing so in hopes that the organization will improve. Not sure yet if I'd come back because of this experience.
