Really solid espresso that'll definitely put some pep in your step before a hike. This was my favorite coffee spot in Springdale, just minutes before reaching the entrance to Zion National Park. I loved the hot coconut mocha and the sugar-free vanilla latte was solid. The brown sugar latte was also good if you're into something sweeter with a cinnamony flavor (though $1.50 for an oat milk substitution felt a bit excessive). The avocado smash on an everything bagel was our go-to...simple, filling, and perfect before hitting the trails. The shop itself is very small and had a line out the door each time I passed by. With only two employees working nonstop, please be patient if your order is taking some time--these girls are absolutely working. I genuinely hope management is compensating them fairly, especially given the pricing. That said... $30 for two coffees and a bagel is wild, even for national park prices. I really enjoy the coffee and would come back as a treat, but it's more expensive than expected, so just know that going in. read more

Small but cute coffee shop with very long employees! The coffee joints around town are not the best but this one is at least a little better. The coffee doesn't taste very strongly of coffee, mostly like milky. However it wasn't too sweet which was a plus. If they pulled stronger shots, then it'd like the coffee e a lot more. Yes, the view is amazing! If you're planning on lounging around for a while, it's a cool spot to sit and hangout. I got a specialty latte which came out to $9+ after tax and my partner got an Americano - both were 1/5. For the price of my latte, I definitely expected homemade GOOD syrup but it wasn't (good, maybe it's homemade... sorry) and the espresso tasted burnt for both drinks. It was such a bummer because the place is gorg! But the view is also free (you're by Zion!!!) and other coffee spots are a lot yummier. read more

Decided to stop by here after my camping trip inside Zion. I had a long drive (7 hours) back home to Los Angeles. Since it's technically the off season for camping, this shop was practically empty when I arrived at almost noon on a Saturday. Service was fast, but the baristas were a little standoff-ish but they looked like kids so can't really complain about that. I understand the location of this shop, but a medium sized iced coffee was just under $10. Just about worse than Starbucks prices. Baristas were SO kind (offered my kids stickers, patiently waited for our order with a smile!) Amazing coffee options, unbeatable view, very cute patio, awesome merch, and the drink itself was *chef's kiss*. (Cinnamon honey latte w oatmilk, husband got a mocha and we both said 10/10, best thing we've had in UT). Kicking myself we didn't discover this place on our first day at Zion, and that it's a little too far for a last stop before we head home. And finally, the coffee. The coffee itself was horrible. Maybe it was the day, but it was just bad. The espresso itself was terrible and burnt. It left a charcoal flavor in my mouth for a while. The foam was also just not good. I think it was rushed and just thrown in because it came out fast. Yes, it was busy, but I'd rather have quality over speed. Cute little coffee shop with an amazing view! If you know us, we will travel anywhere for some good food and good vibes and I don't think the vibes get better than at the entrance to Zion NP. We got lucky and got parking quickly but be aware that their lot fills up FAST! They have a very nice out door seating area that allowed us to enjoy our afternoon treats with unobstructed views of the area. This tiny little shop def packs a punch! They were very speedy, even with a good size line. Loads of coffee options, snacks and teas they have something for everyone. I had a matcha and it was super good. Canyon Coffee is serving up the best coffee-with-a-view right outside Zion National Park. Even on a chilly, foggy morning we were blown away by the surrounding landscape. We grabbed coffees and a scone to share and sat in awe of the whole experience. The service was decent. It didn't necessarily blow me away but it wasn't off-putting either. At the time of our visit, on a Sunday, there were only 3 staff members manning the shop- 1 cashier, 1 food prep, and 1 barista. On the pricier side for what is offered.
