Awesome speakeasy to check out while you're at Zion! Not too many places close late around here, but this closes past midnight. Drinks are really good, but what makes this place shine for me was the bartender, Misu. He was so personable and we chatted the whole time we were there! I learned so much about UT from him, while I shared my SoCal knowledge. There was a group that came in during midnight, and bought us shots.. what a fun place!

The bar inside is really cute but the outside seating really steals the show. Look up to views of Zion and sip on a cocktail. I ordered the Alpine Tonic a blueberry gin drink - really refreshing. The bring complimentary snacks which was a nice add on. Enjoy a cocktail and the stunning views. Would recommend. The service was attentive and prompt.

Great ambiance. What a way to top off a perfect day in Zion. Misi is the Master of libations. Super humble and chill. Expect a little wait during prime times, but fun to meet new people. Seasonal drink menu and nice outdoor seating area.

Absolutely amazing time! The bartenders are fantastic! Great personalities and very good at mixing a drink. The atmosphere is to die for! A must visit in Zion country!

I love this speakeasy! Being from Vegas I'm always skeptical about Utah bars. The vibe was so chill & cozy! The drinks were yummy and the bartender and server were so nice! The bartender Topher was extremely cool, knowledgeable, and had perfect recommendations. We had such a great conversation! Will be coming back & recommending to my friends/family!

When I visited Utah a lot of years ago, adult beverages were hard to come by, especially in Southern Utah. I was delighted to see this Speakeasy on our journey through. To get to the Speakeasy, go into the Coffee Shop and on your left, enter through a door with angel wings on it. Inside the speakeasy, it is cozy indeed. GORGEOUS decor, Western but upscale and a bit glam while still being kinda Cowboy. I love the vibe. When we arrived, it was BUSY. Being on vacation I dont mind a wait at all. My companions found a table on the beautiful patio (inside was full except for two-tops). There was only one person working, but he was diligently making his way through the customers and doing a fine job of knowing who was next. We each ended up getting two beverages and enjoyed them very much. They were well-balanced and tasty.

Cowboys and Angels -- stopped by this beautiful speakeasy with a truly unique charm and atmosphere. Food & Drinks: My wife ordered a classic margarita, which she said was hands down the best she's ever had. I went with a Lost Paradise -- a creamy, tropical drink similar to a virgin piña colada that was smooth, refreshing, and disappeared fast. ‍ Service: Topher might genuinely be one of the best bartenders I've ever seen in action! Friendly, skilled, and a great conversationalist who made the experience feel personal. Aesthetic: The space has a regal yet relaxed energy, with beautiful ceiling paintings and a classy speakeasy vibe that makes it a must-visit.

Misi is the best. He easily answered all my questions while making drink after drink without missing a beat. I had the pornstar which was incredible. I also tasted the prickly pear margarita which was good, and reasonably priced at $14. Highly recommend checking this place out if visiting the Zion area.

Arrived shortly after 4pm when they opened. Cute little speakeasy right in Springdale. The only criticism is it was packed within 30 mins. We ordered two drinks and really wouldn't have been able to get another round as it was taking a while for the one bartender to get rounds out. The bartender was friendly and made great cocktails. Just recommend they get some help on the weekends.

What a hidden gem in this mountain town! I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this sophisticated speakeasy bar in Springdale. The décor is both tasteful and playful, perfectly capturing the "Cowboys and Angels" theme with a creative blend of Renaissance (e.g., oil painting, statues) and Western styles (e.g., horseshoe, animal fur). The ambiance was lovely: soft lighting, gentle music, and spacious indoor and outdoor seating options. Both of our drinks (the Conway and the Jolene) were excellent, with very reasonably priced for the quality ($17). Honestly, the cocktails would hold up at any good bar in a major city. Due to Utah's alcohol laws, we were required to order a snack, but they offered an affordable $3 snack plate, which turned out to be a fun addition to our drinks. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and impressively fast, especially considering there were only two of them handling both the bar and table service. Truly wish this place were closer to home!

This is the only speakeasy in the area and it is very vibey! It's got a small interior but they have outdoor seating. Note that the service can get a bit lacking when they are busy because there was only one bartender when I went and no wait staff. Food wise, they are forced to charge everyone for snacks because of local laws. Drinks were really tasty, though. The bartender was nice and open to making custom cocktails!

I didn't expect a speakeasy in Springdale, Utah. Let alone one that's good -- and doesn't require you to order food. Dark, mysterious, and filled with bartenders who make great cocktails. Worth the check out.

Great service and drinks!! Staff are really nice and thoughtful. Love the flasks too! Great environment.

One thing to note is that the chips and salsa are ordered separately, and the queso is an added extra charge on top of that. For our meals, we ordered the special swordfish taco and the carne asada tacos. Both proteins lacked flavor and were heavily covered with pineapple salsa, which overpowered everything else. The tacos themselves were very bland and desperately needed salt. Once we added salt, they became much more enjoyable. The same went for the rice and beans -- both were pretty flavorless until seasoned. The highlight of our experience was Jimenez (Hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly) who did a great job handling a very busy bar section. Service was attentive despite how packed it was, and we appreciated that. Overall, the food just did not meet expectations, especially for the price point. Sadly, Bit & Spur would be a hard pass for us if we return to Springdale.

5-Star Review: Spiritual Speakeasy - A Hidden Gem Cocktail Parlor in Downtown St. George…read moreIf you're in St. George and craving a night out that feels worlds away from the typical Utah bar scene, Spiritual Speakeasy (2 W St. George Blvd #5, right at Ancestor Square) is an absolute must. It's not just another spot--it's a true speakeasy-style cocktail lounge with that perfect moody, intimate Prohibition-era vibe. Think dim lighting, plush vintage settees and ornate seating that feels like stepping into a gothic 1800s parlor, gilded mirrors, stone crosses, and an electric yet cozy energy that's ideal for date night, a special occasion, or just unwinding with friends. Spiritual Speakeasy Bar (2026) - All You MUST Know Before You Go (with Reviews) The cocktails here are next-level--award-winning (they've taken Best Bar in Southern Utah multiple times, and it shows). I went with the Smoked Old Fashioned (beautifully balanced, smoky perfection with premium spirits) and the Spicy Dead Lady (a creative, flavorful kick that's become a favorite). They also do standouts like Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Skull Chapel, and Holy Grail, all crafted with top-shelf ingredients including Utah's own High West whiskeys. The bartenders are true mixologists--super knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to chat about the spirits or customize something just for you. Spiritual Speakeasy - St. George, UT | joe coffee It's open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM (or 2 AM some nights), with live DJs on weekends adding to the lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. It's intimate (can feel a bit cozy/crowded when busy), and the music can get loud, but that's part of the electric speakeasy charm. Service is attentive, though it can slow down on peak nights--totally worth it. In a town not exactly known for wild nightlife, this place punches way above its weight. Sophisticated, fun, and unexpectedly upscale. We've already made it our go-to whenever we're in St. George. If you love craft cocktails and a unique vibe, hunt it down--you won't regret it. Highly recommended! (Pro tip: Look for the hidden entrance vibe--they make it feel like a real discovery.)
