My friend and I split a full rack of the "killer ribs" - it's definitely a good portion for 2 average sized people to share, and for $37, that makes it a pretty good value. The ribs were fine, but I have to say, I've definitely had better - I felt these ribs could've been a bit more tender / fall-off-the-bone. Also, while it looks like a lot of sauce on top, I thought it could've used more, as there isn't much beyond that top layer of the ribs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service speed is decent. There is a lively atmosphere thanks to the popularity of the restaurant. Overall, I think there is good reason for Oscar's Cafe to be as popular as it is, especially given the limited options near Zion, so as long as the wait isn't too long, it is worth stopping by.

The staff noticed us bundling up in our sweaters and managed to find us a table outdoors, which we really appreciated. Dinner for four came to about $172 (without alcohol). Everything we ordered was delicious, though I have to say the bison ground meat is definitely more of an acquired taste. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

The herb butter on top was incredibly delicious and added so much flavor. The food did seem to take some time to come out. The kids ordered the beef sliders and absolutely loved them. We actually had to order a second round because they disappeared so quickly. Everyone working here was friendly and welcoming, and parking was very easy, which is always a plus. Food was average as we enjoyed the Curry Bowl, more than the angel hair pasta with chicken pistachio (see my pics). Curry had a good spice to it, veggies were fresh and good portion size that was sharable.

The standout was the crunch the veggies had in the tacos, it really elevated the whole bite. Going in, I wasn't expecting San Diego-style tacos, and that's the right mindset to have. These are Tex-Mex tacos done well on their own terms. Ambiance was really chill when we got there we beat the crowd and it had a relaxed, laid-back vibe. By the time we left the parking lot was completely packed, looked like there wasn't a single spot available. Glad we got there when we did.
