Cowboy & Angel Speakeasy is such a cute and unique spot! The whole experience starts when you walk in, with a little shop and an adorable coffee nook. Then you keep walking and come across a big door open it, and you're transported into the speakeasy! The inside is beautifully themed and has such a fun atmosphere. They have a pretty extensive drink menu, along with a few snacks if you're looking for something to enjoy while you hang out. There's also a much larger outdoor area, which is perfect if you want to sit outside. Our bartender was incredibly nice and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on what to try. Overall, such a fun experience and definitely worth checking out
Discriminatory Treatment and Unauthorized Charges -- Similar Complaints Have Been Reported I am especially concerned after finding another customer's review describing a strikingly similar experience at Cowboys and Angels. That customer reported being promised a refund, later discovering they had still been charged, and noticing what appeared to be an unauthorized tip. My experience involved a similar discrepancy after I was assured my charge would be reversed. Seeing another customer describe similar circumstances raises serious questions about whether this is a recurring issue. We were genuinely excited to visit Zion National Park for the first time, so this experience at Cowboys and Angels in Springdale was a really sad part of our trip. I was there with three friends, and the bartender, Dima, repeatedly ignored our group and served customers who arrived after us, despite me being the person ordering our drinks. This happened repeatedly, and the difference in how we were treated compared with other patrons was hard to overlook. While we were still being ignored, Dima splashed my boyfriend and me with her bar equipment and drinks, then played it off as an accident and laughed about it. Given the way she had already been treating us, this felt humiliating and disrespectful. Afterward, I was told I would not be charged and was handed a printed receipt showing a transaction reversal of $81.52. Before I knew they were going to reverse the charge, I had already made it very clear that I was not leaving a tip. I marked a large X through the tip section of my original receipt. Despite being assured the charge would be reversed and receiving printed documentation, I later checked my card history and found a charge of $97.72. That is $16.20 more than the reversal amount. I did not authorize an additional tip or this extra amount. I am formally handling this matter with my bank and am still trying to resolve the unauthorized charge. My three friends and I were the only Asian and Hispanic people in the bar. Given the repeated ignoring of our group, the way other customers were prioritized, and the bartender's behavior toward us, I believe we experienced targeted and discriminatory treatment. I want to flag this for anyone visiting Springdale. Cowboys and Angels is one of the few late-night options on the strip, and visitors deserve to know about these experiences before deciding where to spend their money. We were excited for our first trip to Zion, and it is genuinely sad that this became part of our visit. I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience. Management needs to address both the discriminatory treatment and the unauthorized charges.
If you're on your way into or out of Zion, this little speakeasy is so cute and worth the stop!!! The bartender was super friendly, drinks came out fast and were very tasty. We got 4 different drinks and each one was good, no complaints at all. My favorite was their chocolate-banana cocktail. The coffee shop connected to it also sells their merch!
Very fun little cocktail bar. Drinks were excellent. I loved the cactus fruit margarita! The inside is very small but we were able to go outside and enjoy our drinks in a small garden area.

If you're looking for a place to hang out after going to Zion NP or in the area this is a good spot to come hang out in during the late nights since a lot of the town goes to sleep after 9pm. Venue is small so be prepared to sit outside or wait around for seats to open up if you go when it's busy. The drink menu had plenty of options to choose from cocktails to wine to beer. There was a tiny food fee for some pub-style snacks since it was Utah law that the establishment had to serve food. The cocktails were tasty. We only did one round but I'd come back again if ever I'm in town.

This speakeasy is such a gem. The entrance is at the back of the Feel Love coffee shop--look for the angel wings on the wall. The bar itself is covered floor-to-ceiling in cowboy paraphanelia, angel statues, Western paintings, and lots of mirrors. The vibe is sort of glamorous Western. They have a wide variety of drinks from $5 Peronis to $15 basic cocktails to $25 whimsical cocktails. I tried a matcha-flavored concoction that was served in a little cowboy boot--super cute. There's also an outdoor seating area with little spray misters to keep cool during hot weather. I give this place my highest recommendation!
Awesome speakeasy to check out while you're at Zion! Not too many places close late around here, but this closes past midnight. Drinks are really good, but what makes this place shine for me was the bartender, Misu. He was so personable and we chatted the whole time we were there! I learned so much about UT from him, while I shared my SoCal knowledge. There was a group that came in during midnight, and bought us shots.. what a fun place!

The hubs found this place while searching for things to try while we were in Zion. He said I'd love it because of their cocktails -- and I gotta say, I was impressed. We ended up going twice during our vacation. The first time was Sunday night around 8 PM. It was busy, but Tristin helped us pretty quickly. They also had a Sunday special on Old Fashioneds for $9. My husband said they were delicious and the price was a bonus . I ordered one of their signature cocktails -- the Cactus Fruit Margarita -- and it was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. We went back again on Wednesday night after our Narrows hike as a little treat before heading home Thursday. It was even busier that night, but the power team of Gabriel, Ethan, and Tristin was on deck. Gabriel and Ethan's hustling orders left and right. Tristin was cleaning, preparing and helping the guys out as much as possible when needed. This trip made everyone feel welcomed while serving drinks to perfection. This night I had -The Lasso and Pornstar Martini. These were my favorite ! Husband had the same -House Old Fashioned. We had a great time both visits and definitely recommend this place as a perfect nightcap spot. One thing I'll say -- if you go and see it's busy, be patient with these guys. They work really hard to make sure your drinks come out delicious and made right.

Went here after spending the day in Zion national park. Very cool concept and super delicious drinks and food. Def ask the servers and bartenders what they recommend and get something different from your usual! Definitely will be coming back on our next trip to Zion! Try the Sicilian sunset, it was one of the best drinks we got!! read more

When I visited Utah a lot of years ago, adult beverages were hard to come by, especially in Southern Utah. I was delighted to see this Speakeasy on our journey through. To get to the Speakeasy, go into the Coffee Shop and on your left, enter through a door with angel wings on it. Inside the speakeasy, it is cozy indeed. GORGEOUS decor, Western but upscale and a bit glam while still being kinda Cowboy. I love the vibe. When we arrived, it was BUSY. Being on vacation I dont mind a wait at all. My companions found a table on the beautiful patio (inside was full except for two-tops). There was only one person working, but he was diligently making his way through the customers and doing a fine job of knowing who was next. We each ended up getting two beverages and enjoyed them very much. They were well-balanced and tasty. read more

Food & Drinks: My wife ordered a classic margarita, which she said was hands down the best she's ever had. I went with a Lost Paradise -- a creamy, tropical drink similar to a virgin piña colada that was smooth, refreshing, and disappeared fast. Service: Topher might genuinely be one of the best bartenders I've ever seen in action! Friendly, skilled, and a great conversationalist who made the experience feel personal. Arrived shortly after 4pm when they opened. Cute little speakeasy right in Springdale. The only criticism is it was packed within 30 mins. We ordered two drinks and really wouldn't have been able to get another round as it was taking a while for the one bartender to get rounds out. The bartender was friendly and made great cocktails. Just recommend they get some help on the weekends. read more

What a hidden gem in this mountain town! I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this sophisticated speakeasy bar in Springdale. The décor is both tasteful and playful, perfectly capturing the "Cowboys and Angels" theme with a creative blend of Renaissance (e.g., oil painting, statues) and Western styles (e.g., horseshoe, animal fur). The ambiance was lovely: soft lighting, gentle music, and spacious indoor and outdoor seating options. Both of our drinks (the Conway and the Jolene) were excellent, with very reasonably priced for the quality ($17). Honestly, the cocktails would hold up at any good bar in a major city. Due to Utah's alcohol laws, we were required to order a snack, but they offered an affordable $3 snack plate, which turned out to be a fun addition to our drinks. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and impressively fast, especially considering there were only two of them handling both the bar and table service. This is the only speakeasy in the area and it is very vibey! It's got a small interior but they have outdoor seating. Note that the service can get a bit lacking when they are busy because there was only one bartender when I went and no wait staff. Food wise, they are forced to charge everyone for snacks because of local laws. Drinks were really tasty, though. The bartender was nice and open to making custom cocktails! read more
