This is a new great addition near Zion! Food was super tasty! It's definitely great for a "nice" dinner versus a casual after hike place. We had the fried rice as our appetizer which was FAB. I wish I had this recipe to recreate it. The lomo salteado was sooo tasty and meat was delicious. The Chow Mein was also really good, a little too salty for our preference but not bad at all. Our server, Nate, was great. He was on top of everything and super nice. Would absolutely come back here! Just wish they also had an outdoor space. read more

Came here for our 15 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. First time here and first time trying a Sazerac. Fabulous. I love that they use local liquors. It had the High West Double Rye and Utah's Underground liqueur. So many things on the menu sounded delicious that it was a tough choice. I was waffling between the salmon and Peruvian seafood rice but opted for the latter based on that being the waiter's fav and was so glad I did. Massive portion chock full of the most tender octopus I've ever had, prawns, mussels, and clams. It was so rich-tasting despite being gluten and dairy free. The only downside was the couple bites of extra crunchy grit that must've come from the mussels or clams. Luckily the majority of the dish was free of that. I appreciated how the menu was clearly labeled showing which menu items were gf, df, vegetarian , and/or vegan and the view out the huge bay windows was magnificent. Andy went with the short rib which was super tender and delicious as well. We'd definitely return. read more

Beautiful views. The food was very good. We ordered the short rib entrée and the salmon entrée, and both were excellent. However, the service was terrible. We watched our waiter check in on other tables frequently (that were larger/drinking/were spending more) while we were ignored after he dropped the food off. Breakfast $65.00 - not the problem. Eggshells in my Eggs Benedict (Anu version called bacon and tomato) on a tiny plate with no room for error while trying to slice through that soggy English muffin. Coffee arrived, no spoons, no sugar, no milk. Husband's bacon was extremely fatty, most left on the plate, over "easy" eggs over "cooked". Never, ever say you have to brew another pot. It's breakfast time. You always have a pot hot of regular and decaf and if sitting around too long, brew another until 11 when breakfast is over. Breakfast is easy. The menu is varied and the food we had tasted good. They seemed understaffed and the place was busy. We were immediately seated but our server took 15 minutes before she had time to stop by the table and go over the menu. We ordered immediately after that. Almost 30minutes went by and our entrees came. Before the apps! We ordered the Shrimp spaghetti and Peruvian seafood rice as entrees and the salmon salad and taridito as apps. I asked what happened to the apps and it was clear they thought they had already been served. I said leave the entrees since at this point we had been there almost 40 minutes without any food. Hidden Gem!!! This restaurant offers the best food in town by far. Everything is made with love from the drinks to the amazing menu. Even the Ketchup is made in house. Chef Sergio has put a lot of effort in creating a menu that compares to no other, and the entire staff is polished, polite, and knowledgeable. One word. WOW. While visiting Zion, I stumbled upon Anu while perusing Yelp & we were intrigued by the Peruvian options on the menu. Without a doubt, our two meals, the lomo saltado & the chicken were two of the most delicious, tastiest meals we have ever had. My husband and I couldn't decide which one was better. Fresh & delicious and the sauces! Again I say WOW. Dessert was torta de ricotta. Wonderful! And I had the prickly pear margarita - a work of art in itself. Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience at Anu My wife and I are currently staying at the Novo Hotel near Zion National Park and decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, Anu. Let me start by saying--I'm very picky when it comes to food. In today's world, finding a good restaurant is tough, let alone one that's truly excellent. But this time, we found a gem. We started with two salads: I had the burrata and my wife had the beet salad--both were absolute 10/10 dishes. For our mains, I ordered the chicken, and my wife had the shrimp. Again, both plates were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented--another 10/10. And dessert? Oh. My. God. The tres leches cake was out of this world--moist, rich, and the perfect sweet ending. Our server Alex was phenomenal--friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. We even had the honor of meeting the chef, who was not only talented but also very kind and down-to-earth. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant. Visited Anu Saturday 5/10/25, for dinner and had a marvelous experience! Was seated immediately in the main dining room facing the large windows with the best views of Zion and landscape. Both Kiola and Hallie provided the most excellent service and engaging conversation. Both are an extreme pleasure to visit with, and they represent Anu very well! In short order I had a cocktail delivered to my table by the bartender. My favorite on the bar menu, the Sazerac. The Sazerac is top notch, and it was accompanied by the most delicious and juicy cheeseburger that I've had in a long time! Along with the wonderful juicy burger was a nicely displayed bowl of incredible hand cut fries. It must've been the longest potato they could find because it seems they were almost a foot long. Cooked to perfection. My compliments to Thomas on the presentation, the wonderful and delicious taste and condiments. The best way to end a wonderful day of hiking at Zion, while still continuing the view, in a laid-back atmosphere, with great food and drink! My compliments and referrals abound!! We stopped in the lounge for a drink and Aaron was fantastic. His family has been in the restaurant service industry for years so he has a wealth of knowledge about the area and the food.
