I ordered the BBQ salad with aforementioned shredded pork. What a masterpiece of a salad. Plenty of juicy shredded pork, lots of real bacon pieces, mixed greens, cheddar cheese, cabbage, tomatoes and onions in perfect harmony! Pour that BBQ sauce and ranch all over, and you have yourself just the ticket after hiking 7 miles! My hubby snagged the pork verde crepes which he loved too. Check out the pics! MeMe went out of her way to find me a size small t-shirt that is beautifully screenprinted with a design that celebrates both Zion Canyon and MeMe's! Check them out! Unfortunately, it was a tad too big for me but they probably have your size. The meal was very reasonable for Zion/Springdale. We ate at the Red Rock Grill at the Lodge the night before. Mid-day stop, it was super hot and there was no where to park for the Zion brewery. We were hangry as heck, so yelp led us here. Split two burgers. We were staying in the area and had walked over to Sol grocery store. MeMe is next door to it. It's a nice cafe style place- we ordered at the front (guess the QR code ordering wasn't working) and found ourselves a table. There are lots of tables inside and out. The food was brought out to us pretty fast. We had the BLT sandwich which my hubby deemed the best BLT has had in a long time. We substituted the fries with onion rings for a small upcharge. For a quick bite or a good breakfast, MeMe's Café is a great place to eat. It's located right on Main Street in Springdale. The inside is simple and small, but I liked the setup. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and the service was friendly the entire time I was there. The menus are located at the podium when you walk in. The process is designed so you order first and then choose where you would like to sit, or you can order for takeout. The interior is cute and has a hometown feel. It's casual, comfortable, and welcoming. Outside, there is a covered patio with plenty of seating. There is also a large grassy area next to the restaurant where you could sit if you want a change of scenery. Note: Parking can be tough, but that comes with visiting Springdale, located just outside of Zion National Park. There is a small amount of parking behind the restaurant and limited street parking nearby. There is also a covered garage across the street owned by Sol Market. If you are stopping in quickly, you may be able to park there. I recommend the chicken sandwich with the salad. The bread was fresh, and they allow substitutions or additions to the sandwich. The chicken was moist and delicious. Overall, MeMe's Café is a great casual spot with friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and good food. The service was okay, I think the woman at the counter was having a bad day, she was rude. But I will say after we finished our food, she came to check on us and cleaned our trays. And I had the cilantro dipping sauce which paired perfectly with the meal. My wife had the bacon cheddar and here side was the salad with the same cilantro sauce as the dressing. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with an order-at-the-register system and they bring you your food when it's ready. Their merch was so cute that I had to buy a shirt too (what's another souvenir!). Reasonably priced for the area too, as those three entrees and a glass of iced tea were just under $45 total. If it's possible to give a restaurant 10 out of 10, a rarity for me, it would definitely be breakfast at Meme's. My partner had a pork Verde omelette that he claims is the best omelette he's ever had! I had a different than normal breakfast sandwich due to a yummy cream sauce with bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese. By far the real "over the top winner" were the roasted potatoes. Whatever they put on these potatoes is beyond delicious. We were early enough to snag a booth inside as it was chilly, but being outside would've been fine as well. They also have their own fresh squeezed orange juice. The owner was everywhere at once making sure tables were cleaned off, taking orders (which you do at the cash register) and making sure everyone had what they needed. The huge portions and the superb taste made it worth the drive. The chili verde sauce tasted fresh while the pulled pork smokiness tied it off together in the omelette. I tried a bite of the breakfast crepe and I can see why a good portion of the menu dedicated to crepe variations. The crepe's soft but structured texture brings a welcomed experience on savory breakfast. We loved the food so much we came back the same day to try out their dinner menu. The MeMe's Hawaiian sandwich was my absolute favorite. The teriyaki sauce had perfect amount of sweetness with the grilled pineapple. Also the juiciness and smoked flavor of the pulled pork balanced the sandwich pretty well. I highly recommend trying this dish out. The Veggie's Delight Crepe tasted delicious with the extra bacon. I wanted something light to try after snacking all day from hikes. If I were to come back to Zion I would not hesitate to eat their breakfast and dinner the same day again. First of all, this place was in SUCH a cute part of town. There were so many small businesses, including local coffee shops, gift shops, and bakeries in the area. Additionally, the area had a fantastic view of the mountains of Zion National Park. Secondly, upon entering, the friendly and light atmosphere was palpable. The staff were so friendly, and the natural lighting and clock decor added such a cozy vibe to the cafe. Finally, the FOOD. Oh my gosh, the Hawaiian sandwich was the best sandwich I'd ever had. The pork was so juicy (its savory flavor complemented the pineapple's sweetness so well) and the sauce was so yummy. My sister got the Cubano sandwich, which was also super tasty. This was my first time at MeMe's Cafe. I was a little disappointed because my first choice the gluten free Just Peachy Crepe was not available. I went with the GF Very Berry Crepe and an Iced Tea. The crepe was very good, the tea was not. My husband ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Onion Rings. He enjoyed it very much. The service was just average. Nothing to complain about but not especially friendly either. The restaurant was cozy and had cute furnishings but the restroom was very rundown. I came here with a friend after hiking in Zion. The food was relatively cheap compared to other places and equally as delicious, if not better. I had the spinach salad with the chili verde pork. It had a good amount of meat and toppings, and it filled me up. I also shared a Momma's Favorite crepe. The crepe was decent, not too sweet which was great, but it was also not anything special. The service from Claudia was phenomenal, she really made my friend and me feel welcomed. The store is decorated with interesting clocks and paintings and was relatively empty since we came for an early dinner. A good amount of parking as well. There was a member of the staff who did interact with the dog while on the table, which is why we thought this might be a common thing. Breakfast was yummy and staff was friendly when ordering.
