Carson Nissan always works things out no matter your budget. This will be my second time I purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Alejandro Martinez was my sales dealer and he did an outstanding job trying to help me get into the car I was looking for. I was kinda skeptical due to his age, but he did everything to works things out. So make sure to ask for Alejandro Martinez next time you visit Carson Nissan. Thank you Alejandro. read more

I recently needed to sell my 2016 Chevrolet Camaro. Juliana Aroche reached out to me & sent me her contact information. I was able to sell the Camaro to Carson Nissan at a very great price. I am very impressed with Julian's skills. For such a young lady, she handled herself in a very professional manner. With Covid restrictions still in place, she provided me with a safe place to wait; she handled all the negotiations with her boss and graciously walked through all the paperwork with me. She took care of removing my personal plates, provided a bag for things I had to remove from my car and she personally drove me to my home. She was kind & very good at making conversation with me on the long drive. I believe she's going places in the business world! read more

I wish I could give this dealership a 0 star. I was researching a fuse to purchase since mine went bad and this dealership had it available. In my haste in rushing to buy this, I didn't fully research pricing. I paid ~$18/fuse when other dealerships had it for ~$10. I will never purchase from this dealership ever again, you lost a loyal Nissan enthusiast. Bye Felicia Carson Nissan. read more

I chose Carson and had a great experience with them. My car service was completed quickly. They seemed forthright about recommendations and I felt no pressure to pay for further services. This will be my new place to service my Nissan I felt confident in their service and communication with me I spend years going to another dealership but after 4 ownership changes and being lied to about a number of things I took my chance with Carson Nissan and left satisfied. read more

I am so upset at this location! I've been a customer with Nissan for many years and my car that I recently purchased in 2018 I wanted to refinance it I called to let them know I only wanted to refinance my car , I showed up waited two hours for them to help me and it was going well until ester came in and explained why it was taking so long. I specially told them I wasn't interested in any NEW car I just wanted to stay with mine and refinance it I also told them I didn't want my credit ran and that's what they did the manager came in to talk to me about my options which I appreciate but like I mentioned from the beginning I just wanted to refinance my car. After I declined the options he told me he will give me my keys and I asked him so what's going to happen with my refinancement and he said he COULDNT HELP ME BECAUSE IM NOT WILLING TO GET A NEW CAR!! So why waste Two hours of MY TIME AND RUN MY CREDIT!! Very disappointed! Never coming back to Carson I should of gone with my first choice and head to Downey where the person who told me the car is working at now! read more

The car buying experience is such a hassle so I came into Carson Nissan with the low expectation to drive away in a new car. However, I was greeted by salesman, Andy Vasquez who was great from beginning to end. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in, and Andy wasted no time communicating with finance to generate a deal, and negotiations were kept to a minimum. Overall, I had a great experience and still am in love with my car! Thank you Carson Nissan and Andy Vasquez! read more

I was provided excellent customer service by Vanessa Hernandez and Rodrigo Rodriguez.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Carson Nissan is full of crap. They use deceptive practices. Liz Rodriguez is an idiot. She portrayed herself to be a sales agent over the phone, when we arrived, they said she is just a phone representative. We went to Nissan Cerritos, was offered a deal, called Carson Nissan to see if they can beat the deal, they said they can but when we arrived, they couldn't do crap. Please do not buy a car from this place. read more

I came in for the first time on Presidents Day to take advantage of the rebates and sales they had. I was shopping around different dealers in order to get the best price and deal. I finally came in on Saturday and I wasn't going to leave without a car. I spent almost 7 hours in order to get the best deal since I have really bad credit and was trying to find a consigner so I could get a better interest rate. Peter Lee and Melvin were so incredibly helpful and patient! I was on a mission to get someone to help me and they were always checking in to see if I needed food or water. It was a very exhausting, long day but at the end, I got exactly what I wanted and Peter was more than willing to help me get a great interest rate with the bank. I definitely recommend this place to first time buyers and people with bad credit. I was able to buy a car for the first time! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently purchased a used car from Carson Nissan. I was drawn in from the price on true car, we called and asked to make sure that the price was true and had no add-ons( i had just walked away from a deal due to hidden ad-ons). They assured me that the price was accurate and there wouldn't be an surprises. So we made the 1.5 hr drive out there. Once we started the process, we saw a $1500 amount for a security system that they "install in every car" that we should have known about, but was not informed of. After a back and forth with a manager, finally agreed to drop the cost and had to wait until we met with financing. After already waiting at least an hour, we finally met with financing to discuss terms. I flat out stated I was preapproved from my credit union and was asked if they could see to match my rate. I said sure but it was not a clear or explicitly stated that i would finance through the dealership. After nearly an hour going through paperwork, i had to re-sign documents because of an error that they made. Flash forward 2 days when trying to finalize my credit union loan, we realize all of my copies of the paperwork were not signed copies so they were not valid! I tried to call and ask for a signed copy but kept getting the round that either they were unavailable or gone for the day but assured me that i would get a call back soon. After 3 DAYS of MULTIPLE unreturned calls and voicemails, did someone finlly answer and all I got was "sorry, we've been busy". Too busy to call me back after 3 days of attempts?!?! Talk about great customer service(NOT!) finally, after all that, they try to tell me that the copies i received were signed just with the error (not that thats better). I explicitly told him they were not, so he asked to email him a photo, which I did. I also asked for confirmation that it was received and they clearly did not care enough to even do that. It took me making the 1.5 hr drive AGAIN to get a signed copy and make a change on my documents when that should have been done correctly in the first place. This was my first car buying experience and they just sucked all the fun and excitement out of it. read more

I was at the end of lease for my car(not a Nissan), ready to just turn it in. I checked with KBB to see what the value of my car was vs my payoff. Surprised to see because of the times, there was some positive equity, so I agreed to move forward. Carson Nissan, more specifically Julianna, was very responsive to my needs, we met the next day. Unethical Sales Practices! BEWARE! They found the car I wanted over 300 miles away. Wanted me to sign off on the lease & commit to car before seeing it. INCORRECT MILEAGE ON DMV FORM - FRAUD! I spent many hours with James (one of the sales managers) on May 25, 2018. The specific Altima I wanted was located at a dealership over 300 miles away. Having already been a NMAC customer I am part of the lease loyalty program. This should have been easy. Instead I was pressured by James to commit to the car on Friday night of Memorial Day weekend sight unseen. When I started to sign all the paperwork at close to 11:00pm, I noticed that the mileage on the DMV form for the car - the one that explicitly states UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE ABOVE IS CORRECT - that the mileage of the vehicle stated 30 miles. When I inquired about why a brand new car had 30 miles on it James' entire demeanor changed. He told me that they did not know how many miles were on the vehicle and they made up the number. I asked him if he had ever sold a car before because I knew he talked to the Seaside dealership and needed the exact mileage to complete the transaction legally and ethically. When I refused to sign the forms, James rushed me out the door and took the paperwork off the finance person's desk. (She had rolled her eyes and heavy-signed the moment I started asking questions about the mileage on the vehicle.) I did lease the EXACT Nissan Altima from the dealership in Seaside, CA - same VIN number - same vehicle. It had 699 miles on it! Carson Nissan wanted to me to sign off on a vehicle with almost 700 miles and forged a DMV form by putting 30 miles on the form for this vehicle in order to limit my ability to negotiate proper terms for a brand new vehicle with nearly SEVEN HUNDRED MILES ON IT! Dell at the Seaside Dealership explicitly told me he did in fact inform Carson Nissan of the exact mileage on the vehicle as required by law. Carson Nissan committed FRAUD and I was lucky to catch them before giving up my power to negotiate and get a better deal on a vehicle I wanted to lease as a loyal NMAC customer. Driving to the Seaside dealership was the best decision I made as that dealership was willing to work with me to return my leased vehicle, get the vehicle I wanted, and to negotiate a deal that I would be happy with. Carson Nissan was willing to lie and commit fraud to lease me one vehicle - take this into consideration and find a dealership with ethics. Steer clear of Carson Nissan. I hope that NMAC forces them to sell this dealership just as the Sage Motor Group had to sell off their Nissan dealership for unethical business practices. The Absolute Worst! read more

I don't know why I scheduled an appointment when I still waited 2 + hours for Oil change and tire rotation. Sucks!!! Sucks!!! Sucks'

Roman was very helpful. He took his time to work with me was very patient and helpful.

Idk why I continue to give this place chance after chance only to find myself pissed off & disappointed with my day off ruined....everytime!. If there was a lower rating than 1 star...I would easily give it! I called yesterday to schedule an appt bc there was a recall on my headlights. The girl who answered the phone was rude as SHIT & clearly lazy bc when I told her I had a recall on my lights & wanted to bring my car in asap, she immediately responded with "WE DONT HAVE ANY RECALLS ON HEADLIGHTS" without even asking the year & make of my car. I said you don't even know what car I have bc you didn't ask & I'm looking at the damn recall letter from Nissan, so who's lying YOU or Nissan Corporate?? She proceeds to "schedule" me an appt without even confirming my name & information. How can u schedule an appointment for me & not ask for my name? Last year you guys tried to get me to replace my entire throttle body when it only needed to be cleaned out due to leaves & dust! & when I declined to have it replaced you had my car sitting at the dealership for 5 hrs bc no one called me to tell me it was ready for pick up!!!! The previous experience I had should've been more than enough for me to never go back, but yesterday took the damn cake!! I do not recommend this dealership for service to ANYONE! I will NEVER EVER EVER step foot near this place! The customer service is HORRIBLE, they do not value the time of their customers, & they're not trustworthy. They simply do not care. I Pulled into Alhambra Nissan this morning at 9am without an appointment & the service man immediately pulled up not 1 not 2 but 3 recalls for my vehicle& immediately got to work on them & had me in a loaner vehicle immediately. Whoever is the customer service /operations manager at this location needs to be FIRED!!! Do NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNTIL YOU SEE BETTER REVIEWS!!! By far the worst dealership ever! The service is terrible and the place looks like a dump. Nissan needs to cut the entire staff here and bring in a new team. Customer service is also terrible! Carson Honda and Toyota are far superior in service than this TRASH DEALERSHIP. The level of unprofessionalism is far too much. I came in for the basic oil change for one of our cars and it took 3 hours on a slow day. Seriously, GET IT TOGETHER CARSON NISSAN! You guys are tarnishing the Nissan Brand! I hope Nissan gives this place a review and gets a new manager here ASAP! BTW, Linda Webber, F*** Y**! Clearly there are poor business practices going on here and you have NOT FIXED ANY OF THEM! As a woman shopping on my own I felt very manipulated. I know you have to make a sale and use sale tactics but the emotional manipulation at the end about the oh well I already gassed up the car and everything to try to make me feel bad for wanting to sleep one night on a deal was the last straw. Also when I got to finance to look at the deal the trade in amount had been put in $1000 less then what we had discussed and what had been printed out the night before. The guy in finance said oh well I guess I can do that for you. You guess? That's what was discussed. If I hadn't noticed that wouldve been an extra $1000 financed and that's a lot. Overall an experience that made me feel weird and not like a customer there but a potential check mark on their sales board for the month. read more

I went to Carson Nissan to sell my car. I waited about 15 mins for the rep to assist me. It was a pretty smooth process and the offer was reasonable, so I accepted. Here's the issue. It takes 2 days to receive your check. I wasn't happy with this, but I didn't sweat it. Until on the 2nd day I had not received a call regarding my check, so I called in and started to get the run around from different departments. I was transferred from service to sales - no answer. I called again and asked for the correct number and the service lady said she didn't know the number, but could transfer me. Huh?! Smh! So now I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service. Ultimately I reached the rep who first assisted me, she advised the runner had already gone downtown and did not have my check. I asked if I could pick it up at the Downtown Business Office, she advised no - not open to the public. She apologized profusely and explained this was often the case with the Business office not handling their part and she needed to call to follow up with them. She offered to bring the check to me the next day, but I preferred to pick it up. She called on the next afternoon and the check was there. All went well, until it was time for me to get paid. Carson Nissan you need to change your procedures and pay on the same day! You have my car - gimme my money! My rep was very professional and did her best to resolve this manner. She deserves a promotion. Unsure if I would return here. Blessings read more
