My girlfriend and I brought home an 8 week old puppy and knew we'd need a dog walker to join our little family once we had to go back to the office. And sure enough, as soon as I met Jack I knew he was the one for us. We work in social media so we have weird hours and our schedules change day to day. Jack is always flexible and incredibly accommodating. We literally couldn't raise Theo without him and his team. A BIG plus for us is that Jack and co. only take one dog out at a time, so I know that Theo is safe and getting one on one attention. I know "wag" is a thing, but I see those walkers with 4 dogs at a time and I shudder. What if one dog turns on the other? Also, we love that a quick text and picture is standard and included in the incredibly reasonable pricing. Spencer seems to be the walker who takes Theo out the most, and his pictures are always amazing. We cannot thank this crew enough for taking care of our little guy. I've been using this service for a few months and he is great. Very prompt and courteous. I got an older puppy who is extremely skittish and jack has been so great with him. You get to know Jack and his team, philosophies, and services. He gets to know you, your dog, any requests you may have, and apartment nuances. After our initial meeting, we decided to go ahead with his services. Jack, Josh, and the UPS team were fantastic. Jack had two options - a long walk and a potty break. We went with the potty break. It's shorter but it also costs less. Each day we got messages and pictures as to how Bella did. We also got locked out once and Jack helped us get back into our place. It's not his primary business, of course, but they were helpful here, too. Great experience working with these guys. We moved to Rogers Park and Jack's empire hasn't expanded here - yet. Jack is so great. I required a daily dog walker for my three year old black lab mix. Jack immediately set up an intake interview, was extremely flexible with timing and was very professional. He was walking my dog regularly within a day and my dog absolutely loved him. Jack is very careful about handling my dog and makes sure he doesn't meet any other strange dogs on the way. I was searching for a pet sitter in a panic at the last minute, and he was able to accommodate what was almost a same-day request. He came by before I left so that I could show him where everything was and introduce him to the cat, and was able to show me a very clear rate sheet and proof of insurance. He is so obviously a pet lover, and got along with my cat immediately. The combination of being so organized about the business side and so good with my cat really put me at ease. Jack is great! With a recent job change, we required a dog walker to walk our Italian Greyhound every day. Before I finished emailing several local dog walking services in our neighborhood, I had already received a quick response from Jack. He immediately set up an intake interview with us and our dog, and was very flexible with the timing. He was professional, asked specific questions about our dog, and overall gave us a good vibe. While we didn't need him to start immediately, we did have a last minute situation where we needed him to walk our dog beginning the day following our intake. He accommodated our needs, and worked with us to confirm our regular schedule to begin a few weeks later. We really appreciate the daily emails letting us know how the walks went. This sort of communication isn't as common as one would think, and may seem monotonous to some. but we are grateful that he offered to do it via a note left at home, over the phone or via email. It's so great to receive the email in the middle of our days letting us know how Skinny's walk went. Finally, one of the reasons I was hoping his scheduling would work out with our was his various options for his visits - a walk (30-minutes) or a potty break (15-minutes). For those with puppies younger than 6 months, he offers to stop by twice during the day! His flexibility, pricing, and communication with us has been wonderful.
