Tess is very flexible and accommodating, allowing us to move an appointment the morning of for unforseen circumstances and even booked an appointment for me morning of if I had forgotten the night before. Our dog walker, Eric, was also great! Our dogs seemed very comfortable with him, which was evident in the daily updates he sent. He was also very attentive, he would text me if he noticed one of the dogs limping and he even put a towel down when we had a leak so it wouldn't spread anymore before we got home. Lastly, compared to other dog walkers their rates are very reasonable. Overall, you are definitely getting everything you pay for!

One time I still had Sally come over when I was sick and saw the way he reacted when she walked in the door and he only acts this way for a few select folks. I originally met Sally when I was looking and starting to call others around (I am in Buena Park) and wanted someone who was going to be taking care of my pup all the time; not just some random stranger in my home and with my "child" on a rotation basis. With her high energy, love for pets, and very reasonable rates I cancelled the other interview I had later that day. Recently my neighbor got a new pup and asked about Sally and I know she is very happy with her decision too. I believe Sally has 3 clients in our building now. Also, flexibility has to be stated here. I am a student about to graduate in June again and between school, night-life jobs, and hospital externships - Sally has dealt with my crazy schedule and never said a peep when my house was in schambles or how somedays I need a walker at 2 different times in the same day.
