They're friendly ,knowledgeable and work hard to make sure your fur baby is cared for . I dealt mostly with L ( names not shown for safety reasons) mainly and she was awesome and had great personality. She actually loved what she did and that says a lot to me considering most people don't like their jobs. Also a few of my neighbors would see her and tell me how wonderful she was with my fur baby. We love Albany Bark! They're reliable and flexible with prompt communication for scheduling. Our dog, Masey, does tail wags and butt wiggles as soon as she sees Juan. He is attentive and shares with us if he notices any changes in her behavior (ie: poop consistency). It's clear that he loves dogs, and we really appreciate how patient he's been while continuing the positive reinforcement training. And I mean, reaaaaally patient. Masey came from a shelter so we have had to work a lot on loose leash walking and dog reactivity. We haven't used their overnight services yet, but given our experience with them the past 8 months, I would absolutely trust them to take great care of our fur baby next time we're out of town. I have had some issues with some dog walkers before because of the stereo type of pit bulls, unfortunately that's just how it is these days. Where do I even begin! Albany Bark has been amazing for our family. They have cared for two of our dogs over the last three years. Our first, Bella, was a 13 year old particular dog who really was wary of new people, but who grew to love her walkers. When she passed away, they gave us a beautiful framed photo of her that we still have to this day. When we got our 2nd dog, Berny, they took care of her as well. They were there for us when I went into labor unexpectedly and had had one of the walker's stay at our house and watched Berny (and helped get things ready for our baby girl to come home), and walked her throughout my maternity leave. I was able to see just how excited Berny was whenever her buddy would come to walk her. We have since left Chicago and miss the folks at Albany Bark.
