Ordered from this place for too good to go. Ended up getting this filling chicken curry and rice dish for about 6 bucks. Honestly for the price, what you get is super solid. Filling and flavorful, would recommend at that price ! Person at the counter was friendly.

The worst Bussup shot I have ever tried to eat. I couldn't get through it. It was so thick! I just folded it back up and moved it to the side. Not enough seasoning in the potatoes and channa combo. It was also thicker than expected. It was like a porridge. The curry chicken was good. It was basic and pull apart soft. My juice was good too. That's how they earned 2 stars. Hubby said I'm not used to Caribbean Mac and cheese... uhh, I had a bite and was done. He ate the whole thing and said it had a hint of spice to it. The spot looks a bit run down. Dirty menus. I'm so happy we went to try it before inviting friends to join us. I would have been embarrassed. There's a live dj- I was there on Sunday at 2pm. Good music. I'm never going back.

Too good to go review - absolutely delicious. I picked up a surprise bag of curry chicken with rice and peas. Everything is seasoned and blended well. The chicken is soft and packed with flavor. The rice is soft and has that great taste and texture of authentic rice and peas. The curry gravy was soaked up by the rice and i am well pleased.

I came here because I ordered food from the app TooGoodToGo and I assumed it would be old cold food but I was greeted when I walked in told to press confirm on my order and I placed an order for a Rum punch and the chef proceeded to go into the kitchen after making my drink. My two orders came out nice and hot and delicious I will be returning as this is a nice spot

So I found this solely through another app that offers you discounted meals for various restaurants. I called before I came and made sure they didn't offer something I don't eat. They assured me the options that I could get. I arrived. It's connected to a stairwell for what I'm guessing may be apts so I saw something's before I even got out of the car. When you walk up there's two doors with the stairs in the middle. You can only enter via the bar. It was empty and I was ok with that. I let him know I was there to pickup an order. I got a secret menu item as well. He packed the plates and showed me the secret menu item. Not my actual food. I get home and see what should be $21 worth of food when in all honesty it's was the discounted prices value if that. If the goal was to draw me back in, you've failed. But my secret menu item was TASTY!!! The actual plate wasn't that great as you can see there's barely a Chicken leg and I got maybe a 1/4c of cabbage (I moved it so you could see but it was on top of rice). Most places pack your plate and well they acted like they were trying to feed a family of 50 million ppl because there's no way you'd pay full price for the pictured plate. The rice was even stingy and we all know everyone overloads you with rice. For what I tasted it was not worth the cost discounted or not but definitely try it if you'd like a kids meal sized order. The customer service was great but there was a trickle of people as I was finishing up my order so no vibe to check. But looks like they may have DJ some nights.

Jerk Chicken, Rice and Peas, Mac and Cheese ($15)

I came here with my co-workers for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. No one was at this dining establishment. The decor was clean with a black and gold theme. All the entrees came with two sides. I got the curry goat ($19.50) with rice & peas and curried chickpeas & potatoes. My coworkers got the jerk chicken ($15) with mac & cheese and cabbage, along with the rice & peas as well. The curry goat was great--well-flavored and cooked to tenderness. The jerk chicken was good, although it failed to have the kick of spice I would normally expect from Jerk chicken. The mac & cheese tasted great as well. My coworker claimed that the cabbage was slightly cold. For drinks we got the passion fruit juice ($5) and their best seller: coconut, pineapple, and ginger juice. We were told all the juices were freshly squeezed and they did taste very fresh. I highly recommend everyone try their coconut, pineapple, ginger juice. I am not a big fan of ginger juice, but the ginger is subtle enough to really highlight the tropical flavors of the coconut and pineapple. Overall, the food and drinks were delicious. The prices were a bit high and I would like to see some Caribbean-inspired cocktails. I would definitely come back to try their roti! It is about time there's a new Caribbean restaurant by campus!

The food was well seasoned and perfectly cooked! We only got chicken this time but look forward to trying other menu items the next time. The rice and beans were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor! When we arrived to pick up our order the space was clean, had security and DJ providing music! They also have a full bar- I'll have to eat in next time too! We look forward to going back to try more items!

I really love this new place and hope they have a long and happy time here. I'll go back and get some interior pics, it's very well done inside. The folks that run it are lovely people and they REALLY know how to cook!! Pleasantly informal today when I went, serving from chafing dishes, pay at the bar and take a table. Rarely have I had a lunch so quick and so good. I got a stewed fish that was amazing, and sides of potato, plantains, and this incredible spinach dish. My drink was a pineapple ginger juice that you've got to try. TRUST ME - EAT HERE!!!!!

Very cute Trini spot. Food is well worth the wait. Haven't had anything bad yet. And the vibe always hits!

    Oxtail Meal
    Jon M.

Sorry, big miss for me. First time trying Caribbean Dynasty and this is a one and done situation. I called in an order for pickup - oxtails (comes with cabbage and rice & peas), an additional side of plantains, and a ginger pineapple drink. Total: $45.40 Food/Service Pros - Bartenders were running the takeout orders and the gentleman that greeted me was attentive and kind. Portion of oxtails was generous and oxtails were meaty. Food/Service Cons: I was told the food would be ready in "a few minutes". Admittedly, I could've just asked the person taking my order to be more specific but, given that my drive to the establishment is about 20 min, I didn't have an expectation that there would be much of a wait when I arrived. The food took about 10 min extra minutes to come out when I got there but hey, based on these reviews, good food takes time - I was wrong. When I get home I discover one of the sides that's supposed to come with the oxtails is missing. Though I had a large portion of oxtails they were pretty much plain baked oxtails. They didn't look seasoned or like they had been prepared in any way other than baked in the oven. Kind of prepared like roast beef - but no gravy, no seasoning, no herbs/spices - sort of naked? It was odd. The plantains didn't seem fried but more baked and the rice & peas, I kid you not, tasted like there was a dash of cinnamon in it? Idk, the whole meal had me confused. The ginger pineapple "fizzed" when I opened it and had a fermented taste to it so I'm assuming it'd been in the fridge for a couple days too long; the cherry on top to seal the fact that it felt like they didn't want me to come back. Everything honestly tasted like someone in the kitchen personally disliked me, lol. And I discovered when I got home that they automatically charged gratuity...for a slow takeout order...which tasted like the culinary equivalent of a slap in the face. In the timeless words of Randy Jackson, "it's a no for me, dawg".

    Very small portion

Participated in a special deal the location had, (for $6.99..you will receive a meal that is worth $21.00). Instead I received a portion that was not even worth the price paid. If you see this advertisement, don't believe it. This is the exact meal we received, a patty and some dots . Nowhere near ($21), according to their menu

the grand opening of the restaurant

Really great Caribbean food: oxtails, curry chicken, fish, jerk chicken, bakes and saltfish, yummy meat, fish, and veggie pies (patties), escoveitch snapper, delicious! Beautiful dining hall with event spaces and DJs too. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Also they made us leave at 4pm Food was good but came out at 2:45pm when the supposed event was set to start at 11:45am (maybe 2 packs of eckrige sausage, waffles, mac & cheese, fried potatoes) Mimosas (pretty much OJ definitely weren't unlimited) we asked for a pitcher to avoid constant walking to the bar since it was 7 of us. They gave us a huge tower of OJ and an opened bottle of Andre then when we asked for a second bottle they told us it would be our Last bottle I MEAN That's Not Unlimited & remember we were the ONLY ones present at said UNLIMITED BRUNCH & MIMOSAS‼ Shots were $20 so we purchased a few but then opted to just buy a $300 bottle of Don Reposado from them‍ * They did bring the bottle out with a sign that read "Sisters by chance, Friends by choice" We appreciate it that was nice We also purchased 3 hookahs at $30 a piece. I did pay attention to his behavior while the woman was seated next to me and his drink mixing wasn't as aggressive. I had to go to the bathroom during my visit and told him I would pay before going to the bathroom so he wouldn't make any assumptions about me. I asked him to keep my drink behind the bar because the woman was still seated next to me. I came back and the woman eventually left. I had a several questions for 3 different staff members I encountered and they were all happy to answer my questions and had good energy. The burger I got was unique and very much a craft burger. They have a lot of dry-aged meats here (including their burger), and I thought it was good and still a little juicy. The fries were average fries. I also got an orange crush that was also good, a cider, and sampled their slushies. They have a strawberry bourbon slushie I really liked. I would have ordered it but it was strong and I had already gotten the crush, so I'll just have to come back for it. The other slushie was a coffee one and I'm not a huge coffee person, but if you like coffee, you'd probably like that. Children are allowed here until 7 pm I believe. Unfortunately, they do not do tours (anymore). I'd like to see them bring this back because I'm always interested in the process and also hearing about how things are produced. You order food on one side (and can also order cocktails on that side too) but the beers and others are ordered on the brewery side. You're able to open a tab on either side though and it will be connect, so you don't have to do multiple transactions. Cool interior as well.
