OMG this place is insane wow!!! Any and everything you could want in one place. You could literally be in here at least an hour ish. Can't wait to take my husband and so to check it out. Super friendly and welcoming. For sure a must go back.

Great start to a new bag of clubs.

Service was great. Lucas took the time to make sure I bought the right clubs. He went above and beyond. Buying all used clubs, they were is great shape and a good value. I'm happy with the experience and outcome. Worth the time to take a look.

Nicholas trimmed my putter to a perfect length and the pistol ping grip gives a feel of control ive never felt with a putter before

Would give 10 stars if I could. I recently got the golf bug 3 months ago, after 15 years of only getting a round in when I could between Navy deployments. So I bought a new set of Taylormade clubs from Dicks, but the standard size is too long for me as I'm 5'7. I have been spending the last 3 months adjusting my setup/shaft to body placement/ and swing path to offset the extra shaft length that has me chunking, etc. I finally got most of my ball striking dialed in, but it requires my hands to start way out in front of my waist (left front thigh, depending on the type of club), leading to an incorrect back swing and an unknown result on striking the ball. Furthermore, my ulnar portion of my left wrist(lead hand) hurts after a large bucket or by the back 9. I went to RD a month ago to swap a few grips to jumbo to help with my pain, and they were so friendly. Today was on a whole other level of customer service and kindness, though. I went in as I always do, humbled as a newbie to golf, but never treated that way by the staff like I have been at Bahama golf or Canyon Lake Golf Course. Nicholas, back in the repair shop, swooped in on a mission to get me back on the course with the proper equipment. At first I thought he was just rushing me and wasn't listening as he was grabbing shafts, tools, walking to the simulator, but no, he's an incredible multitasker, and I later realized he was just focused on making sure he would be able to get all measurements, cuts, and grip work done as I had my 8-year-old daughter with me. Which he was fantastic with, while I was smackin a few in the sim, he was showing my daughter pictures of his newly born granddaughter and engaging with her. Wouldn't miss a beat either, would hear my ball off the 7 iron toe and say "toe on that one?" "Sure was, Nicholas." " Relax, it's just a stick and a rock, don't overthink it", he said. And right on cue I hit the next ball pure in the center of the club face. So we finish in the sim and it's off to his work station. I mean it was like watching how I would imagine Japanese blacksmiths treat the Damascus steel they are shaping into a katana. Every movement is intentional, no wasted step. He trimmed all 11 clubs, adjusting for nuances like gap wedges tend to lose 1/4', but my 56 degree needed an extra 1/4', he felt. During his laser focus, going from the grip n solvent back to the circle saw, or whatever that loud ass thing cutting the clubs is called. He let me ask him questions. He never once made me feel like a newbie that doesn't belong there or anywhere near the game of golf. Getting my clubs cut to size was necessary for me to continue to swing a golf club. But having the pleasure of getting Nicholas, a true craftsman, a proponent of the game, with endless knowledge on all things golf, made it the process incredibly enjoyable. If you need any work on your clubs, or want to just go and talk golf with someone who doesn't overcomplicate the equipment needed in order to hit a golf ball well and do it consistently, go see Nicholas at Roger Dunn in Temecula; you won't regret it.

We came on a Tuesday for a 9:20 AM tee time and the course was busy already. However, we teed off right on time and, because it was our first time, probably played a slower round but still finished under 4 and half hours with no one in front of us. If you are new, it is helpful to have at least seen the course map to get a general idea of where to go as this is a course with three different 9s. We played creek and Stonehouse and they were both solid. The course was in nice condition and it seem like someone pissed off the superintendent of the course because the greens were fast and it seemed like every hole was on a slope With a cart, the round was roughly a hundred bucks a person which, seems to match the going rate these days to play a round of golf. This was with a seperate cart fee so that's something to be mindful about. This is a course I have passed by on the 15 for years and I'm glad I had a chance to play it. Definitely worth checking out at least once.

Parking is ample as it is in a huge lot with other establishments. The inside is really clean and huge! They have a wide selection of companies they carry in stock on the floor - Titleist, Callaway, Taylormade, etc. They also have a section for used items and some of the items look like new! In the back, they have a golf simulator where some people were there to hit some golf balls. They also have a section where you can customize your golf clubs and regrip them. It appears that they also offer golf lessons.

When I arrived to the Golf Galaxy I asked the registered representative (super nice girl) where do I need to go to make an appointment to get my irons re gripped, she instructed me to go in the far right corner of the building and someone will help me. As I arrived to the fitting dept the store was pretty dead, no rush hour. I was waiting for a few mins to get someone's attention at the fitting dept finally someone came out the back and the guy walked passed by me and didn't acknowledge or even greet me. Not even a "Hello I'll be with you in just a min" nothing. So I continued to look around the grip section to see what I wanted to purchase. I noticed the same guy that walked past me was in the middle of the isle next to the fitting dept talking to another associate and just mingling, not helping another customer. I walked up to him and asked nicely "Hello, do you work back here" he replied "Yes" but had smirk on his face as if I was bothering him. He finally went to the register and asked me "How can I help you?" I said "I'm looking to get my irons re gripped and get a new shaft for my driver" I asked "May I have your name" he said "my name is Hunter" I than asked Hunter if he had any recommendations on brands for a shaft? He really didn't seem enthusiastic to help just sat on his chair and continued to enter in all my information on his system. So I just proceeded to look at what they had and went with the same brand I originally had on my driver. Normally with this service I would've just left but I was planning to head out to a golfing trip and turn around was pretty fast (24 hours) I wish I would've caught the gentleman's name when I picked up my clubs because he was more friendlier and seemed to that he was willing to help. Hunter, I didn't feel like the level of customer service matched what I was expecting. It came across a bit dismissive. I'm sharing this because good customer service makes a huge difference, especially in a place where people are looking for guidance and expertise. Taking a little extra time to listen, engage, and be approachable can really improve the experience for customers. I hope you take this constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve. Thanks for hearing me out.
