My husband and I purchased a travel trailer from this location when it was still Richardson's RV (back in 2022). We were upsold to a Dutchman Kodiak ($15,000 over our budget). We were told it was a higher quality trailer, so we went with it. Within 2 months of our purchase, Richardson's was sold to Camping World. After the 2nd time we took the trailer out things continually broke down on it. It took MONTHS for anything to be repaired. The customer service was non-existence during the entire process (no return phone calls, never clarifying if things were covered under warranty, no updates on repairs, promises of repairs to be done in a timely manner - which would wind up taking MONTHS to complete, the list goes on). There was essentially NO communication at all! NOTE: Repairs cannot be done at this location, they must be taken to the Menifee location - where the customer service is just as horrid! Purchasing a travel trailer is supposed to create fun and exciting experiences - this has been nothing but a nightmare! I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. We have gone all the way to corporate - which proved pointless! No one is accountable for anything! They "claim" that the owner Marcus Lemonis cares about every customer and only wants complete customer satisfaction - what a joke! They completely ghosted us! If you like shady salespeople and a company that puts their customers LAST, this is the place for you! read more

We purchased a brand new 5th wheel through this location. The follow up on them making sure the damaged items would be taken care of is non existant. I recommend not dealing with Camping World. We purchased in Dec. 2022 and still dealing with having everything completed. Very unprofessional and would never do it again. The ongoing hoops we are going through to have a properly working trailer is unbelievable. read more

As newbies to the trailer/rv buying process, my husband and I had a great experience at camping world! We walked in not knowing much but Rene (Gunny) was a huge help! He not only educated us on a lot of things we didn't know but gave great advice. My husband and I now know what we are looking for and where to buy from. I recommend asking for Gunny!! - Kessner family read more

SCAMMERS & LIARS!! Went there 2 weeks ago, we had an appointment with Brian (Great guy) shortly after that was greeted by on of the managers Jose. They both showed us the 2 travel trailer that I had asked to see but I also had seen one that had just been put on the web for sale, Jose knew which one I was talking about and showed it to us. He quickly said the price on the web was wrong, that it was an error but they would honor the price. So we went inside to run credit Jose came back and said we were approved and now he past us over to Joseline the finance person to do the paperwork. She said congratulations and sign here and here...etc.. She informed us that my husband needed to show proof of income and we would be good to go, she even had us call Good Sam for the insurance right there and then. They said we couldn't take the trailer till they had the income verification, so we made in appointment to go back. We emailed over verification so I spoke with Eddie another manager that said we were good to go but Joseline was not in the office and she would be the ONLY one that could do the paperwork. The next day after I reached out to her mid afternoon she calls and informs me that they could not find a back to approve us because of income was not enough. OK so mind you they asked what our ANNUAL income was not what was taken home after taxes and deductions. GUESS WHAT THAT SAME DAY THE TRALIER WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $6000.00 MORE. SOMEBODY DIDN'T WHAT TO SALE IT TO US BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE IN PRICE. Why do I know this because I have pics of they 1st time I saw the trailer and the 2nd time they put it back on there. Also my husband and I went to another RV dealer in San Bernardino and GOT APPROVED for up to $35K with a credit union. So CAMPING WORLD just wants the money and will LIE to do whatever it takes!! DON'T BELIVE ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO SAY. Plus why are they charging $2000 for looking over the RV's to ensure everything is working right when they should have to do that anyways when selling one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BAIT AND SWITCH (DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES VIOLATES CALIFORNIA STANDING LAW) SLIM SHADY SUBSIDIARY OF THE CAMPING WORLD BRAND. On Memorial Day 2023 weekend our wholly military family was selling a 2019 Coachman Catalina Legacy. Camping World Temecula contacted us and stated they wanted to buy the excellent condition travel trailer. We responded in kind and traveled 200+ miles where one USN combat veteran (owner of the rig) took off work defending this Nation to respond to their stated intention to buy. The questionable salesman goes by "TC" (NCIS reveals his actual name is Ricquel Leigh M.) in person face-to-face offered us a sum certain $20,000 for the rig which NADA shows they can sell loaded/excellent condition for $30,000.00. NADA is the equivalent of an upgraded Kelly Blue Book. Upon leaving CW Temecula T.C. assured us that they would buy the rig on or by close of business on Tuesday May 30, 2023. TC also acknowledged that it was a plus and that like auctions where they buy coaches and rigs at the auction site, we had a sale by aforementioned date above. Thus, we and he agreed that the rig which is being summerized at Camping World La Mirada (parent company of CW Temecula) including viable warranty for new air conditioner and new Coleman grill for the back kitchen made it more salable to potential buyers at CW Temecula. Each day TC added stalling measures that he said prevented the sale of the rig before COB May 30, 2023. When we hadn't heard back from TC, we called him and he suddenly revealed his dirty hands in this dealmaking by imposing the new condition that we bring the rig to his dealership which is textbook bait and switch of conditions under the standing UCC laws on contracts for sales of goods. (The rig is a good under UCC law). In short, everything you've heard about used car salesman resides in this TC person. Please take legal notice that we are making this viable complaint for deceptive trade practices against the CW Temecula and T.C. but not against the Camping World brand (parent company and other CW subsidiaries) who we have done business with throughout U.S.A. Our Inspector Generals' Offices and Judge Advocate Generals' offices have placed this CW Temecula on a prohibited DOD vendors list for these bad acts. Don't waste your hard earned and esp. military avoid this lying and fraud on your security clearances and your hard won public service defending this Nation. T.C. lied and tried to defraud us on Memorial Day weekend the 26th year anniversary that our paternal father and grandfather was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery for his service in late WWII, Korea and early Vietnam. With this in mind we authorized the IG, JAG and NCIS to investigate and take any and all legal and/or equitable measures to ensure that no other servicemen or servicewomen are harmed or encounter this BAD BUSINESS. read more

We were in town and popped in to view trailer/motorhome options that would work best for our large family. Brian Critton was the salesman that helped us out and he was very friendly. It was a hot day and him and the financial manager brought us cold water bottles and even turned on the ac for us in the rig we liked best! They made it really fun for the kids (golf cart rides!) & gave us realistic #s fast. We have two trailers we need to sell first before purchasing, though we will be back and looking fwd to making a deal with camping world. Highly recommend bringing your family here when rig shopping. This place has tons of salespeople ready and willing to assist!! However I was very dissatisfied with the fact that on the day that we made the apt to pick up our purchase there was only one Finance employee who was tied up with another Customer for about an hour. He did take the time to apologize which was appreciated and I in no way blame him for camping Worlds Staff shortage in this department, Considering how long the process takes they need more Finance Employees. Jacob was also nice and we appreciated his help. The receptionist was very sweet. I do want to give Ruben who was very thorough & Informative and had great customer service skills, He made us feel like he really cared and I would give him a 10! We were there for a total of 5 and a half hours which was a very long time! They should supply some kind of healthy snack! Overall we are very happy with our new fifth wheel and can't wait to travel this Amazing Country that we live in! Thank you Camping World! read more

Recently bought a used Jayco Precept class A. Jacob was awesome, he gets 5 stars. The delivery process was not great - we were rushed through the explanations of equipment and don't think they did the '41 point' check up as stated. Again, Jacob was easy to work with , clearly knows his stuff, not high pressure but only 4 stars because of delivery. read more

This camping world was amazing! They have great selections of RV's and all the employees there are willing to go the extra mile to get you the perfect RV. I would recommend talking to Jacob one of the employees that works there. He is a really down to earth guy and doesn't try to encourage customers to buy something way too expensive to help with his sell numbers. He would rather help someone get the rv they need and will give 100% effort to offer the best deal! Jacob stayed in touch with me via text and email, constantly updating me with new rvs on the lot or some that were even about to arrive! He helped me find just the rv I wanted and I couldn't be more happier! read more

I'm only giving one star cause you can't give zero. Where do I begin I guess the day before my confirmed appointment on Feb 2 the call I got saying I had reschedule cause they double booked at 3pm when my appointment was at 1. After a very long talk about how I lived 4 hours away from dealership I rescheduled for 10 Feb only be called back 30 mins later and told I had appointment on 3 Feb at 1pm by same exact person who just called and told me I couldn't do my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled 1pm appointment and what a horrible mistake that was seeing as my appointment didn't start till 230 so I sat there for 2 hours doing nothing but drinking free water. Finally 230 rolls around by this time I'm starving, aggravated, and annoyed. We start walk around and realize my gas tank is at 1/4 tank not ready drive off apparently, the generator refuses to start, the outside shower leaks, the camper next to us decided we used enough power for the day and disconnected us not even halfway through walk around. Rubin was able get power back on and we go to cargo bay where the paint is all chipped inside and no one noticed so they had call get warranty claim then we procede inside the camper. I'm told that I have good solar connection and look at solar module they tell me it's being charged. Later I would find out I don't have any solar panels but that's a story for another day. We continue and first thing we come to is refrigerator they open it I said weird no light and it's hot as shit they tell me it takes 12 hours notice a change in temp in fridge. I bought that BS story and continued walk around we get to bedroom find a shredded blanket on main bed and missing light fixtures. I immediately asked I thought this was inspected and ready to leave today. They immediately get Jake I guess the service advisor over "work" on it. Notice the use of quotations that's because it still wasn't fixed 3 hours later when I was ready to leave and handed a set of already bent keys to my exterior holding bays that the key literally broke before I even got home driving in 4 hour period on way home. This was my first ever RV purchase and prolly one worst experiences I have ever had I still have a non working fridge I literally have text and call everyday my salesman Miguel who is only helpful one daily get things moving with service manager and apparently the general manager must never work cause he is never at office and has never called me back. So if you want cliff notes here they are once you sign that paperwork it's your problem.... I have no solar panel, a broken frigerator, a leaky shower faucet (water saver style but leaks so much saves nothing) and best they can do is have me drive it 4 hours back to have a tech look at it and hold it for a few days???? Forgetting fact I still need a way home and are they gonna pay for all gas at 8 mpg fuel guzzler drive there and back fix their mess up are they gonna give me back my trade in? No they already sold it.... I'm still trying get help for RV and having do all research get it fixed and get ahold management. The Thor rep I talked too even said they should inspected that when received and they didn't follow their own checklist. BUYER BEWARE read more

If I could put Zero stars, I would. The people here give you the run around and rip you off. Buy, sell, or trade in your trailer elsewhere. This place is a joke. They bought my trailer over 45 days ago and I still haven't received my money owed to me from them. They constantly pass the blame to other departments without solving the issue. Stay away from this place. read more

Horrible experience with our sales rep and financing. First- the sales rep lied to me about the availability of delivery appointments. They promised me a time that was earlier than they even opened. There was no transparency or communication about how the process would work once on lot. Second- we made an appointment but waited over an hour to meet with finance. It was my understanding that financing had happened over the phone and all we had to do was sign. Wrong! Third- the numbers that I had agreed on with our sales rep were wrong. He had the wrong tax amount and lord only knows what else. The manager and finance manager couldn't even figure out what had gone. It took over two hours to get through financing even though we had submit everything in advance. We should have been on the lot for an hour but ended up being there for four hours. Don't buy your trailer here. There are so many other options. read more

Our purchase experience at Camping World Temecula was pleasant and low key... no hype, no games, no pressure. Our sales person, Rene (GUNNY) Lozoya was 5 Star!!! He is very well educated on their various product offerings and extremely helpful and kind. His demeanor was always friendly and sincere. A true RV sales professional from the very beginning on through home delivery! Thanks to all the men and women of CW Temecula that made our RV purchase easy, enjoyable and fun. Thumbs up ^ read more
