We actually picked the car up the same morning we got off our cruise ship. Since we had friends with us and a long drive back to Arizona ahead of us, I was worried about a long wait. However, the team made the pickup process incredibly fast and easy. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and the wait was very short. Highlights of the experience: The Car: It was exactly as advertised--clean and in great condition. They even made sure to include the Level 1 wall charging cord and the V2L adapter, which I really appreciated. The Team: Everyone was incredibly friendly. Kevin was great to work with over the phone leading up to the sale, and Ruben did an excellent job getting the car prepped and ready for the road. The Logistics: While they stayed firm on the price ($17,938.25), they were very helpful with the out-of-state logistics. They provided a one-day trip pass so I could drive back to AZ and handle the taxes and registration locally. I'm currently waiting on the title, which they've communicated should arrive by next Friday. If you're looking for a transparent, friendly, and efficient car-buying process, I highly recommend these guys!

This is not a bad place to purchase a used truck ,but be prepared for the usual used car lot B.S... Understand you will be spending another $1000 getting the vehicle that you buy here road ready.. The Jeep they sold me was 100% out of fuel..I texted them a few hours before my arrival to buy it anf ask them to put fuel in it.. I asked Nancy again when I got there..I asked the manager..he finally mumbled and pointed in a random direction and said something about the mechanic isn't here today.. He was there three days earlier when I test drove it and pointed out it had no fuel.. And really .we are not in Oregon..anyone in California should be smart enough to pump fuel. Also...I got 5 miles away and the change oil soon light came on.. When changing the oil we found that the air filter was plugged dang near solid.. They installed the cheapest new tires money could buy..that's fine but they didn't get them balanced ..so..they saved like $20.. Tomorrow I have an appointment to get the front end aligned as it does pull slightly right..get the tires balanced..$200 ..I got the engine oil..auto transmission fluid changed and the air filter that was $350. I don't expect them to eat the cost for all that on cars..but a reputable dealer would just do all that before putting a vehicle on the lot...and just ad the cost to the price... I paid $23,000 for a 10 year old vehicle with 79,000 miles and had to spend close to $1000 to make it road worthy... If they had a truck that I was in the market for I might buy there again..because let's face it...all used car dealers are like this..just have $1000 minimum ready to dump in it just to make it road ready.

Caveat Emptor -- Buyer Beware…read more I recently attempted to purchase a Ford Transit 350HD from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately the experience turned into one of the most disorganized and frustrating vehicle purchase attempts I have encountered. This dealership advertises itself as a "family-owned business," which suggests a certain level of accountability and professionalism. That was not reflected in my experience. After identifying a specific Transit van listed online, I contacted the dealership and confirmed the advertised price. I spent several days working through the purchase process, provided documentation, and secured financing approval through my lender (Westlake Financial). At that point the deal should have been straightforward. Instead, the transaction steadily deteriorated. Three nearly identical Transit vans were involved and the dealership repeatedly confused VIN numbers during the process. Pricing changed multiple times after the initial quote. I was eventually told that the price I had been given was incorrect and that the vehicle should have been listed higher than advertised. In an effort to move the deal forward in good faith, I even agreed to the revised higher price. However, the problems continued. A shipping credit that had been advertised was removed, and the dealership then insisted that I would need to pay California sales tax on an out-of-state purchase despite clear documentation indicating otherwise. What was most concerning was the lack of management involvement. The salesperson, Anna, was polite and personable throughout the process and appeared to genuinely try to help. However, it was obvious she had been left to manage a complicated transaction without adequate training or support. When the situation began to unravel, a sales manager should have stepped in to correct the problems and provide direction. Instead, the responsibility for the entire situation appeared to be left on a relatively new salesperson. The finance manager, Emilio, was particularly disappointing. Calls were not returned and basic questions regarding financing and tax obligations were not properly investigated. A finance manager's role is to clarify these issues and ensure the transaction is handled correctly, not to leave customers chasing answers. Throughout the process I remained patient and professional, even as the terms of the deal continued to change. Ultimately I decided to walk away because the pricing, terms, and vehicle information had shifted too many times to proceed with confidence. For transparency, I retained all documentation related to this attempted purchase including email correspondence, financing approvals, pricing discussions, and VIN information. My advice to potential buyers is simple: verify every detail in writing and proceed carefully before committing to anything. A dealership that promotes itself as family-run should demonstrate the coordination, leadership, and accountability that such a claim implies. In this case, that expectation was not met. It's also worth noting that the only time I've seen Maria, the sales manager, get involved is when apologizing for all of these negative reviews. If you read this in it's entirety, please check out my profile. I don't leave negative reviews, only positive. This is my first and its so sad.

I live in Boston so did this over the phone with the dealer. On June 5, 2026, 2 1/2 hours into my sons drive to Los Angeles, CA from Stockton, CA the engine started making noises and the car engine abruptly shut down. After finding a tow company to get the car and having it looked at, $185 later we were told the engine was seized. I called the dealer and he told me that my son test drove the car and that his "fast driving" probably caused it. Really??? There was no indication of/or issues prior my son said until this happened. He was on the highway driving when the engine seized, there is no reason doing the speed limit or even slightly over in a car we had for just over 3 months should have had engine problems. The dealer said the car was sold "as is" and he wasn't responsible for anything. I don't care what the "as is" rule is, who does this to a consumer?? I am out over $11k and my son no longer has a car!

He asked us questions about myself on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. This review is NOT intended to advertise or promise anything on their behalf, but my experience with them was great and they definitely earned this 5 start review. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I need another car!

I had already purchased an OEM replacement handle from an authorized Honda parts dealer, and initially planned to have the dealership install it. However, the dealership quoted me a very high labor cost and required me to leave my car overnight due to their busy schedule. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. Most importantly, my door handle works perfectly now--just like when I first bought the car. I'll definitely be coming back to Action Auto for future repairs. Thank you, Mark, for making this such an easy and positive experience!
