I stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn for 4 days and had breakfast here every morning and 2 dinners as well. I had both omelette, the granola pancakes, the breakfast sandwich and for dinner I had the BBQ chicken pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. The food along with the service was consistently wonderful! . The staff were attentive and cheerful. They work very hard to make sure that your drinks (coffee, water, etc.) are filled. I think my favorite was the granola pancakes. Porter's is a nice casual spot to grab some good food after hiking for the day at Zion! They've got a good variety on their menu including pizzas, burgers, steaks, pastas, and more so everyone in your group can find something they want to eat. We arrived around 7:30 pm on a Sunday night and had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the hostess stand to seat us. Food came out a little slow but the service was decent overall. The French fries are super crispy and come with a delicious fry sauce! I'd recommend getting these either with your meal or as a side to share with the table. The personal pizzas are decent... they get the job done for filing you up after a long day of hiking. They are loaded with plenty of toppings but the dough doesn't have much flavor. The 12oz New York steak was very tough and chewy. It was seasoned well but was exhausting to eat from so much chewing. The potatoes and vegetables it comes with were very basic. I wouldn't recommend it. It was a decent spot for a quick dinner when we were tired and didn't want to go anywhere that we would have to dress up. We ate here twice during our stay. Once for dinner after our hike, since it was close to our hotel. Food was delicious & the staff is super nice. They get busy, but the staff got us in & out fast. The carbonara was the bomb. Honestly, I haven't had carbonara this good before. It's classic, creamy, and the bacon bits made it even better. Definitely the star of the meal. The onion rings were really good too. Super crunchy, and the porter sauce made them even better. The burger was good as well, but the carbonara definitely stole the spotlight. Service was fast, and our server was nice. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the vibe. It was kind of dark and quiet, which some people might like, but for a sandwich/burger spot, it felt a little too relaxed for me. If you're in the mood for a burger, this is a great option. We ordered the blue bacon and the steakhouse with fries. I like that they give you an option to order half French fries and half sweet potato fries. The burgers were really good and the fries were hot and crispy. The service was fine and the ambiance has more of a diner feel to it. The server said they are most known for the burgers so we stuck with that recommendation. Good choice! read more

My friend was excited to have breakfast at the restaurant but when we pulled it, she said it was gone. Upon further investigation, she said that it was in the back. Well, the restaurant must had had a change in ownership because it is half the size from before and the food was okay. I had a veggie omelette that came with premade seasoned potatoes. My wife and I stumbled into this little gem on a quiet Thursday morning and was immediately charmed by its small, vibrant, and colorful atmosphere. Came to Porters after a long day of hiking at Zion after reading reviews online. Sat outside because the weather was so nice (which I dont get to do a lot in Florida, where I'm from). And the views were so incredible. Cindy was our server and she was so funny, sweet and attentive. She made the whole meal even more special! We ordered 2 diet cokes, potato skins, shrimp pesto pasta and the bleu bacon burger with sweet potato fries. The potato skins were crispy, cheesy and fresh tasting. We did, however, order a side of sour cream to go with them. Would recommend. The Bleu bacon burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were also nice and crispy. The shrimp pesto pasta was probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Pasta cooked perfectly, tons of big shrimp, pesto was bursting with flavor. And came with two pieces of crispy garlic bread to help soak up all the sauce. Couldn't have been happier with this meal. Overall, it was only $57.36 and considering how great this meal was, seems more than worth it. I really am impressed by how good the food is here in Springdale, Zion! This restaurant is located right next to Bumbleberry's and you enter in through Bumbleberry's door. It's another great breakfast place with lots of great options for a hearty or light breakfast to start your day off well!! We also got a free breakfast voucher here for staying at The Novel House. Sucha good deal because you get a free drink and breakfast item! All we had to pay was tip! I ordered oatmeal because I wanted to be healthy and it was good and came with strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. They also give you a choice of toast (wheat or sourdough) and they have lots of good jam flavors. They also provide raisins in a small cup and milk (lots of options of milk) in a small cup for your oatmeal. And a cup of brown sugar! My husband got the eggs and potatoes with sausage. I was quite hungry at the time and didn't want to make a fuss. For anyone who has allergies to onion or garlic, I would suggest being cautious when dining there. Had a lovely dinner here after a busy day of hiking in Zion. We planned an impromptu trip to Zion while visiting Vegas, so we had prepared very little. When we finished hiking and decided to grab some food for dinner, not surprisingly many of the restaurants were busy. We found Porter's and decided to give it a try. While the restaurant was busy we were seated almost immediately. We opted to sit outside and enjoy the scenery of the mountains. We got to watch a storm roll in from the distance while we ate our meals and it was amazing. The service was decently fast and very friendly. We had potato skins as an appetizer and they were great. I had a burger and fries as my main meal and it, too, was delicious. My table also enjoyed a pasta dish that looked fantastic. After dinner we went next door to the shop connected to the restaurant and looked through a massive collection of Zion apparel and tourist items. We came here for a complimentary breakfast for our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn. The inside has a retro vibe. We were expecting a breakfast buffet like most hotels offer, but this one has waiters and each person is entitled to an entree and a drink. We got coffees, french toast, and an omelette. Perfect since we hiked 10+ miles each day. Kept us full all day. The Belgium waffle was our favorite. Fair warning the coffee is a little bit of that motor oil coffee but it will get you going for those large hikes. Liked the flavor of the pepper gravy. One morning we ordered a piece of ham with our meal. I was not expecting it to be such a large piece of ham. Holy moly. Like an inch thick. Porter's is just you're good ole classic diner! The Bumbleberry Inn has a partnership with Porter's. If you stay there, you get breakfast for free at Porter's. It is quite the deal. The complimentary breakfast includes a main dish and coffee or juice for kiddos. It does not include tip, so please bring some extra cash for the servers. They were in great spirits every morning and work hard to get customers in and out so they can go enjoy the park. They even offer to-go coffee after you've had your cups at the table. Quite generous, kind and appreciated! Over the course of our stay, we tried... Chicken Fried Steak Chicken Fried Chicken Biscuits and Gravy Belgian Waffles (*warning, very sweet!)
