Faith and her team have been beyond amazing for our Golden Retriever, Gypsy! Faith started walking Gypsy in 2017. I found her on the PSI website and she met all of the qualifications I was looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about animals and we always felt gypsy was in the best care with Faith. She is very friendly, personable, trustworthy, and caring- she always treated Gypsy as part of her family. She would walk gypsy 2-3x/week, and was flexible with my healthcare work schedule. It is very easy to schedule dog walks on her app, and payment was super easy via Zelle. A few special things Faith did over the years for Gypsy: -yearly birthday and holiday gifts -special trips for pup cups, doggy ice cream, and other treats at dog-friendly neighborhood places -gifted her a warm coat and paw protection for cold/icy Chicago winters -always provided photo updates with each walk -always made sure gypsy was well hydrated -takes Covid precautions very seriously Our family recently moved out of state, which is the only reason why we no longer use Faith. Before and after the pandemic Faith took care of our two beloved senior kitties. Birmans, whom we recently had to put down at 17 and 15, were as attached to us as we were to them. They were both from a breeder in California and moved back to Chicago with us. So, it was of enormous importance that we find a pet sitter who would love them and understand their nuances with compassion and patience. Faith and Peter have been watching my baby for me for about a year now and I cannot sing their praises anymore! I am very very specific and detailed on my instructions when I am out of town on how to care for my baby and the instructions are followed to a T! Before sitting for you, Faith did an in home consultation with my cat and answered general questions about her business as well as cats in general (she's very knowledgeable). faith bring over paperwork to show that she is properly licensed and insurance. Not only does Purrfect Paws does sitting, but Faith was able to take my cat into the vet for me (my vet allows the sitter to come in and has the information of Faith and Peter, just in case anything happens while Im away!). Faith is amazing. We went to Florida for a week over Christmas, and hired Purrfect Paws to watch our cats, Gary and Frank.
