A few are still floating around, but not in the black color or size I wanted. I called several golf shops who didn't have any (or were not willing to look) and was even willing to drive from Menifee to Golf Mart in Escondido. I intentionally avoided Roger Dunn because I'd experienced being ignored by the staff last year--similar to what Charles D. described in his 7/26 review AND because of Charles D. review and others like it. After striking out everywhere else, I decided to give Roger Dunn one more chance. That's when I met Jacob, and everything changed. Jacob showed me the grips they had in stock (right color, wrong size), then immediately started working to solve the problem. He called another store that had a few of the grips and arranged to have them transferred to the Temecula store the very next day. When they arrived, they turned out to be the wrong color. No problem--Jacob spent another 15-20 minutes (insisted on) calling two more stores trying to track down exactly what I wanted. In the end, he couldn't find the exact match, so I had him install the grip that had been transferred. It was close enough, and I left happy. To the management and staff at Roger Dunn: this is what customer service looks like. You're one bad experience away from having someone drive from Menifee to Escondido just to buy a $12 golf grip or, you're one great employee away from selling a $500 used driver (sadly couldn't justify the expense) I discovered while Jacob was making calls. Jacob went the extra mile. He was professional, persistent, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution--even for a single $12 grip. Shout out to Jacob. Thank you Roger Dunn. I'll definitely be back.

I also like how they have a 3 month return policy and if you want to upgrade your clubs within 1 year you get a $699.99 credit for any pre-packaged Adult Package or Starter Set. I haven't used that for myself but I did take advantage of that for my kids. I also like their indoor driving range to try out new clubs. I've purchased clothing and golf accessories here as well and they have a super great selection and variety. One of the employees came up and asked if I needed help. I asked a basic question about why some drivers were more expensive than others, and the answer I got was pretty surface-level--basically, "they're newer and have better technology." He offered to let me swing a few, which I did, but then he surprised me by saying, "You might be better off going next door to Roger Dunn Golf Shops." I thought that was weird for one store to be sending me to a competitor... Did I smell? I took his advice, and I'm really glad I did. At Roger Dunn, the experience was on a completely different level. I got fully fitted for clubs using real data--club speed, ball speed, spin rate, trajectory, distance--the whole deal. They had the equipment to actually measure everything and dial in what worked best for my joke of a swing. I was able to try multiple clubs at a variety of prices and compare them side by side in a way and with data that made sense. What really stood out was the time and attention I got. The guy helping me didn't rush, didn't push, and gave genuinely helpful advice the entire time. In a retail world where customer experience often feels like an afterthought, this was the exact opposite. I walked out with a driver that felt right, cost way more than I was intending on spending and more importantly, confidence that I made the right choice. I won't be buying golf stuff anywhere else. I was testing out a putter on the practice green and simply moving golf balls out of the holes and toward the side of the putting surface when an employee abruptly approached me in a rude and demeaning manner, accusing me of "kicking his balls," which was completely untrue. The way he spoke to me was unnecessary, insulting, condescending, and unprofessional from the very beginning. When I asked for his name, he replied "Jim, the assistant manager" with a cocky attitude before walking away. About 10 minutes later, after apparently getting off his shift and changing clothes, Jim approached me again and sarcastically asked if I needed help with the putter. Considering the disrespectful way he had already spoken to me, I found it strange and antagonistic that he came back over at all. I told him I didn't understand why he was even speaking to me after treating me the way he did. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, especially coming from someone in a management position. I will be contacting corporate because customers should never be treated in such a hostile and condescending manner.

Front the outside it just looks like your usual store but once inside, it's like a mega golf store. Theres literally everything and anything you needed. Right at the front was where the replacement section was. The gentleman's working were very sweet in explaining everything and helping us out with picking what we need. One was doing all the replacements while the other one was helping us out. From there, it just takes a couple minutes. It was fine which gave us time to walk around and check the store out. We literally only did half of the store as it was massive. There's sections along the sides where you can practice your swings electronically. A putting green right in the middle to practice. Besides all the clubs and accessories, half of the store had a big apparel department with loads to choose from. There was so many clubs to choose from as well as whatever you may or may not need. If you're a golfer, this is like Willy Wonka factory but golf. Worth checking out.
