Nissan Service department has always been my first choice since 2016, but this experience has made me feel uneasy to take my vehicle again. I took my Rouge on a Saturday because I needed the alternator replaced. The cost was high but I was told the part was going to be ordered right away and done in a few days. The part was delayed because it was coming from out of state. I was not communicated of any delays until I called. I was calling every 2 days for updates. My car was in there for a total of 8 business days. Being a large establishment not able to offer a courtesy vehicle or communicate clearly or offer other alternatives and on top of that inflated price on the part that took very long to come. I know Carson Nissan is capable of doing better, the atmosphere in the service department is not as welcoming as before. Sadly Nissan will not be my first choice for repairs. read more

Clean and professional looking dealer. They are pros - but not always a good thing. For used cars, they advertise a price online - which is in line with KBB. But when you arrive, turns out they have added on about $6K worth of dealer-adds. They are happy to negotiate that down with you - but then you are negotiated on that $6K of stuff added to the vehicle you never really wanted anyway. So even if you get 50% off that added stuff, you are still paying $3K over the price they advertised. Very deceptive and painful experience. We walked away once we figured out this silly game they were playing. read more

I'm dropping my initial rating from a 2 to a 1. After dealing with an inept and disorganized dealership who wouldn't honor a fair claim (or even find record of my filing of it), I stopped giving them business and took my services elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was still stuck with a car and brand I dislikes, but was glad it was at least paid off and felt blessed to have transportation. That all changed when on a roadtrip and my transmission/torque went out. I barely had 60k miles in my Nissan Juke. This car lived up to it's name- I got juked. I learned from the mechanic that this is a common issue with the terrible Nissan brand. There are even class action lawsuits about it. Even my uber driver on the way to the mechanic was talking about her nissan transmission going out at 50k miles, and the new replacement going out 5,000 miles later. FYI- transmission problems cost thousands of dollars. Even identifying the issue with a mechanic costs a couple hundred dollars. I am so glad to be rid of the awful Nissan Juke. I will never ever ever ever ever (did I mention EVER) buy a Nissan or do any business with Carson Nissan. If you are smart, you won't either. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I bought a car from these guy recently and everything was good they told me everything was good on the car. So we came to an agreement on a price. Two days after receiving the car the check engine light came on. I contacted them and got my car into service they did what was needed to be done. Two days pass once again and the light pops up again. I take it again to service and the car is in worse condition than what i was told "everything is good". And now I'm stuck with this car and they don't want to repair the car for me and aren't responding to my messages. Once again, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I scheduled my car to do an oil change. I received a coupon from the email and I reached out to their customer service line to schedule an appointment, confirming if this coupon will apply. The representative said yes, and he went ahead to schedule an appointment. The next day when I sent in my vehicle, after inspection, I received a cost estimate through my cellphone. I noticed that the price listed on the estimate is not correct (not the same price as the coupon mentioned). I called the representative, and he told me that they might forget to apply the coupon while they put in the information, please go ahead to sign the estimate so that they can proceed with the service. He will also leave a note to the corresponding person so that he can adjust the final cost for me. So I signed to estimate and they proceed with the service. When the vehicle is ready to check out, I notice the price has not been changed according to the customer service representative. I told the corresponding person mentioning this issue, and he replied that this coupon does not apply to my car model. You did sign the cost estimate so they went ahead to perform the service. I told him that I signed it because your representative told me that you will make the necessary adjustments according to the coupon. Also, if the coupon does not apply, why does your representative allow me to schedule an appointment on the phone? I did verify and confirmed with him to make sure this will apply prior to the appointment. He said I should never sign any cost estimate if I do not agree no matter what they say, insisting they have no faults on this issue. I feel upset that their customer service representative is dishonest about the entire process. I like to share this lesson with everyone that there are big lying problem here. If this coupon does not apply, the customer service representative should have told me on the phone while confirming, instead of saying yes and scheduling an appointment for me to come in. Also, their representative is also lying that they will change the final cost even if I signed the service estimate. These are two big lies they are trying to play in this store and trick the customers. read more

Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare to say the least. When I purchased the vehicle we checked the Carfax and there was nothing regarding damage. There was some damage to the rear doors which they said they would fix before I could pick it up. So they kept it an extra week and when I came to pick it up the repair was not done at all. They said they wouldn't repair it because it was going to cost too much and the price reflected the damage on the Van . Cost me $1700 to fix the back doors. When I got home from picking up the van the next morning I went to get in and the van smelled like mildew. I had to rip the floors out and it turns out they were all wet. Don't know how that happened maybe when they washed it all the water came seeping through the dents in the door or possibly a leak in the roof because now, as I told my salesperson, I'm trying to convert the van into a camper and when cutting out the roof for the fan, I discovered the roof is mostly 1 inch thick Bondo and that there was major damage done to the roof. Nothing was disclosed as to this damage. The inside of the roof was covered with sound deadening kill mat that covered a bunch of welds and holes to pull the roof back out for repair. When I picked up the van I was supposed to have KARR alarm system. They didn't activate that so I had to spend three hours and go to another dealership and have it done. When I picked it up there was no driver side visor. Safety hazard and an issue that should've been resolved before pick up. On top of that, It's been two months and I still don't have my title because the DMV said the paperwork has not been completed by the dealership. I've called regarding these matters and I'm always put on hold and told that no one is available and to call back. Stay far away from this dealership especially if you're buying a used vehicle. Came here to get a quote on replacing the bulb on the passenger side headlight of my 2016 Frontier. They quoted me over $200 because they said they have to remove the bumper. What a crock of shit. It literally just requires the battery that's behind the rear of the headlight that's under the hood to be moved while the bulb is replaced so you can get access and that's it. $200 for that is bullshit. Beware of this place. Never coming here again read more

They did a great job performing the schedule maintenance for my electric car. Checked all systems and parts and replaced only essentials. No over charging or pushy selling. Technician Ozzy was super helpful explaining all the details about what the car needed and how I could help keep the car in good shape. They made going to get the car serviced easy and pleasant. I went to the dealership 3 times since the original date and I am so pissed. Wasted my time going there. Not sure what happened to this place but I am not coming back! I have been coming to Carson Nissan for about 6 years for when I can't make it to my regular mechanic for routine jobs. Today was supposed to be what I thought would be a simple job in a oil change. I kept receiving emails that my car needed service, so I made an appointment for 930am, brought my coupon and my car. I showed the guy my coupon, and everytime I come I always get the vibe they don't like coupons.Whatever.... Fast forward 2 1/2 hours LATER, I was finally done with waiting, so I took it upon myself to go up to the guy who happened to just be standing there and asked him for an ETA on my CAR. He said it should of been done already so he calls up department and the paperwork was just delivered (supposedly) I go and pay around 1215 and looked at the time it was ready on the paper it said 1030. I understand they also gave me a car wash but that does not take 2 extra hours when I had an appointment. I could of gotten a heads up with a time frame. If you're in a time crunch I don't recommend this place. I don't get my service here anymore as I've gotten 2nd opinions and they've saved me thousands as to what Carson Nissan would of originally charged me. Looks like I won't be getting my oil changes here either as they don't value the customer or giving great service. read more

Haven't had car two weeks yet and it's already in service for a busted front axle. I hate it here, I hate this experience! People have all been nice but, this is unacceptable! Keep you posted as to the remedy because, this isn't good business! Certainly not worthy of a good review! I'll post if anyone reaches out with a viable solution!!!! Update: My salesperson Juan checked on me that was good. My service tech Ossie called to let me know the extended warranty people will not cover due to preexisting issues. Whatever that's bullish. Ossie also, kind is going to check with Management and I'll post the conclusion. I'm still irritated that 2weeks isn't until tomorrow after purchasing on Feb 8 and I'm without a car. We've got to do better. Update: Saturday text recieved that Mgmt decided to fix the car. No offer of a loaner or anything. It's now Tuesday and I've been without a car. Yesterday, an offer finally made of a loaner however, the car is supposed to be complete. My biggest issue is NOT A SINGLE COURTESY CALL FROM MGMT. Nothing bad business thus far. Update: Called service this morning since 7am, cannot get service tech, cannot get manager and still no call. A person from the warranty dept. called to sell me an additional warranty although, the first one covered... NOTHING, LAUGHABLE! Update: FINALLY rcvd car just yesterday. Had to make contact as following up is not a strong suit here. Tech states car was ready Tuesday and he left a msg. I never rcvd a msg. I stated it would've been AWESOME if a call was made to me especially, if you hadn't heard from me by Thursday. SMH. Upon delivery, CAR was filthy, trunk contents thrown about, fender off and pieces hanging. They have fixed the fender and then attempted to state it was brought in that way...By this time, I'm like WHATEVER. They go and rinse off and when the young man brings it too me. He just hops out and walks away... LIKE HELLO, so it's done? No Thank you. No Nothing and sadly, I had to inquire about paperwork. Update Today: THE ONLY CALL FINALLY RCVD WAS FINANCE as they are ready for the down. She's the ONLY reach out since this nightmare began. She's was polite but, it's just AMAZING everyone is communicating when money is desired. No COMMUNICATION was rendered when after only 2 weeks, it's in the shop for a week. No loaner offered until the day, the young man stated he called ro 3 advise it was ready...I HAVE THE TEXT. Why would I need a loaner when, you said you left a msg it was ready... INTERESTING! The start of this relationship on Carson Nissan's side is sketchy to say the least. Apparently, I'm going to get a call from a Manager named George Villegas let's see, if I'm able to update with a FINAL POSITIVE! read more

I have the worst buying experience at this place. Please DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. They will rip you off and treat you like you're not a valuable customer after they have your money. I found out the hard way by doing business with this dealership. I recently traded in two cars (2019 Nissan XD Truck and 2018 Nissan Altima(bad transmission) for a 2015 Audi and less than 6 months and I've already encountered issues with the car. I asked them to repair it and they told me my warranty expired when they never even offered me a full warranty. The bottom line is...it's not about the warranty. It's about good business practice and business ethics. It's about keeping your customers satisfied because customers are the reason why a business remains in business. In the past, I've never experienced this much stress and devastations with the other dealerships. I had a better buying experience at Nissan Long Beach and Cerritos Honda. Again, please DO NOT do business with Nissan Carson. They are the worst in customer services. I still have the crappy Audi and I'm keeping it to follow the Lemon Law guide lines; after more repairs done and this car is still having issues, it will be reported as the Lemon Law. Please help me boycott this business. What a huge financial loss! -Niyom read more

I don't recommend this location for the service of vehicles. Tones of car problems since I purchased this car back in 2015. Since last year around August, I took the car, the engine light was on and off. Out of 10x I would say 1 time I didn't have problems. 2 weeks ago I left my car for the same reason. There's no communication from the customer's service department. Every time I would call and try to speak to the head supervisor she wasn't there. it amazes me to know that nobody wants to help each other out. A lack of customer service, especially coming from Nayelli, Chris, and all of those people in there, have bad intentions with people. 3 days ago I received my car and yet the engine light is back on. I purchased my Nissan Murano from Carson Nissan. On December 22nd 2021.my car stopped and was taken to the dealer. II called several times and no one returned my calls about my car. On January I0 I went to the dealer and they said my car was ready and the reason it stopped my car was not connecting and needed to be readjusted. It's still is under warranty and cost me 189.00. Also my car had 82025 miles went given to them. When I picked it up it had 82853 miles someone there drove my car over 800 miles. The service person stated they drove only 6 miles. I'm sad, angry and disappointed they did this to my car. I asked for my 189.00 dollars back. I'm talking to a lawyer to file a claim against them. This takes miles away from my warranty. Do not buy a car from them. Also they gave me a rental not full and I returned it not complete to the 1/4 tank five dollars short the cashier would not give me back my car until I left and went to put an additional five dollars in the rental car.
