I am writing about the service department only. I am shocked to see the low reviews as I just had great customer service. I bought my KIA out of state (where I lived) and recently moved to PHX. I had a warranty issue with a seat since July 2019 and it took months at the dealership I purchased it from to try and fix it. In Novemeber, after months they fixed it wrong. I moved here and went to get a simple oil change and worked with Adrian and I was in and out quickly. So, I asked about the seat warranty repair and he said bring it back we will take care of it. So, a few days later I took the car back to fix what the other KIA dealership messed up and in a few hours it was done. read more

Camelback Kia used to proved impeccable customer service in the service department. Now, you can't even get a manager to call you back. It took me 4 calls just to make an appointment, and THEN I received a call back because I insisted a message be sent to the Service Manager. I needed an oil change, a tire rotation and a Zactek treatment. When I made the appointment, I also let the person know I had a Kia Service coupon for a $29.95 oil change and engine check. They know my car is a 2022 model but said the coupon would be honored. I also asked for their shuttle service and they said I would only receive a LYFT credit for $10. I would have to pay the rest to LYFT. When I dropped off my car, they said my coupon was no good because I needed "Synthetic oil" and I would have to pay $89.95 for my oil change..... It gets worse from there. So I decided to use a different coupon the dealership emailed me. It included everything I needed to have done for $59.95. Results: I never received the LYFT credit, They tried to charge me $189.for my oil change and tire rotation because they "LOST" my coupon, they ended up charging me $75 (receipt made no sense), the manager was alerted to the problem and has my email and phone number and has yet to call or contact me, CARFAX reached out to me for a review and notified the service department of the issues. Adam, (who I believe is the service manager) wants ME to call HIM. There were 6 employees in the service area when I picked up my car. All were looking at paperwork and ignoring the phones while I was there. I rated them a 2 because they did do the service on the vehicle and it was ready when I went to pick it up. read more

I bought my car in 2014 and have been coming here for the car maintenance ever since. With my last 3-4 visits and definitely with my visit yesterday, I don't think I'll be coming back unless it's for a tire change because I have a warranty for that . You would think that if a customer request shuttle service that the service would be readily available when the customer drops off their car. Well, that's not that case here. I usually wait there for my car to be ready (they seem to get done faster that way), but since I work so close I figured that it wouldn't be too much of a hassle to drop it off in the morning and have the shuttle service take me to work. The first time I requested it I had to wait on the shuttle service guy and when I requested it for today the "service adviser" told me it would be an hour wait for the shuttle service and because the whole point of me requesting this was so that I would get to work on time, I just made the 20 min walk to work instead of waiting for an hour. Also, I HATE dropping my car off here because no matter what the service is they take about half the day to get back to you. Anytime I've dropped it off I've had to call them and coincidentally enough when I call they always say "We just finished up and I was about to call you". read more

Kia's are terrible cars. Your car will be in the shop more instead of on the road. My forte gave out after 82k miles. Terrible cars. And they don't hold value at all. Horrible cars. read more

Because we live about 4 hours from Phoenix I talked to Robert Cooper (sales manager) several times to get the information I needed to make a decision on a vehicle purchase. I wanted the Kia Sorrento L but was told by Robert that to get the 6 cylinder engine I wanted I needed to upgrade to the LX model and I agreed to the upgrade. I was told by Robert the interest rate on an auto loan was 4-5%. Because of the Sorrento advertisement I was under the impression that the warranty was 100,000 miles or 10 years. Here are a list of the "surprises" we received upon visiting the dealership to purchase the vehicle that Robert and I discussed. #1-We arrived at the dealership just after noon and were told that Robert was not in that day. He made no mention of this the day before when I told him we would be in to see him the next day. No one at the dealership was aware we were coming so no one was prepared for us and Robert didn't let anyone know we were coming. #2-After about an hour of paperwork I asked about the engine in the vehicle and found out the only one they had as a 4 cylinder-not happy but elected to continue with the purchase. #3-After meeting the financial person we were told the interest rate would be 7%, not the 4-5% that Robert had quoted me. When I expressed my unhappiness with 7% I was told by the finance person that 7% was the pre-approved number and if our credit was good when the loan was processed the interest rate would be adjusted to 4% or close to it. #4-In reviewing the warranty with the finance person I found out the warranty was not as advertised or expected! To get a 100,000 mile or 10 years warranty we would have to pay almost another $4,000! #5-The 25th of November I called to check on the interest rate to see what it had been adjusted to. I was told that it was 7.9% and there was no such thing as a pre-approval rate. #6-From start to finish the process took about 5 hours!! Ridiculous, since I had called ahead the day before to get as much as possible taken care of before we arrived. #7-I called Robert when we got home and he said he did not remember talking about the 6 cylinder engine or the interest rate. #8-Because my wife was in a wheel chair and not up to driving the car, we did not discover that her key fob did not work until the next day. I called the dealership again and was told to bring it back to be programmed. Right another 4 hour drive!! #9-I received a letter from the finance company saying the loan was for 60 months not the 36 months I had requested. So is the problem the dealership or a person or because we are from out of town. Draw your own conclusions and do what is best for you. For us it was the worst car buying experience we have ever had and will never consider buying another car at this dealership or even recommending it to anyone. read more

Absolutely the WORST experience of my life. I walked in with very specific money limits, expectations etc. explained that if it wouldn't work, just let me go. So as to not make this a book, here is my experience in a nutshell. LIES: After hours of hard sell, sold me the car I didn't want, and it was a complete Lemon! Lights didn't work, tires were jacked up, and other light in the car were flickering. Returned it the next day, and was turned over to a manager. SEXUAL HARASSMENT: Seemed ok at first, flirty, but nice. My mistake was not shutting that down. While trying to sell me another car, this Manager, in text conversation stated that he had my name tattooed on his dick, told my business partner that he was so distracted by my breasts he couldn't do his job, and told me to keep coming in so I would be sitting in front of him. DANGEROUS: Then shocker, he failed to do his job, and I was handed to a new manager, with this manager, while he was trying hard, they still sold me on a car, Made me buy insurance for it, and then the car got 'sold' to another party. When they finally "stopped that sale" and sold me the car, it too was not in working condition. By the words of their very own service department, the brakes were shot, the wires in the steering wheel to the horn were cut, and a wiper blade was missing. Ahhhhhhhhhh so I drove around in a death trap, until I originated it needing service and brought it in! LACK OF CARE: I emailed the GM and he handed me off to a 'female' employee because he was worried I wouldn't be comfortable talking to a man about the sexual harassment. The woman emailed back and forth, and later said it was 'dealt' with, when I asked her what that meant and that I wanted to ensure my personal information was safe from anyone who was 'dealt' with, she too disappeared. THE GM: Today the GM finally called me, and this is how it was 'handled' He told me that he can't tell me how it was handled because the manager has rights. So basically the guy who talked about his penis, and my boobs has rights, and I don't deserve to know that I am safe. All he can offer me is an apology, when I told him that didn't make me feel any better as I don't know him, he got so defensive and told me 'I didn't know him from Adam' uh ya that is my point. What is an apology from a stranger? Then when I asked him if his managers have access to my information, he said "No". 'But that doesn't matter because they can find me on google anyway' his words, not mine. He told me from his understanding my credit wasn't great, and because of that the fault too is mine. Even if that were true, did I not ask them to let me walk if they couldn't help me? I of course had to correct him, that it wasn't my credit score, and rather that I was a recently divorced, single woman who owned a house, and the banks were iffy on my debt to income ratio. Then when I was obviously not satisfied he kept saying, "I can tell you want something, just tell me what you want" and when I asked for a solution to all this, he kept reiterating that all he had for me was an apology. The conversation ended with him telling me to have my lawyers call him, instead of calling his because he will be more lenient than his lawyers. REAL NICE. I am still waiting for an email with his lawyers information. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY! read more

This place is a scam. Truthfully. I bought a car back in May 2021, adding GAP insurance as most people would... get into a car accident March of 2023. Filed my gap claim, and when I received notification that they received the final gap payment, my loan still had a balance. Funny cause I thought that gap paid off your remaining balance, right? As most of us would assume. Well, come to find out they have exclusions, and one of them being they don't pay off any remaining principal balance. Oh, well wouldn't that have been nice to know at the beginning??? Paid every month on a car I no longer had until all this got settled just to be left with one more payment how lovely huh?! Screw your sales people for not informing their customers of these so called exclusions. And screw MPP gap claim company. DO NOT GET GAP FROM THIS PLACE!!! Cause you'll be stuck with a bill. Get GAP through your insurance company cause this has been one freaking stressful situation and still left to pay. Scam scam scam read more

I wouldn't buy a car based on their ratings considering they bribe people with 2 free tanks of gas instead of improving their services. I love my new soul and I negotiated fair payments however I commented on their survey that I was their all day and that I did feel pressured to buy. Also that they lured me over with different pretense. Which didn't give them a 100% rating so I didn't receive my other tank of gas. Despite the fact that it was part of our agreement with out the survey. Thank you rodney and mark. I wanted to recommend you to others now i will reconsider. read more

After paying off a leased car the nightmare began. The title was lost when it was sent from Kia finance. I spend 4 months trying to get help from kia finance. We dont live in Arizona . I had to try to resolve the issue via phone calls. Finally after getting the run around , we came to Arizona to physically deal with someone in person. Dakota Gooch, the finance manager was outstanding. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care off and get the issue resolved. Don't buy a used vehicle from here! We just purchased a used Jeep. Our sales person was awesome and super helpful. After we took the Jeep home and drove it for one day the check engine light came on! It's a $500 part not including the labor. It could be over $1000! It can't even be driven till it's fixed. It is currently being sent to another service department by Kia Camelback. We are fighting with them to pay the cost to fix it and make this right. They aren't wanting to. They have had the car longer than we have since we bought it! They need to do the right thing and pay to fix this vehicle or we will call BBB, attorney general and whoever else we need to!! Horrible to treat people this way. Guarantee if this personally happened to them they wouldn't like it either. No morals! read more

Hello my name is Aaron. I was just recently looking at a Kia EV 6 I was looking at the wind and then I drove the Kia GT and decided that I wanted that vehicle and then once I figure out that I could not get the price range what I wanted for the Kia, EV GT I told him that I no longer want it any of the vehicles as I started to leave the sales manager Brian started to argue with me because I was letting him know that I could just wait January 1 for the tax credit to go to the point of sell knowing that the Kia did not qualify for That I could rather get a Tesla that is cheaper than the Kia EV six buy a wide margin with the point of sale that I qualify for. Than he started To argue with me, saying that you will not get the features on that vehicle because you had to buy every feature on the Tesla . showing that he obviously knows nothing about that vehicle .He further argues with me to try to convince me that I'm only gonna get this deal for this car at this price nowhere else but here and I told him over and over that I did not want his vehicle. He rather argue with me so I decided just to walk out mid interview for the vehicle, this was a horrible experience it further showing why the dealership model is a terrible model and why they will go out of business if this is how they treat the customers when they're looking for a new electric vehicle read more

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I had a terrible experience here when I bought from the first time, but 4 years and probably 70 calls from them about trading my car in later, I caved and went in. After getting screwed the first time, mostly because I was young and buying my first car and I wasn't careful to check paperwork (which they switched on me and took out the payoff insurance I'd been promised originally without telling me, something I only realized later when I couldn't change anything, but that's another story) I went in with very specific requirements in mind. I did not need a new car (or even a new used one, which was my preference) and I made it clear that unless I could get my requirements I would not be buying a car. 4 hours later and I had probably spoken to 7 different people, all of which I had to re-explain my requirements to (I'm pretty sure they thought if they all came in 'not knowing' what I wanted that they could push me into ignoring my own requirements, do they think I have yogurt for brains that I would forget my own budget and needs that easily?) but even after I explained my requirements, they DID NOT LISTEN to them. They spent the entire time pushing me to buy a new car, at more than twice my current monthly payments, when "payments need to be no higher than I'm paying now" were one of my clearly stated requirements and when I had clearly expressed that a new car wasn't really what I wanted. I even test drove a used car I liked, but they refused to even run the numbers on it for a deal no matter how many times I asked. They wasted my time and theirs by disregarding my opinion and everything I said to them. Not sure if that was because I'm a woman, I'm a "millennial", or because that's just how this dealership treats everyone. Nearly a week later and I'm still so steamed about this that I had to leave a review. If I had walked in and said "here's what I want" and half an hour later they had said "So sorry, we can't do that" I would have walked out satisfied. Instead, they wasted 3.5 hours of my time, dropped my credit score 10 points by hard pulling my credit score 4 times, and then kept trying to push even when I requested the key to my car back. I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend anyone who wants their input on their own substantial purchase to go in either. read more

We took our original car in for a new transmission and while the company was test driving it a lady ran a red light and totaled our vehicle before we ever got it back. So we had to find a new car. We initially found a car that camelback Kali had posted online and liked the price. They told us to come down. So we packed up the kids and when down. As soon as we sat down they tried to sell us the vehicle for 2500 more than we agreed on online. They made us wait for hours with a 9 month old going back and forth when all we were asking was the price we were told online. Then as we went to test drive it they tried to act like someone else came in for the same car and was ready to buy that very instant to make us pay the jacked up rate. Long story short we were going to walk away and magically the other customer up and disappeared. We ended up buying it and they were supposed to send us our plates. Well 29 days after they sent us an email telling us we still owed 130 dollars for the registration. Of all the cars I've ever bought I've never been to a worse place. They held our registration random for 130 when we paid in full that very day we bought it. Don't be dooped. Go somewhere else. There are many places with much better service and won't treat you like a sucker. read more

A classic high pressure, shifty car dealership. Advertises big discounts on their website... but unless you are an Uber-driving vet who happens to be a new college grad, you won't get them. Each "cycle" of the offer-go-round takes 30 minutes. And you can expect to be TO'd (turned over) at least twice. They'll want to talk about payments, down payments, trade-in's, tax title, doc fees, everything but the price of the car. read more

Worst service ever. My car was there for a week to replace my brake switch and when I got my car back I noticed the brake pedal was really hard and when I got on the freeway my car wouldn't accelerate over 25 mph. Well come to find out, my brake pedal was tightened down to far when they put it back on and my brakes were engaged. Since I was trying to accelerate against my brakes being on, my brakes were totally fried. Took my car back and it sat there for another week before they agreed to replace my brakes due to the incompetence. Finally got my car back and they never put my hub caps back on and they "can't find them." And to top it off, MADDIE the service advisor never answered her phone when calling or replied back to emails for updates. How can a service shop run like this? The stupidity and lack of communication on fixing an issue they caused was ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Ive had my vehicle serviced three times. First time was ok, second time was absolutely horrible and they kept me there all day with "oh its just another hour" 9 hours later after complaining to the manager I finally got my car back and a slight discount for the horrible customer service. They followed up with a phone call to say theyre working on their customer service etc.....well customer service was much better the third time around however i left with a problem i didnt have when i got there, I cant get a manager to call me back even after calling several times. When i call the service dept from the phone number listed with my vehicle no one will answer but funny how its answered on the first ring when i call from a different number. The woman at the counter in the parts department also has a horrible disposition and wont even look at you or hand you the parts you pay for. The only positive thing I have to say is Brandon my service advisor on my last visit was excellent; however great customer service only goes so far when youre dealing with your car not being in the same condition it was when you had it serviced! read more

My husband and I found a vehicle online that was listed at 8300. We drove 40 minutes with the expectation that is what it would be and obviously ready to pay some taxes and registration. We got there and we were abruptly helped by Ollie. He was a nice guy and took us out to view the vehicle. The issue was it had dents all over it and the bumper needed to be replaced plus the inside smelled like chemicals. That didn't bother me much for 8300 especially at 93000 miles. We went in and after all of the taxes and hidden fees it came out to over 11000!! This vehicle is no where worth that. My husband use to sell cars and even pulled up the KB value. We tried to do 9500 out the door. He went to get his manager and this guy was typical sleazy car salesman. My husband called him on his crap and he was like best I can do is 11,150. We walked out... thankfully we found a similar vehicle that was in better shape at Surprise Toyota. We genuinely like the people that work there and have worked with them before. I would have came here first if I would have known they had the used vehicle we were looking for. I would not recommend Camelback Kia. Very shady so be careful. I strongly advise you to run from this dealership. If you are like myself, and truly enjoy driving a KIA, there are other KIA dealerships you can go to. First, and foremost, if you do decide to make this excruciating experience, be more than prepared to arrive early, bring your lunch and dinner, because you will be closing the store. Next, when agreements are made, they do not hold up their end of the bargain. I have made more trips back to the dealership, filed complaints, been promised the money owed to me will be next day delivered, and become empty promises. When it never showed up, I went back to the dealership only to be told it was mailed to me. But, wait! You said it would be next day delivered. "Oh, well it was mailed". Funny how I still have not received my $490.00 check. I file yet another complaint with customer service, they call the dealership, and said person will call me right back. Not true!!!! I have been informed numerous calls have been made to my phone, with messages left. Strange how nothing ever appears on my phone. I have also been informed my address changed. After four years at the same address, this is news to me. Let me mention that it took them two months to get me my GPS chip for navigation. But, I have made several trips to the dealership when they informed me it was in, and its missing, they can not find it, or it is the wrong one. Being disabled and living with chronic pain makes this process even more difficult for me to deal with incompetent people. Managers, and salespersons get what they need from you. They are deceptive, misleading, untrustworthy, devious, and tricky. This is only half of my problems... So, please, avoid this dealership at all cost! read more

I had a recall from the manufacture on a Kia Optima. If I didn't have the recall I would not have ever come to the service center. I scheduled for this possible repair. It took the service center 3 hours to tell me, yes you need a part replaced but we don't have it is stock. I would be called once the part was in to schedule the repair. I waited 3 weeks and decided to call to see if the part was in. I was told by the service rep, that the part was in stock the whole time and it was his mistake. He said he tried to call me the next day but must have misdialed because there was no answer. He never tried again. I confirmed my cell number was correct on the invoice. I wonder if I had waited 3 months would they have ever called me. So we scheduled for today 3/13 at 7am first appt so I could get this done. Was told on the phone and when I showed up this morning that it would take 2 hours or less. I said I would stay and work but I might leave for a bit. I returned at 11:15 (four hours and 15 minutes later) and the car was not finished. I asked for him to check because it was only a 2 hour job(I was told this twice). He said the manager pulled my mechanic off my repair to work on another car and let my just sit. But the service rep said this needs to get done! Then told me it would only take 30 minutes for him to finish. 1 hour later they finished. So it took a total of 5 1/2 hours. WHAT A JOKE! I WILL NEVER USE THERE SERVICE OR BUY A CAR THERE. Interesting observation. While I was waiting the second time, I counted 7 employees just talking at the front desk. read more

Most people go in to the car buying experience expecting things to go terribly. I went in with a positive attitude, but Camelback Kia did everything in their power to make sure that I did in fact have that terrible experience. I was at the dealership for about 4 hours even though I knew the two specific vehicles that I wanted to see. I wasn't shown either vehicle, and every time I asked to see those cars, they acted completely oblivious and just started talking about something else. It was the strangest thing. That night I went online and found a Kia Soul at a competing Kia dealership in south Scottsdale. I went there the following day and bought the car because they actually showed it to me. I could have been the easiest sale ever for these guys. Since this ordeal, Camelback Kia has probably called me 20 times. Each time they call, I ask them to take me off of their list and they fall all over themselves apologizing for "losing my business" and they promise that they will remove me from their call list immediately. Well, here we are almost a month later and they are still calling and clueless in regards to my situation. I'm typically a pleasant individual, but these people have me heated. So, Camelback Kia, here is my message to you: every phone call I get from you moving forward, I will copy/paste this review and add it to an additional review site. Yelp first, DealerRater next, then Cars.com and Google. And please, don't bother responding to this review. read more

*Service department review* I brought my car in after I got a dead battery and auto zone said it could be the alternator. I arrived at 7 am with no appointment and was greeted immediately in the service drive and a service advisor welcomed me and got my info. He noted on the paper I was waiting. About 20 minutes after waiting he comes back and asks if I'm the second owner on the car... Which I tell him no I bought it at the bell dealership. He says "when I put in your VIN it says Eric so-and-so" which I say he must have a typo. After 40 more minutes he comes back with my battery quote $8 over auto zone with $68 to install. I told the service advisor, Larry that he is putting me in an awkward spot since that is a ridiculous fee to install the battery since auto zone is cheaper? He says "well guess you shoulda done that" and then even said "well who is going to install it??" I'm pretty sure everyone knows Autozone will install batteries- why does Larry have to treat me like I'm completely ignorant? He made my jaw drop at his comments and his lack of customer service. I'd hate to see him negotiating an actual substantial service bill! Less than 5 minutes later I'm at auto zone on 3rd st & camelback with a nice guy installing my $8 cheaper battery for no charge. The absolute HORROR! What can I say that hasn't been said. I, too, would give them zero stars if possible. I will spare you our disgusting experience, but let's just say dishonest, sleazy, apathetic and disingenuine all apply. Andre was our salesman who seems ok, but is bound by his abhorrent manager and their practices. Mike, his manager, talks a good game about being in law enforcement and former military and how his word means something. Alas, it does not. Jason is their manager who assured us he would work for us and try to repair the damage that had been done. Fortunately no breath was being held as he, not surprisingly, did nothing to amend the situation. I have bought cars from big lots before, and was still surprised at their tactics and games. They actually give a bad name to all sleazy used car salesmen out there. In summation...DO NOT GO THERE! read more

We went in specifically for a used Kia Soul that we saw on their website. It ended up not being the vehicle for us so we left. We continued to check their inventory online and saw another possible vehicle, went to the dealership and took a look. Needless to say, that second trip did not produce a vehicle that met our needs so we left a 2nd time. At the end of the day, we decided to up our budget and go with a new Soul versus trying to find the perfect used Kia Soul and decided to go back to this dealership and buy from them (granted we could agree on a price/deal etc) since they put up with us the first 2 trips in. We felt that they, at least, earned our business in that sense. Both Nathan and John C. who initially helped with my previous visits both helped "close" the deal but neither are still with the company and/or not available to speak with in order to resolve my issue. With that said, once a price was agreed upon, there were TWO factors that I requested to be part of the "deal". All I wanted to be included as "freebies" or items that I WOULD RECEIVE as part of my agreeing to the price of the vehicle was a touch-up paint pen to match the color of the vehicle and a Kia Soul keychain to commemorate the purchase and add to my collection of previous KIA vehicle keychains that I have recieved in previous purchases (in similar "deals"-all of which were provided without hesitation-NOT from this dealership). When we went to the financier's, Tino, office, I was sure to ask/ensure that I'd be getting my "free" items. He advised me that once the financing was completed, I'd get a call to pick up my items. This reply seemed reasonable to me and the deal was completed. Now, jump forward over 8 weeks (bought the car on 5/24/15), financing has gone through, in fact, I have already made my first payment on the car and I still do not have my "free" items and I have yet to find someone that will call me back and speak with me. I went in to the dealership last week, on 7/6/2015 and spoke with Carlos, who advised me that he had to order more of the color for the touch-up paint pen and would call me in 7 days (although 7 days was the absolute longest time and it should be in earlier and I should get a call before the 7 days). I called Carlos today (7 days later) and did not get an answer. Left a message and will not hold my breath for a callback. At this point, it is the principle of the matter. I held up my end of the "deal" and bought the car. I even let the dealership upsell me their warranty protection program (I knowingly agreed to the protection program because I felt it offered a benefit and let them finance me, regardless of being offered the same financing terms by my banking institute. The total of these items probably equate to $30.00 or so and if this dealership is willing to lose a faithful-Kia vehicle owner for that small dollar amount, then so be it. I will be more than happy to revise this review when they uphold their end of the "agreement" but until then, this review is 100% accurate. read more

I read all of the reviews about this dealership and really wish I had before dealing with them. They did everything to me that was mentioned in other reviews...they started off by holding my license and keeping me in a cubicle for 40 min when I knew what car I wanted to test drive. I then looked at another dealership with the same car and decided Kia had the best deal. I came in with a cashiers check for the out the door price we negotiated. Rose was helping me the whole day and seemed very unknowledgeable of the process. I was then told to wait then I was told to wait more for 'the finance guy' to which I am still confused why that was needed. They wouldn't trade in my piece of junk so after waiting an hour for the finance guy, I decided to drive my old car home 7 min away and get a ride back from my buddy I got back and still had to wait. Where I was waiting, the sales room were all of the phone hounds are was behind me. A sales man came out and walked by letting out a fart directly behind my head proceeded by snickers from the back room and him looking at me and smiling. Not joking. At this point they had my check and I stood up furious making a b line to the finance office. Right when I got there the greasy human being known as the finance manager told me he's been waiting for me. I have been waiting at this point for 2 and a half hours. We got to his office and he kept pushing a warranty down my throat without explaining anything. I asked him what has taken so long as I had paid with cash and he told me he didn't keep me waiting as he was alerted about this at 720. Looking at my call history, I called my friend at 720 to get a ride from my place. Meaning they didn't do the abysmal amount of paperwork needed until I left to drop off my old car. After stupidly signing the paperwork, I continued to wait another hour for the car to be detailed. The car wasn't detailed. It wasn't even washed. the next day I planned on driving to Tucson after work and when I tried to speed up on the I-10, the car wouldn't go past 80. Then dropped to 70 then 60 then 50. I am now taking the car back to shove down their throats. Wish me luck The worst car buying experience I have had and I truly hope you stay away from this place(maybe even the whole complex since it's all under the same owner and a salesman told me they are all family...a shiesty care salesmen family.PLEASE STAY AWAY read more

Had service appointment at 8:15 am. Around 10:30 am checked the desk. They never kept me informed about what was going on with my car. It is now 4;30 pm car still not ready. They walk around mask less. Except for a few. Some employees do. Some don't. Adrian was my tech too busy running his mouth. read more

I inquired once regarding the price of a new Kia Optima, I have received 12-15 phone calls trying to sell me a car. 8 of these calls I answer and no one speaks, and eventually hangs up. The remaining calls I have politely asked to not be contacted any more as I have already purchased elsewhere. Last week I sent the following email to their internet sales manager Mike Kimbrell: Hello Mike, Since my one time inquiry regarding a Kia, I have received countless calls from Camelback Kia sales. On at least five of these calls, I answer, and no one responds, and then hangs up. On the other occasions, I have politely asked that the sales calls cease. My politeness has now come to an end. Due to the numerous times I have asked the calls to stop in the past week, I will make it a point for our next family vehicle, to not even consider Camelback Kia for this purchase. If I receive even one more phone call from Camelback Kia, I will begin to utilize social media to report the harassing phone calls on a daily basis along with letters to Kia corporate office. Thank you Welp! Today I received yet another phone call interrupting a meeting I was in of another salesman. I then called Camelback Kia and requested to speak to a manager and wouldn't you know it, I got good old Mike Kimbrell on the phone. I told him, again, that I would not like to be contacted any more by this business and when I asked his name, I told him that I had sent him an email (the one above) and he stated that I have not been in contact with him. This dealership is a joke. I will never shop for a car here in the future. read more

I've been coming to this dealership for years as I am a loyal customer to those who treat me right. I always went to the same guy who would usually find me discounts when he took care of me. But ever since he left, my experience has changed. Brought my car in because the AC stopped working, to which they were able to charge it enough to work for a couple of days until I was able to afford the recommending fixings of a $2600 repair. That included six new spark plugs and a new compressor. As a struggling teacher, I started doing some research on how to get an affordable compressor. Which led me to get a second opinion of a distant friends mechanic. Long story short there was nothing wrong with my compressor, it was the blower that was the issue. I left paying $300 to fix my blower instead of $2600 like Camelback KIA tried to charge me. It's a bunch of scam artist running this place now. I'm not sure if they took advantage of me because I'm a woman, or simply that can't make a correct diagnosis. Joke is on them because they have lost my service and my trust. read more

This may be the rudest, non-thinking dealership ever. Particularly their sales manager. I'm coming off a Kia lease and wanted to know my options. One of the sales people started to help me but the sales manager, a buffoon of a fellow, came in to ruin everything. He wouldn't give me ANY information unless I was prepared to buy something right then. I told him I just want to know my options and then will decide what to do. He told me that I'd just take his offer and go elsewhere. Strange since I drove 40 minutes to go to that dealership. So he wants me to get offers from other dealers and come back to him. That means he planned on NOT giving me any better offer than he had to. Net is...STAY AWAY from this dealership. They don't care about you and they don't care about their sales staff. read more

Well, after 3 years, I'm finally done with this place. Disappointed, because my Kia dealership in Michigan was PHENOMENAL. But this place is horrible. Always having an excuse why it takes them FOREVER to do a basic oil change. Staff is not the most courteous, they never check up on you while you wait patiently. I get annoying calls every few months from them trying to buy back my leased vehicle (in the middle of the work day). Well -- I booked my oil change appt a few days ago. Today, after 1 hr 45 min of waiting as my oil was (allegedly) being changed, I was told it would be "just a few more minutes. They got behind because of the rain." When I started to pace at the front of their service department after 15 more minutes, they finally went to check on my car. It was THEN they realized that no one had even touched my car yet, or started the oil change. This is not how you treat a dedicated customer, or ANY customer for that matter. I have not received any call / apology from the service manager yet. They probably forgot to tell him about the angry customer this morning. I wasted 2 hours on my day off, and left without any oil change. Frustrated doesn't even begin to explain how I'm feeling! Moving on, camelback Kia. You can take my name and information out of your system this very second. read more
