Reservations are required, we booked ours online. Our first time here was amazing, the table service definitely makes me wanna go back. They bring you complementary basket of bread, meats, cheese, pickled cauliflower, and Italian desserts at the end. The Caesar salad was made to order in front of us. The croutons were the best thing ever. My spicy rigatoni definitely had a kick to it!

Dining at Carbone Miami felt less like dinner and more like stepping into a perfectly choreographed culinary experience. From the moment we were seated, the service was nothing short of extraordinary polished, attentive, and effortlessly warm. Our server, Caesar, was phenomenal. One of the highlights of the evening was watching him craft the tableside Caesar salad right in front of us a classic touch that felt both theatrical and nostalgic. Coincidentally (and fittingly), having Caesar prepare a Caesar salad made the moment even more memorable. The balance of the dressing, crisp romaine, and freshly grated cheese was perfection. The spicy rigatoni absolutely lived up to its legendary reputation. Perfectly al dente, coated in that signature creamy, spicy vodka sauce rich, bold, and deeply satisfying without being overwhelming. Every bite reminded me why this dish has such a devoted following. Beyond the pasta, the table was filled with beautifully presented dishes, vibrant antipasti, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails that complemented the meal perfectly. The warm lamp-lit tables, elegant plating, and lively yet intimate atmosphere made the entire evening feel special. And of course, dessert was the perfect finale a sweet little celebration that capped off an unforgettable meal. Carbone delivers on every level: iconic food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that feels both glamorous and welcoming. If you're looking for a true Miami dining experience that blends old-school Italian charm with modern energy, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.

I sat in outdoor seating which was still beautiful, staff was very attentive even being outdoor! Excellent Italian food!

I had high expectations for Carbone in Miami and was very eagered to eat here. Unfortunately the pasta I was looking forward to the most, spicy rigatoni, was very undercooked. This saddened me, especially because I always hear it raved about.I was already full by the time a remake was offered, but the lobster ravioli took it there for me! This dish was sooo good and will now be what I order going forward. The wait to be seated was longer than expected, way after our reservation time, but service was good.

They always exceed my expectations here. An absolute classic. A meal here never misses. Between the rigatoni or the veal chop and the Cesar salad or beef carpaccio you're always in for a good treat. And the best part of all -- you have Frank Sinatra playing the entire time and the service is absolutely fantastic. We love a spot with great hospitality!

The ambiance of this restaurant is gorgeous a classic upscale Italian restaurant modernized. The service was also great and attentive. Now, the food is good. Not a thing was bad. But, it's not something I'd ever crave- it wasn't outstanding. I was excited for months and personally I think it was the same as any other decent Italian restaurant. So for the price and portions it is to overpriced and overhyped

Overall it's a vibe here. The staff were really nice and funny. The food was good as well. The cake menu was interesting and it had us convinced to get some. They have so much bread for you on the side as well. The pizza looking/tasting bread was so good. I'd say the food overall was good but a bit pricey but the service and vibe in there was top notch.

I mean where do we begin... the iconic Carbone Miami;the restaurant that's buzzing no matter what day of the week. Immediately greeted with interior design of no other. Grand chandeliers every few feet with vibrant maximalism throughout. The classic bread service of pickled veggies and baked goods. Leading straight into antipasto, with Baked Clams. Table-side Caesar salad is a non negotiable. Our main course was their famous rigatoni & off menu chicken parm & I'd say it's the arguably the best order you can possibly have at Carbone. We also had their Orecchiette Vito & Toetellini al Ragu which was an amazing combo, a lot of pasta but it's all so worth it. Ending the night with an Hazelnut Cake, Italian Hug of Rainbow cookies and Limoncello. There's a reason this place never sleeps. Bravo Carbone Miami.

My daughters and I were guests at Carbone's this weekend. Geo was our server, and made our entire experience memorable and wonderful. We will return!!

The vibes of this place are really cool and give old italian restaurant. The service was amazing, we had like 7 different staff come to our table and they were all very friendly. The food came out very fast. I got the spicy vodka rigatoni it was good but nothing outstanding. I don't think it's worth the price. One thing that helped with the prices is the different bread, pickled cauliflower, and meat and cheese it comes with.

What an incredible experience in Miami. Definitely go inside if you're seated outside so you can feel the vibe. They bring out to the table several different styles of bread (I will forever dream of that focaccia bread- it was amazing) and a cauliflower in oil and vinegar mixture. Our waiter suggested we share meals family style and it was a great idea. My favorite dishes were the tortellini and the spicy vodka pasta. The drinks from the bar were delicious (and string). We finished the night off with a hazelnut chocolate cake and it was heavenly.

Carbone lived up to the hype for my wife and I's first dinner night of our Honeymoon. Upon entering, you're transported into a luxury/homey Italian eatery, with ambiance that makes you feel like royalty throughout the entire dinner. The food itself delivers! The bread starter was warm and provided variety, complimented nicely by the salami rose and the pickled Cauliflower. The Caesar salad was grand and refreshing, with the croutons providing a slightly sweet touch. The Spicy Rigatoni was the top dish forsure! Excellent flavor on the sauce and the onion/cheese mixed in added to the good flavor. Lastly, the Ribeye Diane was cooked on point to Med Rare, with nice char on the crust and a tender finish. True highlight of the night was the service by the Big Three: Anthony, Jane, and Ryan! Anthony was our primary server and provided excellent recommendations, while making us feel VIP through our special evening. His attention to detail and charismatic service elevated an already awesome dinner. Jane was quick to refill beverages, provide wine service, and keep our plates reset for each new dish. Ryan delivered our bread starter, Spicy rigatoni, and Ribeye with flare and excitement! Those 3 were like the Miami Heatles (2011-2014) of Carbone. If you're in Miami, and you want to splurge, Carbone is a must!

Why I'll go back: Power dining on pasta in an electric atmosphere You HAVE to order: Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Tony's Tip: If you want a decent dinner time on Friday or Saturday, get on top of it when the 30-day, 10:00 a.m. reservation window opens. If you haven't had luck scoring a rezzie at the storied Greenwich Village location, Carbone Miami will give you all of the energy of the original, sexed up a bit with the gorgeous Miami crowd. Our group of six scored a 6:45 pm table on the Friday of Art Basel weekend. We were seated promptly and then taken care of all night by a dapper, smooth-talking gentleman who made us feel like royalty. Drink orders were taken and a walk-through of the menu given, followed by the bread service. That's a good place to digress for a moment and note four dishes that stood out to me: Bread basket: three types of bread, including a warm, buttery focaccia. AND it comes with a chunk of parmesan and a side of salami presented like a flower bouquet. One of the best starting packages I've ever had dining out. Spicy Rigatoni Vodka: this is the house specialty. Think a mix of creamy vodka sauce and amatriciana spiciness. Again, unique in my experience. They like to do an appetizer portion per person as a mid-course. Don't pass it up. Angel Hair AOP: Delicious, delicate pasta (and not al dente) soaking in a vibrant red sauce and accompanied by a generous portion of lobster chunks. My favorite dish of the night. Artichoke Hearts: I've loved these since I was a kid, as we stripped down a full artichoke at the dinner table leaf by leaf to arrive at the "prize" of a tender heart that we used to submerge in warm butter. Well, this dish is all hearts sitting in butter, oil and herbs. A true delicacy and a great add-on, especially with any of the fish or steak dishes. The Caesar and House Chopped Salads were a great warmup course - neither dressing was heavy and they were right in the wheelhouse of what you'd expect those classics to taste like. We threw in lamb chops and the Chicken Massimo as well. The chops were tender and "prepared" tableside. The kitchen didn't do anything flamboyant with the chicken, but it was very moist and flavorful for such a dish. The next time we make it into Carbone, I'm inclined to try another pasta and the veal parm, and I'm intrigued by the lasagna. There's a beautiful dessert cart presentation. Our table shared a piece of carrot cake (looked prettier than it tasted) and a sweet Italian cake with a delicate cream sauce. tbh, I'd focus on the main meal and maybe drink your dessert (I'm lookin' at you, espresso martini). Despite it being Art Basel Friday and packed, service never skipped a beat. We had just signed our check a few minutes past 9:00 when a host came over, ostensibly to see how our meal was, but really to move us along since they were probably looking to get a 9:00 reservation seated. Unwittingly, our lingering was parlayed into an offer of free limoncello in the bar area, which we graciously ;) accepted. That scene was as you'd expect - short dresses, nice tans, and controlled chaos - all a reminder that when you mix Carbone and Miami, you get a scene like no other. Bottom line: come for the food, take in the vibe, and don't worry about the bill. It's all worth it.

We'd be happy too! Jimmy (owner). Just ask the cashier or manager on duty

I notice the dress code says no open toed shoes- but what about nice heels for women?

I had open toe Valentinos no problem they just don't want you to wear flip flops

Can you order take out because I doubt they let me chill in shorts in there?

Wear shorts to the beach or an outside BBQ. Not to a restaurant.

Does the Miami location open for lunch, my reservation on resy says 2PM?? Update* I went for my lunch reservation and they were open!

    It is not

Can I bring my toddler? Will they have a booster seat?

I did not see any children there. I wouldn't take my kids there. Its too nice for kids. They would just ruin your experience.

Does "no athletic wear" in the dress code include shoes? Getting some new Nike's before my trip out, and I'd hate to have to pack TOO many pairs of shoes...

Do you have to wear a suit and tie or can I just go how I be in sweatpants and a hoodie also do y'all offer take out I wouldn't mind smoking then eating in the car chillen?

Do they have gluten free options?

Just the rigatoni & I'm sure you could request a caesar w/out croutons. I'd definitely let the waitstaff know about any celiac/GF allergies that way they could properly handle your requests 🙃

    Is there any free parking?

No, but there is street parking & you can download the app "ParkMobile" & pay under your designated zone

    Are dogs allowed?

No, it would be best to leave your dog at home when eating at this upscale restaurant

Its a popular place and maybe they do but ive heard reservations are always and highly recommended. Always try checking at Thursdays around 10-11 am , usually they have open spots during such times in Resy

Yes, a wine list is giving when you are seated.

Do they sell chicken parm instead of veal?

You can request alternatives when dining, meatballs were not on the menu but the chef made them for me.

How do you make reservations to this restaurant?

Through their website or the resy website

    Do I need a reservarione?

Yes at least a month out

She knew the menu and was able to make good recommendations. We started with a Margherita pizza was thin and had a crisp, came out quick and was delicious. Good to split between two instead of bread service. Our mains were the Cacio y Pepe which was fresh and had a peppery flavor. Not bad but not my favorite. Rigatoni ragu was delicious and was my fav. I'd order this again. All the pasta is freshly made in house. Finally, we ordered a Banana bread dessert which was good for two and not too sweet. It was served with a scoop of banana flavored ice cream. I'd come here again as in my opinion it's much better than some of the overhyped Italian restaurants that you see on the gram in Miami. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

They had a chew to them and required actual chewing like they were a thin piece of meat or something. That was such a textural turn off on the dish. I bought into the hype in preparing for my Miami trip, and I was let down. It's a good spot but if you take a step back and look at the details, Boia De has some serious room for improvement.
