I hardly ever come here but stopped in today to get a pair of Nike Panda Dunk Lows to give as a birthday gift. Yeah, I'm late to the game, but whateva, it's the thought that counts, right?! Lol I browsed online to see which retailers had them in stock for pick up, and Champs had the size I needed. I went in the late afternoon around 5 pm. The store wasn't busy, and I found what I needed. One of the female employees greeted me as I walked in. Another employee was helping a couple. I grabbed the display shoe and looked around to see if I could get some assistance. No one was around, so I waved it up in the air as I caught the eye of one of the guys behind the counter. The lady who greeted me as I walked in asked what size I needed. The guy behind the counter came right out and had the box for me. Sweet! I almost forgot they honor the military with a discount when you show your valid I.D. That was nice, since this pair isn't cheap. I was in and out in minutes. Went to Champs today to get my son back to school shoes. Great selection and although they were super busy the associates were kind, calm, and helpful. They were answering numerous questions and grabbing multiple shoe sizes for people including us. Matt was especially helpful during our visit and I wanted to give him a shout out. These days when you go places the young teens and adults working usually lack professionalism and friendly demeanors but this young man smiled at each customer he interacted with and was on top of whatever was asked. My son loves his new shoes and the price was great. We will be back soon! Also, didn't catch the name of the lady greeting people at the front but she noticed my phone wasn't connecting and told me they have their own WiFi so I could connect and get my coupon to load on my phone. Bought two pairs of Jordan's got them a half size smaller cause it's all they had decided to not keep them and get my size processed a return through there call center been waiting since the Jan 22 only to get the same pairs back today stating they didn't get my receipt info like you guys processed the return and sent me the label how are you missing info now I'm going on 17 days and no solution and unfortunately this store is an Hour away from me so normal return wasn't exactly an option. Angel saved the day for us yesterday! After shopping the mall in Moreno Valley ( Champs and Hibbetts) last Friday,(to no avail) I thought we'd have to go towards SD or perhaps on the base. Thankfully, Angel in the Temecula store took the time to special order a pair of shoes that we had been looking for. He gave us the discounts without making excuses, and made sure that our order was accurate. This store was so busy yesterday. There were customers swarming the store and yet this young man took this time to ensure that we were happy. If I can count on this place to treat us consistently right, every single time, I would go here EVERY single time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I walked in the store and was not greeted from any of the associates. I seen three of them on the clock but not assisting any customers. One associate was adjusting shoes right next to me and still did not say anything. After waiting for 10 min for a shoe that they didn't have in my size, he didn't offer to suggest another option. When he handed me the shoe he just walked away like he didn't want to help me. I was shocked that he would just stand there and adjust the shoes like I was not there nor needed help. I have came into champs a few times and every time I go in , I'm always ignored . I'll pick up shoes look at them and never get asked if I need help with anything . I walk out and no employee seems to care . This past Saturday I came in to buy a pair of shoes . A group of male employees were having a full conversation , laughing and talking while I was waiting for help . Yet again as I walked out , they continued their conversation . Now today 3/25/2019 , I came in with my sister (who is more attractive than myself ) and she was greeted and helped immediately by one of the guys who ignored me multiple times . So maybe if I was prettier I would get better service ? Champs should tell they employees to not discriminate . Sneaker selection is ok, but their Nike t-shirt inventory is better than most Nike outlets. It's just a shame that they don't sell their shirts at Nike outlet prices. I'm on the hunt for some '95 Nike Air Max's but didn't find any in the colorway I want. They did carry it at the Foot Locker downstairs but not in my size. I will say that their clothing prices are much higher than at Foot Locker, so if you're looking to get some work out sweats then you should probably head downstairs. Disappointed with the customer service, came in this morning and asked for a size in the new balance. 2 mins after me some other guy asked for the same shoe and size. To a different employee who was working there both employees went to the back and the guy I asked said they didn't have that size but then the other employee came out and gave the size 8 that I asked to the other guy who had asked after me. Been going here the last year I can easily say that this is my spot. Every time I've been there I've always been helped promptly. Today, I came in to get the Alternate Motorsport 4s. I got there 20 minutes before they opened and I was the first one there. A worker by the name Pahola (that's what the receipt says) asked what size I was to ensure they had my size in stock before they opened. That way I didn't waste my time. She put it aside for me and once they opened, it was available for me at the register. Big thanks to her for doing that. I love champs, everything about their establishment was great, the only reason I'm leaving this 1 star review is because I am beyond disappointed and just overall upset that my sister was stolen from by one of the employees themselves. For whatever reason the short Hispanic female worker working around 7pm on Friday December 19, 2019 thought she was slick and took the remaining $10 in change from my little sister who was buying my youngest sister a Christmas present. Now I got my little sister crying up in my car. It is just shameful that certain individuals think it's okay to steal from a kid during the holidays. This review is for Cara (i think that's her name, that's what it said on my receipt. Kinda tall, super long hair, usually half up in a ponytail) She is super awesome and helpful! It sucked when this store didn't have the right size in either shoe my boyfriend picked out, but no biggie because she made it super easy for us to put in an order so we can pick them up in a couple days. She was really nice and really patient with us even though we're super picky. We even asked her to grab multiple shoes from the back. The prices are a little higher here, but they carry items you just cant get anywhere else. This is the only store in town that carries a decent line if toddler and kid size Adidas shoes. Well the only reason I'm giving champs a 5 star review is because of Joseph , I decided to get some shoes and some hats yesterday so my wife and I walked in it was super busy and understaffed literally a cashier and Joseph for about 20 people . That didn't stop him from giving me some of the best service I have had he helped me and everyone else running around making sure everyone was helped he smiled the whole time and had great attitude considering how busy it was he is defiantly a asset to this company and good to see a hard worker with a good attitude you don't get that now . I love going into shoe stores but I didn't have a great experience with this place! I called before I made a trip from San Bernardino out there to see if they have these particular shoes I wanted and a certain size, they said yes and would hold it for me, so that I could be on the way. I get there and told me they didn't have it and that it was sold out! Not only I wasted gas and time, people there seem so unhappy and rude! Especially that lady with the red hair! Had the worst experience returning a pair of nikes I purchased online because the store didn't carry the size I needed after receiving the shoes in mail they ended up not fitting to my needs so I returned them had to wait 38 minutes to do the return since they had to call the 800# because they didn't know how to do the refund how annoying never again. read more

Horrible service!! Stood in line and had my shoes at the front desk. When it was my turn I asked if I could please switch the color. The little Mexican girl with glasses at the counter said ok and asked to help the person behind me while they got my shoes and I said that's fine. She helped the gentleman and an employee brought my shoes. After she got done with the customer she called the next customer in line and totally ignored me!
