I just got a $740 LAB putter from them, literally just picked it up and made me feel like I was bothering them after it took almost 12 weeks to get it. LAB was the main culprit in the delay, but this place did not make me feel better about my purchase, they just handed me the bag and moved on, as if this isn't a big deal that it took so long and check to make sure everything as okay! They have me a bit of a discount, but definitely not worth it, they made me feel like I was a bother when I called for an update. They were decent as an online store . Clumsy at retail . Takes forever to complete payment , out dated point of sale system . Sales people just not proficient with their system . The repair department is a disaster . Very reliable scheldue and established system since they change their personnel every month or so . When I call or even in store the front people can never give me correct information on whether the repair person is in or not ?!?! That's why I drive extra 25 min to Roger Dunn . Bare with me, this is a long one: Came in for a new golf bag and to get my clubs regripped, lengthened, and a club head reattached. The prices for service were fair and the sales rep was helpful with my bag. However, the biggest downside to this store was the young Asian girl who rang me up to pay. She was the most unhelpful, entitled, and rude worker. Single handedly ruined my entire experience here. Useless member of staff. I highly recommend staff fire this young girl. I had two interactions with her, checking out and the next day picking up my clubs from the servicing. Both times stared blankly at me when I arrived at register. I had to encourage her to do her job by suggesting she check me out. She looked down at the floor the entire time and mumbled all her words. I asked details about a warranty for services and the golf bag. She awkwardly told me inaccurate information until a different worker had to speak up to talk to me about it. Upon my second interaction picking up the clubs she once again proceeded to look at the floor and force me to again suggest her to take the security tags off my serviced clubs. She begrudgingly took them off without saying a word. Confused again by this girls ability to interact with customers and check them out, I stood there and had to ask if I was good to go. She continued to stare at the floor and didn't respond so I just awkwardly walked off. I was in the market to invest in some new wedges and Jason, helped me out, showed me some options and had me take a quiz online to see what my best options were. The selection here is good but not great, they carry a majority of major brands but very limited selection, but no worries they can always order it for you. The putting areas nice and they have a wide selection of putters. They recently upgraded their fitting bays so it looks really nice now. Sales are helpful. Service is good. I like the fact you can try out their clubs with their demo clubs they have. The only issue I would have is that they don't carry a larger range of sizes in women's clothes. Not everyone is a size small or xsmall. In 2021, a friend and I were interested in new clubs after fittings and stumbled upon golfio. Patrick and Martin helped place our orders to specs and provided info on pricing and upgrades. They were upfront about everything and wanted to make sure we got what we needed and wanted without upselling and within budget. Everything went smoothly. 3 years later, cousin needed clubs and was told about their new fitting bays. Jason the fitter was available and, like everyone there, he is friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended an hour based on his history and glad we did. He was patient and focused on getting the right fit rather than selling clubs. 4 of us ended up making purchases: iron set, shaft upgrade, a putter, and a wedge. EVERYONE here is knowledgeable and cordial without the sales push. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for gear or equipment. Also, they always got jokes. To Jason and Patrick, might have to make my 4th trip in 2 weeks to get the jailbird. Glad you both made me try that putter. Much better feel than my first choice. read more

But customer service is always hit or miss like my golf game.. haha. Some of the employees are really friendly and helpful but there are times where i felt unwelcomed and felt like nobody in the shop cared. They barely answer questions with an yes or no and look at you like you don't know sh*t about golf. Semi true, but still. It is located very closed to the 60 freeway, and they have their own parking lot. Parking is never an issue. They have a wide selection of clubs, and I came here because of Honma. I have been a fan, and not a lot of places carry Honma clubs. Not everyone works here is helpful, but you will soon find out who is willing to help you. I was able to hunt down a helpful staff, and he was very kind that he offered to measure my swing speed, which helped me picking the right shaft and club.
