Classic bait scam Nic told me I had a 100% approval had me drive 2 hours from Rio Rico to find out it was based on a co-signer I specified I did not have MULTIPLE times. I made it clear how important an approval was as I didn't want to waste my time driving up there if they couldn't get me approved. They told me they had a 100% approval with capital one. I went up there and it turns out they added my dad as co-signer and could not get me approved alone. So if you're working with Nic or Nicholas RUN. The financial director is a bozo as well trying to blame everything on us when they had clear information prior to the appointment. Very unprofessional, very rude and very scammy.

It was a very great buying experience. I got screwed over with my last car purchase at a different dealership. My old car kept having to get repaired and yet I still had 3 years worth of payments on it. Looking for a new car I wanted to learn from my mistakes of car purchases in the past I was able to do that . Ali and Jacob are very personable and totally under of my situation. Ali asked what my favorite color is and I said green. He took me out and showed me this nice green car. I test drove it and I loved it. Finances were great, I got 10k trade in value for my old car with high mileage and repairs plus a 3k discount. The best part is I got a warranty that covers all repairs for the next 5 years 75k miles. I am set for a while thanks to their help! They take care of you here I would highly recommend!

Sheila was the first to respond, and when she sent over the quote, I almost couldn't believe it. AZ Auto Repair and Body had the best price by a long shot. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the owner, Mike, with a warm handshake. Even with a lot full of cars, he assured me they'd squeeze me in -- which was a huge relief. In no time at all, my oil change was done, and they genuinely thanked me for coming in. What really stood out to me was the integrity. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything I didn't need -- no pressure, no surprise add-ons, just straightforward and honest service. That alone sets them apart. This place is an absolute gem. Everyone was warm, professional, and kind -- something that's surprisingly hard to find in the automotive world. This is officially my new go-to shop. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't find friendlier people or better prices.

He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
