He is attentive and shares with us if he notices any changes in her behavior (ie: poop consistency). It's clear that he loves dogs, and we really appreciate how patient he's been while continuing the positive reinforcement training. And I mean, reaaaaally patient. Masey came from a shelter so we have had to work a lot on loose leash walking and dog reactivity. We haven't used their overnight services yet, but given our experience with them the past 8 months, I would absolutely trust them to take great care of our fur baby next time we're out of town. It's clear to me that Julia values her employees just as much as she values her clients, making me proud to support her small business. The best part of my afternoon is when my walker, Brock, sends an update about the walk (most of the time with super-cute photos of my dogs, I'm a sucker for those). The app they use gives me a quick overview of the route of the walk so I can get a sense of how much energy the pups were able to burn, as well an overview of if they went #1 & #2. Brock will also let me know if either of the pups got into any mischief, or if he noticed anything unusual about their behavior. Keep up the great work, Rover-Time!

She trummed the hair on her back I don't know why. Three days later my dog was jumping on sofa , gave her a little push and she cried. (She had been licking her butt ever since her grooming). She would not let me look. My vet had no appointment so took her to immediate care. Vet told me she had her butt cut, it had dried blood and was raw and red. She had to get cleaned up got a cone and meds And had to return following week. Cost over $200 and my dog in pain. Owner is dishonest and never told me she cut my dog. Don't take your dog here you don't know what can happen to your dog. I could only post by giving a star but this groomer does not deserve any stars.

My husband found Heather in a flurry of searching and immediately got a good vibe from her. Well, his first impression was correct because she turned out to be the best find ever!! My worry was that our dogs would be alone in our house for 10 days with someone coming over just for walks. I would never have been able to leave our dogs in that situation so what I really wanted was someone who would be able to come spend extended periods of time with them. Heather came over for an interview and was immediately playful with our dogs, friendly with our kids, professional and upbeat. She presented us with some options for care, and I immediately gravitated to her offer to come sleep at our house every night. She would get up in the morning, walk and feed our dogs, and then go off for her normal workday walking other area dogs. Around lunchtime she would come back to our place for a daytime walk. And at the end of her day she would return and walk our guys yet again, play with them in the yard, feed them, and then spend the whole evening snuggling with them. In the morning, she would walk them again before leaving again. She even brought in our mail. But even better than all that: she sent us daily texts with pictures to let us know how they were doing. It was so reassuring on our trip to know that they were not only being cared for, but they were having a ball! The dogs loved her and so did we. We returned to a tidy house with happy dogs. We've asked her to come back and walk them during the day a few times a week while we're at work, which we've never done before. But they clearly all love each other so it's a win-win for everyone! Cannot recommend her highly enough!
