We came here after a long day of hiking and were pleasantly surprised to see an elk burger on the menu! Yes, elk! I'm not a picky eater and I'm always willing to try something new, but wow... this was SO good. Good enough that next time, I'm ordering a whole burger for myself! We also tried the Wagyu, which was really good, but honestly, the elk burger was the star of the show. The restaurant is small and cute, with outdoor seating as well. Parking is free for customers, and you may even get to see some wild turkeys while you're there! . Definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you're feeling adventurous and want to try something different.
Our family of 6 had a wonderful lunch at Wild Thyme! The service was excellent especially from our server Jaden, and the food was held to a very high standard--everything we tried was delicious. We started with the pretzel bites, which came with two tasty dipping sauces. The kids loved the handcrafted flavored lemonades, and I enjoyed the Lavender Haze, which was really good. We tried a variety of dishes, but the Pistachio Chicken was definitely the standout. I also really enjoyed my Turkey Bacon Cranberry Wrap. The views from Wild Thyme are stunning, making the dining experience even better. There's plenty of indoor seating, as well as a dog-friendly outdoor patio. A couple of things to note: there is no Wi-Fi, and a 3% fee is added to credit card transactions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return!
Fabulous. Our server Shalor was great and poured IPAs like a magician! Great margaritas. Excellent burger special and elk burger. Bruschetta was best I have ever had. Maybe hiking the Narrows all morning grew our appetites! A plus place. So so so pretty. Cheers.
Brayden is an amazing server - he was very attentive and kind. We loved our drinks, Bloody Mary was perfectly seasoned. The food was all very fresh and worth the trip over to the restaurant. And the views are so peaceful.

Delicious!! That's the first word that comes to mind after trying this place. Both burgers were juicy and tasty. The potatoes were crispy I went in wanting onion rings and came out happy they didn't have any. Nice little cabin in the woods setting of beauty. The service was good treated with a smile . If you're into trying new meats and never tried elk or have tried it and want a good burger this is your place.
If you're driving through the area to or from Zion National Park, you must stop at Wild Thyme Bistro for drinks and food. I highly recommend the Piggy Sliders! So delicious. Wonderful views of the scenery near Zion. A great breeze and misters for hot days. Excellent service thanks to Oscar and the rest of the staff here.
Such a great place with beautiful outdoor seating. The service was absolutely wonderful. The sliders and the pretzel bites were a great afternoon snack. All of the cocktails were really good.
The wait was about 30 minutes, which we didn't mind because the reviews looked good and the restaurant was busy. Once we were seated, we ordered as soon as our server came to the table, but it took another 25-30 minutes for our food to come out. Our server didn't check on us at all during that time. The only time he came back was about three minutes before our food arrived to apologize for the delay and let us know it was being plated. We ordered two elk burgers and one Wagyu burger, and unfortunately all three were extremely dry and lacked flavor. After waiting that long, we were really disappointed with both the food and the service. Would not recommend coming here if you're looking for a good burger.
Concierge at my hotel recommended Wild Thyme Cafe, so we headed there after our hike to check it out. The restaurant is located away from other businesses, so the dim outdoor lighting made the ambiance more appealing. Outdoor seating-on the porch or in the grass was available, we opted for the outside porch. There is inside seating too. Free parking here. I was pleased with the service, as we were seated right away, with 30 minutes to closing. Staff was attentive and courteous. Food was average as we enjoyed the Curry Bowl, more than the angel hair pasta with chicken pistachio (see my pics). Curry had a good spice to it, veggies were fresh and good portion size that was sharable.
A great farm to table restaurant if you're in the Zion NP area. First off I love where it's located-it's like you're coming to a grandma's or some other relatives place. It got that down home charm. That was also the vibe inside the restaurant too. Seemed very homey. You can tell that the food is fresh. It wasn't horrible really good too. Mine was a bit too hot for my liking-sorry can't handle spice and I wasn't expecting it to be that hot-but the drink I had cooled my "torched" tongue.

It was a little bit of a wait, but the area around the locale is very cute and rustic farm peaceful, so we didn't mind. For our meals, we got the pistachio chicken and the curry. The chicken was unique and enjoyable. The curry was my husband's choice, and while I would not have opted for a curry in this restaurant, it was better than I expected. Like I said, the locale was very cute and westerny. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would come here first if I was in the area again!
Really great lunch spot maybe just 3-4 miles away from the Zion park entrance. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and high chairs for the little ones. They had a few great options on the kids menu and it was so sweet of the staff to give the kids some silly string type toys to keep them preoccupied. I didn't try the libations but others in my party said they were delicious. I enjoyed my ultimate grilled cheese which contained so much pulled pork it hardly resembled a grilled cheese! The smashed home style potatoes with lots of thyme was also tasty but I couldn't eat it all because of the huge amount of salt that made me thirsty. Would absolutely recommend to stop by for those visiting Zion.

Food: I had the Wagyu Gouda burger and it was delicious! The potatoes were also very tasty and seasoned well. Service: My server did a nice job. He was attentive and did a nice job of sharing his knowledge of the menu. Ambiance: Situated on the outskirts of Springdale, this is a great place to stop for food on the way to or from Zion/Springdale. The food was great. They have a decent beer selection and indoor/outdoor seating. read more

Love this restaurant! It's always a spot we hit when we come to Zion. The food is great and the service is very friendly. They have a great outside area with tables on the lawn which is great for little to run around in. Our toddler doesn't sit still, so this gives us the freedom to eat and him to explore freely. Again, can't recommend them enough! We always enjoy this part of our trip with beautiful orchard/canyon views, great food and good people. read more
One of the best restaurants otw and near Zion. I usually do not order chicken at restaurants, but the pistachio-crusted chicken was a standout and absolutely worth it... it did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy and tender with a perfectly crisp pistachio crust, and the sauce complemented it beautifully. The potatoes were also deliciously crispy. Ribeye was great and perfectly seasoned and cooked too! The restaurant is pet-friendly and has outdoor heaters, which was a huge plus during the cold. Our waitress was incredibly kind and even brought my doggo some bacon! We were even contemplating going again the next night but ended up trying something new. Would def come back again when I'm in the area ! read more

After our trip to Zion, we decided to check out this place. The food was fantastic, the weather was perfect, and the view was amazing, so we enjoyed sitting outside and savoring the meal. The service was also great. I especially loved the sliders, and the entrees were excellent too. I'd definitely come back here again next time. read more

We were headed out of town because it was too peopolie and saw this place just South of the last Springdale #9 shuttle stop. Great location with outdoor seating and great views. The food and service was awesome for lunch. We ended up parking at the #9 stop and took the shuttle to the Zion visitors center to catch the Zion shuttle. On the way back we stopped in again for dessert. read more

Great food, great service. We got the bison tenderloin and ribeye since bison isn't usually on the menu where we live. Both were good. Loved all of the outdoor seating and the relaxed vibe. We went early (5 pm) to miss the crowds and waitlist. read more
This is a gem! The pistachio chicken I got is sooo memorable and the Mediterranean wrap that my fiancé got was light and healthy while being yummy as well. The location is lovely, as it has mountain and orchard views. Definitely sit outside if you can! They have misters to keep you cool. The service was fast and friendly, and they happily let us sit outside per our request. We did not have a reservation and just showed up as we were road tripping and needed a place to eat. A beautiful backdrop of Zion NP awaits you if you are dining outside or inside. We arrived for a late lunch so the restaurant was not very busy and we were seated and served very quickly. Now on to the food not only is the presentation fantastic but the dishes were truly delicious. If you are going to or leaving Zion make this a stop as you will not regret it. read more

My husband and I stopped by here for a treat after hiking around Zion, and it did not disappoint!! They have amazing cocktail & mocktail selections. When we first got sat, we smelt the most delicious smell (our server told us they were baking a fresh batch of cake)... so of course we had to indulge. Their death by chocolate dessert was fantastic and was GLUTEN FREE!! On top of that, this place has amazing views, greenery & songbirds all around. We will definitely be back! read more

This is a lovely restaurant with lovely outdoor seating with water mister.. ahhh We started with caprese and it was fresh and delicious refreshing for a hot summer evening Shared a Caesar salad crisp and dressing was lemony goodness Entrees of Penne pasta with hatch chile pesto was divine. Bison tenderloin was decadent!! Tender melt in the mouth goodness. Food and drinks were delicious and inventive. I'm a gluten free diner and had plenty of options other than salad. I had the pork chop which was a bit fatty imo but had plenty of meaty area and was cooked perfectly. It can with a savory apple relish which really accented nicely. Other ppl in our party had the ribs, meatloaf and chicken which were all considered very good. Portions were excellent as we were hungry after a day hiking in Zion. We sat outside on the porch of the little country house kitchen on a beautiful fall evening. The whole ranch is well situated in a green valley surrounded by the rocky cliffs of southern Utah and we were there the day before a full moon. We watched the moon rise above the cliffs as the sun set. Service was excellent. Our waiter answered all questions I had re: the safety of the dishes I was considering and of the kitchen in general. I didn't have any issues. We enjoyed our cocktails and dessert. I'd eat here again and again as the food, service and ambiance were perfect! read more
Ate dinner there a few days ago with my Hikerbabes from Southern Indiana. The service was top notch with a very friendly waitress. Our food was spectacular, large serving sizes and delicious meals for all of us from, ribeye to chicken to a vegan meal! The location is beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating available! First off, this place is perfect for al fresco dining. Secondly, service from Braden was excellent. He gave good recommendations for drinks and burgers. My barbecue bacon cheeseburger was very good. I only wish I had more of an appetite to order more food. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Zion! read more

WOWWWWW what a fantastic restaurant! After a wonderful day of driving around Zion, we stopped here for lunch/dinner at about 330pm. The service was excellent. We were waited on right away and our server, Shalen (sp?), answered questions. Three of us had the "cliffhanger" chicken sandwich. My brother-in-law who was never one for talking about food, said it was the best chicken sandwich he ever had in his life. I can't tell you what high praise that is. I had the Mediterranean salad with pistachio chicken in a wrap. YUM!! The prices were very reasonable and the taste of the food was outta sight! We will be back! read more

The ambience was great, the service was great, the drinks were great, but unfortunately the food was very mediocre. Everything was very under seasoned and pretty bland. The pasta just tasted like noodle water, the steak had no flavor other than the butter, and the chicken was kind of dry. I will say the sliders were good though. Sitting outside was peaceful. I'd go back for a salad and some wine. read more
