So glad this new restaurant was recommended to me! We squeezed in dinner before The Wiz and it was phenomenal! Lucky we were there for Happy Hour and ordered their seasonal Spritz and a Black Manhattan. Both were delicious... although the manhattan was missing the Luxardo Cherry. To start, we had their Frites served with ketchup AND mayo yay... just like Amsterdam. The frites were so so good, homemade crispy and we ate every bite. Next, for dinner we had their Roasted Chicken and the Orecchiette. The meals were plated just beautifully and OMG incredible... probably the best chicken I've ever had. The service was top notch! Our server among others described the menu offerings in detail and our water glasses (which were gorgeous crystal) were always filled. We felt very welcomed. And just look how beautiful the place is!! The outside dining area is cozy and luxurious and you're able to precariously watch the runners and cars go by. The inside eating area was quiet as outside was perfect weather.... but check out the bar area and lighting.... it definitely has a romantic ambiance. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for dessert, but we'll definitely go back. 5*

Friday night delight on the patio!!! Wonderful cocktails, and starters, delicious entrees and dessert, and a perfect bottle of wine -- all served in a timely manner by Cameron, who was delightful and offered great suggestions. We enjoyed chatting with George, the restaurant owner.

This is the best restaurant in Chattanooga right now. Service is spot on. Chef Cody has created a wonderful menu that changes seasonally.

Can't recommend this cocktail bar enough!…read more We visited the bar late night while staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Despite clearly being short staffed and having a busy night - we were greeted almost immediately and encouraged to help ourselves to a seat. We sat at a table away from the bar (only one available) and a server came by to take our drink order. Before he could return, another employee - who was running food to another table - immediately came over to us after to see if we wanted to order food (which we did!). She took our order, then the drinks arrived and before we knew it the food was out and was incredible! The menu is quite limited - and even more so when you one of you doesn't eat meat - and yet we were able to make a meal out of 2 caesar salads, the hummus plate and the deviled eggs. And don't even get me started on the cocktails! We started with a Manhattan and an Espresso Martini that were perfectly crafted. And then for our dessert round switched to their signature Old Fashioned. Each one was better than the next! Thanks for an incredible time, Whiskey Thief. We will definitely we back!

At first, servers were scarce, but as I got up to go to the bar, the bartender must've seen me and was on his way. He took our initial drink order. At $14 per glass of wine, we just went for the bottle at $54 and a charcuterie board at $27. We are on vacation, so why not. The view is excellent. The weather cooperated. People watching from on high was fun, and the nature scenery was nice. Service was a little slow, but not an imposition, however, if it gets much busier, that could be a thing. We later learned they previously had a $10 cover, but we did not get asked for this and it must be a thing of the past, or I understand it is waived for guests of the Edwin Hotel (the bar's affiliated with the Edwin) but we had dinner reservations at Whitebird, the affiliated restaurant. The charcuterie was good with cheeses, cured meats, jams, crackers, etc. all in all, the star is the Al fresco seating and the River, and of course the company of my beautiful wife! So, go for outdoor seating and bring your own beau!

Considering we were 18 ppl he did a great job. We ordered oysters to share. I ordered the special bento box and my friends ordered the grouper, salad, hamburger egg rolls, serloin, filet and appetizer fish taco and many more. Food all came together and was very good. It was not cheap but we enjoyed the food and had a great time

It's not quite a 3 star but didn't quite meet a 4 star either. Let's start with what's great here…read more A great oyster program with delicious oysters from a range of East Coast locations. Wonderful cocktail list with well balanced, well made cocktails. I loved my old fashioned and others enjoyed their drinks too. Very nice, attentive service from the servers although they brought out the oysters without telling us what was what and service was at times bumpy. The interior is nice, with it feeling casual but somewhere you could bring a date. And we enjoyed the lobster cakes which were well done, nice sauce, without overwhelming the sweetness of the lobster itself. So that was positive. Where it failed: the tuna bites on regular and not crispy rice was hard to eat. It was good but a little unruly. The halibut piccatta was VERY dry, almost bordering on inedible. Their special, which was a bento box was not great. The flavors didn't go together and their sushi eggroll had cream cheese which is very gross. Their steak frites was fine if not that memorable. All in all, I would come back for their drinks and their oysters but not sure I would come back for a full meal here.
