Happy Hour = Fire Breakfast = Fire Dessert = Fire Service = Fire (not so much our nameless breakfast waitress but Lynn who's a triple threat-server/bartender/hostess was the Best!) Wanted dinner but we ran out of time. That Coffee Creme Brûlée will change your life! The peach cobbler delicious & the key lime pie made by a local bakery in snow hill Md was delicious! We also had the steak flatbread, orange cauliflower, French dip, salad, omelette, French toast all delicious

The restaurant is located in a hotel with easy access. It gives an upscale vibe but the servers made us feel welcome. We were seated quickly and the questions we had about the menu were answered fully. I ordered the catch.if the day, Mahi Mahi, and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. My wife had the shrimp and scallop risotto and both dishes were delicious. We will absolutely come again the next time we are here.

How lucky is it to find five star dining in a resort town in season where you can find parking? There was street parking and overflow parking across the street but I was lucky enough to find a spot in the garage and I didn't abuse the privilege I was done in an hour. Their offering's here are in The five star realm. The service here is very good. Although bigger parties do seem to get slightly better service. I tried three or four entrées here already in the last four months. I know my last visit three days ago I had the prime rib special. It was reasonably priced and the vegetables that accompanied it were fabulous. And this time I had the John Daly cocktail which was interesting and amply filled with alcohol. At $10 I didn't feel like I got ripped off. I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you're looking for a place with pretty views, comfortable seating, a nice bar and really good food , this is a place I recommend in Ocean City.

How convenient to have a fine restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel where you are staying! We arrived mid May for a 3 night stay in OC. My first visit to OC was in 1974 and many successive years after with my last visit in 2012. A lot has changed including Captains Table. I can remember dining here 40 -50 years ago when it was a ground level restaurant. Now, it's located on the 3rd Level (Lobby Level) of the Marriott Courtyard on 15th and Boardwalk. A complete different experience and love the Piano Man! We made a 6:30 reservation and were escorted to our table by the window. Cocktails arrived quickly (Old Fashioned and Cosmopolitan) and shortly after so did our appetizers of Local Oysters and Cream of Crab soup. The Oysters were served cooked, not raw. That was kind of a surprise. Our waitress said they were from the Chesapeake but did not understand why they were served cooked? My girlfriend didn't mind and enjoyed them. My Cream of Crab soup was delicious with many lumps of crab. For entree's she had the Lobster Stir Fry and I had the Surf and Turf. The lobster came shelled except for the tail which was served split. Lobster was fresh, tasty, and she enjoyed the spicy flavor along with the Jasmine rice. My Surf and Turf was equally enjoyable with 2 small filets on top of creamy mash potato with crab cake stuffed shrimp. Nothing was left on our plates. Our dinner for two, including drinks, was just under $200 without tip. Although this might be a bit pricey for a family dinner while on vacation it was the perfect spot for the two of us and we enjoyed our food, service, and will most certainly visit again.

One of my favorite restaurants in OC. Conveniently located at the Marriot Courtyard on the Boardwalk. I have eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food has been great every time. The staff are awesome and entertaining from the hostess, to the servers, to the bartenders. Restaurants offers limited view of the city and beach. It is very spacious. I recently popped in for dessert. I was impressed with their cobbler version. It was truely a homemade dish with generous portions. Definitely check out this restaurant if in the area.

The service was exceptional. The pianist played all of our favorite classic rock tunes, creating a classy yet relaxed atmosphere. The menu offered everything we'd expect from a hotel restaurant on the Eastern Shore but elevated in both flavor and quality.

Our first stop on the family vacation. The piano man was the main reason we wanted this spot. If you come on a piano night, ask to be close. The back area you won't hear or see him. Our cocktails were an old fashioned and a coconut Martini. Her's was incredible and my old fashioned was a top 2 ever. We started with a cocktail shrimp. Normal shrimp. You get a wedding cocktail hour. My main meal was the Steak Frites. The shallot fries, combine with the butter on the steak, was so good. Home run. My wife had the captains crab cake. This was filled with crab. They are not cheap on filling it with breadcrumbs. She said best crab cake ever. We wanted to stay for dessert, but we have a 2 year old. Service was great. Also, my son tipped the piano man. This is a must do! Come on a night with the piano man. Everything is worth the price. If you need a nice date night or need that really good meal, this is it!

This was a cute find. We went a little early for dinner on Mother's Day with our 3 month old baby. The servers were amazing and the food was such a surprise. Also had the crab soup and that was heaven. My wife got the seafood risotto and that was a bit heavy but definitely flavorful. The lava cake was almost fudgy but very delicious in its own right.

Captains Table - A must visit and experience when in OCMD. This restaurant features a casual to business casual feel with excellent service, food and attentiveness from the waiting staff. We have dined here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is family friendly, but also a perfect place for a date night. The waitress Dee has taken care of us on numerous occasions and has always been excellent! If you stop in, ask for her and I promise you will be well taken care of! P.S. Captains Table is very clean and the waiting staff is very good about clearing off your table as you further your meal experience! Enjoy!

First off the waitress was top notch. Loved her. But the menu selection is mid and extremely pricey. I ended up just getting a burger and house salad.

I have not eaten one bad thing here and am convinced it is the best breakfast spot in town! The lobster benedict (often one of their specials) is tender, flavorful, and delicious; and their Captain Crunch french toast (one of their regular menu items) is amazing and doesn't even need the melba sauce it is served with on the side. I tried a bite of their corn pancake special, which was also very good, not overly sweet, and paired well with the mango salsa; and my mom had their Angel food cake French toast with berries and melba sauce, which she enjoyed very much. They also have a number of different mimosa selections. I had a pineapple mimosa the first time and a passionfruit one the second and both were equally delicious and again, not overly sweet. It gets very busy on the weekends but whenever we have had to wait, it was never longer than ten minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area as there is something for everyone and the food is consistently amazing!

We walked from our hotel and checked in about 15min before our reservation, and were immediately sat. Don't seem overly busy which is never a good thing in a vacation destination. We were sat along the windows and put in a drink order. I got an old fashioned which was fine. I ordered the cream of crab soup as a starter. Soup was solid, but the flavor was pretty lacking. As my entree I went with the bleu cheese encrusted steak. I ordered it medium-well, which is what you do at a place that doesn't have steak in its name or isn't billed as a steakhouse. That way when the undercook it (as most do) it'll be the preferred medium temp. Anyway, the steak came out and WAS NOT encrusted. The potatoes that were served with it were very good but undercooked and slimy. The vegetables looked just forced and were thrown on the plate to add color not flavor. Our waitress Devin was nice, but she could tell the kitchen wasn't providing a good meal. We skipped dinner and went to Dumser's. Meh - wouldn't go back.

Customer Service: Hands down the best we experienced during our 9-day family trip to OCMD. Karri, our waitress, made us feel like family, loved her. Jeff & Mike were professional, friendly, and made a point to engage with every table. Breakfast? PHENOMENAL. Best we've had, not just this summer, but in all our years visiting OCMD. My wife and son agree. Everything was homemade and cooked to order. No frozen shortcuts. Portions were just right, flavors balanced beautifully, and nothing overly sweet. Nashville Hot Stuffed French Toast: The bourbon and caramelized apples stole the show. Chicken was a fun twist, though next time I'd get it on the side to keep the sweet and spicy separate. You can skip the chicken altogether and save $4 if you'd like. Banana Foster French Toast: Mind-blowing. The kind of dish that makes you question everything you've ever called "breakfast." Plate was licked clean. Already dreaming of it for summer 2026. Creamed Chipped Beef over Biscuits: Shared this one. Generous portion, nostalgic flavor, clearly a recipe passed down and perfected. Triple Decker: My son had the chocolate chip pancakes, huge portion, perfect texture, and he loved every bite. Only minor con: straws come unwrapped in your drink. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note. Final score: 25/25. Solid A+. Verdict: Highly recommended. We'll be back in summer 2026, no question.

We'd heard nothing but great things, so I'm happy to say it didn't disappoint. All the food was enjoyable and our server Vern made sure we were well taken care of. We kicked things off with the Cherry Bomb Calamari and the Scallops Tagliatelle. The calamari, topped with toasted coconut and served with Shanghai aioli, was good, but the tagliatelle was the standout. Perfectly seared dayboat scallops paired with housemade tagliatelle in a truffle butter sauce, with peas, pancetta, Parmesan, and a drizzle of jus gras. Rich, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Next, I tried the cream of crab soup, made with fresh Maryland jumbo lump crab meat. The flavor was rich and well-balanced, but I did encounter a few shell fragments. A truly great bowl of cream of crab should be smooth and shell-free. For our entrees, we ordered the smoked cheddar pierogies, the red wine braised short rib, and the filet mignon. While everything was delicious, the filet was by far the best. You can choose from three preparation styles, we had it blackened, and it was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. It's a dish I'd happily come back for.
