I use to love this dealership how rt ever it has changed. My last few interactions with them have not been great. The receptionist are unprofessional when you call, the service department employees are combative also you make appointments weeks in advance and they never seem to be accommodating. The previous service manager was excellent, boy have times changed. read more

Had a service appointment that I had to reschedule, they were good with the re-schedule. When I arrived, one other car was there being assisted. Plenty of employees standing around and no one greets you. I waited, they just look at you.. after some time I start my car, one gentleman walks over and asks if I have an appointment, I said I did, he placed a green service card on and walked away. I sat and waited and waited, no one came. I walked back inside gave the green service card back and left. This was the 2nd time I have had this happen at Carson Nissan. Many employees will stand in groups chatting, no one assisting. read more

I bought a 2019 Rogue , had it shipped to Hawaii. It took Linda Webber 109 days to figure out the simple car registration. I had no use of my vehicle for 15 days . Her answer was to drive illegally and if u got a ticket " Her company would pay the ticket". This was the worst experience of my entire life . They could care less . I have been lied to, cheated out of money ( I have all my records) and a 109 day complete text thread . Buyer beware . The company that owns the dealership could care less. There is no integrity , no truth and let's be perfectly clear when you give someone your business it should never cost the customer money 3 trips the the DMV and lost wages . There are 15 Nissan dealerships in southern Cal. Any of them can do better then these pathetic people . read more

Carson Nissan handled the situation & redeemed themselves ! Thank you , I appreciate it !

2020 Nissan Murano....We were helped by Angeles and she was beyond fantastic. Her calm personality and the way she laid out every option for us helped my wife and I get out of a bad financial situation and into a better vehicle. To us this was a better financial investment. We certainly rushed her on time but she made it happen and the individuals who work here got us in a great deal. Thank you read more

I stopped by to check out the Nissan GT-R and wanted to test drive it. I was a serious customer ready to make a purchase, but they acted like it was a million dollar car and no one would be able to drive it? How am I going to buy a car and not be able to take it for a test drive? I was able to turn it on and rev the engine, but someone came out and immediately took the keys and turned the vehicle off. I was there with family and my father in-law saw a vehicle he was interested as well. We started talking numbers and they came back with thousands of dollars in dealer BS accessories. They definitely dropped the ball with 2 customers that were willing to purchase 2 vehicles. The cars are still on the lot as I'm typing this. read more

Do not email me anymore. I plan on leaving your company a horrible review.  I set up a appointment to see the car and test drive it so I can buy it. When I showed up the cars battery was shot.  That would of been nice to know before I drove 40 minutes to get there. That is not where the horrible  customer service ends. Then I asked the guy to give me a value of my truck. He tells me $500. $500 are you serious.  I left and went to carmax and bought me a Toyota prius right after leaving your shady place. And they gave me $7000 for my truck. $7000 and your place told me $500. Is that how business is run there.  I am going to be putting this review on yelp and your website and wherever else I can so people do not get ripped off from you guys. I do not have a single positive thing to say about your company.     If you are reading this take your business somewhere else. Unless you want a car with problems.  And take your business somewhere else so you do not get ripped off with your trade in.   Conclusion. They brought me in and the car was not even working. They offered me a insulting $500 for my truck when a hour later carmax gave me $7000. read more

I am so disappointed with this place. I've bought 3 cars from this dealership, all past buying experiences have been nothing but the best, but this recent purchase has been the absolute worst! For one when I traded in the car, I was not given a second key or manual to the car. I was asked to return the following weekend to pick them up. The weekend after my car completely stopped turning on, I had to return once again, and to top it off the car had to stay there for almost 2 weeks!! BRAND NEW CAR and I was already experiencing issues. My car finally gets fixed and I was promised a "package" for the inconvenience for everything I went through. One month later the package I was promised, never happened. False promises. My service guy won't return my messages, and I haven't heard back from the manager. I am really upset over this experience. You would think that they would treat a third time buyer better right? read more

The service department will gaslight you for refusing to get a major repair done at their shop and blame that mechanic for something broken that never was until you returned to them. It's been a week of h*** for this business to take responsibility for breaking my A/C after a routine oil, tire, and flush. Instead I was told by the advisor that the previous mechanic broke it months ago when I got a repair done. My A/C had beeen working perfectly fine up until taking it in on Saturday. And what makes things much worst, management and a lot of employees don't work after 3pm even when they knew you were there about a complaint and still chose to leave. All in all don't buy, sell, trade, or get your car serviced at this location. Go elsewhere. read more

Just got a car from here and honestly, will not go back. I didn't like the way they handled the purchasing. I understand it takes a while, but they were extremely disrespectful of my time. I like the car (obviously, since I bought it) but will never go back to this dealership again. Shady adding "optional" items that are required. Would rather go somewhere that tells me everything up front. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and the service tech was asking inappropriate questions about the way I drive my car. After waiting all day for my oil change, my car was turned over to me with the passenger side airbag light lit up and they failed to check and top off the fluids. When I got home, I had to top off the coolant reservoir because it was below the Minimum level. I called and spoke to the manager and he argued with me that they did check and top off the fluids. read more

We went to Carson Nissan over the weekend in hopes to get the 2022 Frontier. We were greeted immediately by a young fellow at the door, Roman Hunter. He's very polite and makes you feel at ease right off the bat. We told him what we were looking for and our budget and he made it his mission to get us there. If you go to Carson Nissan, make sure to ask for Roman Hunter. He might be the youngest cat on the lot, but I can guarantee you, he'll fight FOR you! Thanks to Roman, I am now in my new truck and loving it!!! read more

Zero stars- very shady dealership. They will lure you in with a low internet sales price. When it's time to do the paperwork, they explain that there are $3,000 worth of accessories (paint sealant & GPS tracker) installed on the vehicle that are not included in the price. Sales manager is very condescending & unwilling to negotiate on the hidden fees. Stay away at all costs. read more

Folks - If your car is off warranty - go to an INDEPENDENT AUTO MECHANIC!!! I took my vehicle in, at 41,000 plus miles, after having driven it around 3500 all of 2020, due to pandemic. My main concern was the rear lift gate - which stopped opening and closing automatically. The service advisor Alberto said it would cost $169 for an electric diagnostic - no repairs....just to see what is wrong. I thought that was high, and said no. They did the usual oil/filter change, tire rotation, new wipers and inspection. During my wait at home, I get text messages from Alberto - need cabin filter replace in-cabin filter for $79.99 (had it done 15,000 miles ago), change automatic transmission fluid, based on mileage for $269.99 (Nissan recommends at 60,000 miles), and a complete fuel system service at $299.99 based on mileage (I had it done at 28,673 miles) - I DECLINED EVERYONE OF HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! After picking up my vehicle and getting home, I went on the internet to find out about the rear lift gate problem. I found out there is an on/off switch in the glove compartment for the power of the rear lift gate. I went and opened the glove compartment and the switch was off!!! I flipped it on and the gate worked! Alberto DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO SPEND 10 SECONDS TO TELL ME AND SHOW ME THAT SWITCH WHEN I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN!! WELL NISSAN - YOU JUST NOW LOST A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN AND WILL ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE - NEVER GO TO CARSON NISSAN SERVICE DEPT AS THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU SOME HIGH PRICE SERVICE THAT YOU DO NOT NEED OR THEY WON'T TELL YOU A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING! Find a good AAA Mechanic - there are plenty of them that will NOT rip you off! read more

Originally spoke to Flavio on the phone about test driving a 2019 Sentra S. Went in with my appointment but he wasnt available and arranged for me to be helped by Evelyn. Both sales people were very friendly. Evelyn took me on a drive and explained the car thoroughly, was never pushy or impatient and understood when I said I'm not leaving today with it, I'm shopping around. Jotted down a ball park estimate to help me get an idea and left me her card. It was a pleasant experience and always like when a sales person isnt trying to force you to buy something. If I choose this car, I'm definitely coming back to Carson Nissan read more

Dumbest waste of time and drive. We called regarding a truck and the sales person Giovanni didn't even know where the truck was to begin with we had to point it out ourselves as he took us to 2 completely different trucks. Didn't know what a single cab was. Then when we found the truck it wasn't even the exact one on the listing. Pictures inaccurate, paint stains.. On top of that he tells us it might've sold. Goes in and comes back out saying someone else contracted it but we can still buy it for 1k higher. LMAO.. this was such a lousy experience. Unprofessional and annoying person to deal with. Stop wasting people's f*ckin time!!! read more

Great service , today I had the pleasure of working with Andy Vasquez, Edgar , and Michelle. My next step after a call to an attorney and arbitration court is the CEO Darryl Holter of Carson Nissan If I don't receive my registration and my plates before July it's been 95 days now and I keep getting the runaround I keep getting told I'm gonna be called back I never get called back they pretty much took my Down payment for a vehicle they paid the registration fee but did nothing after that they never submitted paperwork they never did anything for me to get my tags and registration and license plates I've been pulled over 4 times for expired tags that's 4 tickets that I have to pay for. I'm Very lucky I don't get towed. I've been calling I've been coming up to the dealership a lot trying to get some answers as to where are my license plates and tags for my vehicle are. I for the runaround nobody either has time to talk to me or they tell me they'll call me leave my number I know every single person's name in the building now that's how many times I've been up there. We're going on 100 days now I bought the vehicle March 8th We're in the middle towards the end of June now coming up on July. I'm paying for a rental car when I have a vehicle but I still have to pay a car note on that I cannot legally drive. Do not buy from here. Bruce in finance added two service vehicle contracts worth $4,500 and pressured me into signing them, making it seem like these were not optional and i had to buy them. I now know they are optional and just some bs they are trying to make you buy. anyways, once i figured that out i called the dealership to have these contracts cancelled and i kept getting "transferred" to finance and then i would be be put on hold and then hung up on. After attempting to call several times over serval days i went into the dealership to handle it in person. I said i wanted to cancel the SVC and the receptionist said i will have to wait and talk to finance. After waiting in the lobby for almost three hours the receptionist just came over to me and had me sign the cancellation paperwork that i just watched some random person print out. They could've had me in and out of the dealership in minutes but instead tried to make me wait so long that i would give up and leave. read more

I scheduled my Saturday morning appointment over the phone and it confirmed online. Love convenience. Came in the following Saturday morning to have my truck get it's scheduled maintenance. Mr. Taylor took my information. He was very nice. Babygirl and I sat in the comfortable waiting room. There is a small separate room for the kids with a play house and activity table. The waiting room also has a big flat screen TV. Fresh popcorn was being popped for the visitors. The wait for my car was about 30 minutes. I received a summary of my trucks check up; what was ok and what needed to be replaced soon. And my truck got a much needed wash. Horrible experience! Jesse was my salesman he went out his way to make sure I left in a new car the same day of my first visit. He lowered the price of the car by $5000 and waived the deposit fee, was able to trade in my car and told the bank what they needed to hear. I left in a car that day everything was great at first. A week later I get a call from Isis from financing saying I need to return the car AFTER signing all paperwork because of miscommunication with the bank. I was told I'd get the title back to my car mailed out the next day which was a lie. It's been over a week now and I still don't have my title! Carson Nissan is great! If you have an INFINITI they also do full service maintenance and repairs. (Not all Nissan dealerships do even though you INFINITI owners are kidding yourselves because you are driving a NISSAN) This is an excellent option if you don't live anywhere close to an actual Infiniti dealership. Carson Nissan's services on Infiniti cars tends to run 25-40% less than my experiences with Miller Infiniti (SFV) and Santa Monica Infiniti (now defunct) They also use spec parts (well many of Infinti's parts are marked Nissan Motor Corp and if you don't believe me pop open your hood and look around. The parts department is great especially for you rice rocketeers who like ordering JDM parts or 350Z parts to install in your G35 Sedans/Coupes. BTW I own a NISSAN G35 (so I can make fun of Infiniti) You might not want to come here if you tend to buy stuff on a whim. They have the new 370z always in stock and there is a shiny NIMSO edition once and a while. You've been warned! read more

I am not satisfied with my service at Carson Nissan. I went in for an oil change and your employee negligence is what has damaged/caused my car starter. They called me to go and see if I can start my car and if I had a kill switch in my car I do not. Upon arriving trying to start my car your employer without my consent went and added lubricante or WD40 because the ignition was a lot stiffer when I had dropped off the vehicle at Carson Nissan. I was pleased to hear that the diagnostic was going to be free which is around ($100-$150). The part which is not an original, but a generic piece for the starter which was replaced was ($220.80), but the labor is outrageous. The labor only took 1.5-2hrs for the oil change and to install the starter. You charged $395.99 for labor. Edwin told me the director gave me a discount, but I do not see that reflected in what I paid. I have the impression that on my receipt there is no charge for the diagnostic, but you can easily add those $100-$150 to the labor and I would not notice because your receipt is vague and does not entail the rate of hours for labor I am being charged. I called your director myself and found it unprofessional that he never answered any phone calls or returned any calls. I left a voicemail directly on his phone line yet he had the courtesy not return the call. Actions speak louder than words meaning he does not care about his customers. I left my car on Saturday 1/15/22 and you forced and broke my car there. There is no reason why it could not leave that same day since my car was in your hands of your employees yet I was was being penalized and charged for your employees actions/behavior. The consequence for this behavior should be in the matter of Nissan, not mine. When my fiancé picked up my car on Tuesday afternoon Carson Nissan did not even have the courtesy to return my car in an appropriate/professional manner. It is unacceptable the condition that Carson Nissan returned my vehicle. Here is an attached image of how they did not have the courtesy of closing everything. The plastic behind my steering wheel is cracked and left open. No one form your dealership bothered to close it and fix everything properly. This is why I am extremely disappointed with Carson Nissan and will be writing a poor review in YELP! Also no one offered a car loaner or to reimburse me for all the Ubers I had to take to work. I had posted this review a month and had talked to Michael Gay the service manager. We had come to an agreement to keep me as a customer at Carson Nissan. The deal was to me delete this terrible yelp review if and only if I get a check in the mail. It has been longer than 2 weeks and never got any check in the mail. This business is all talk. That is why I reached out to Michael Gay with in email, but he prefers to do business over the phone where anyone can say anything without any documentation. Which is why I prefer to do business over email since that documentation is available for records of what has been discussed. I no longer plan to do business here. Please avoid this business at all cost. If I could give a "0" stars I would. Actions speak louder than words and there is no follow through with anything at this dealership. read more
