This was the review I wrote for this dealership last year.... but it ended up on the Camelback Hyundai yelp page because the dealerships used to be linked... The did respond to this review, suggesting I call them. I DID call them (4 times) after they posted that and they never returned my calls... so here is the KIA review: ========================================================= All around bad experience at this dealership. We spent a lot of time researching cars and settled on a Kia Sorrento as being the right car for us. We then went through our bank's car buying program and found the most competitive price at Camelback Kia. BEWARE! The prices you get through buying programs are not transparent and we paid THOUSANDS more when we showed up for our appt at Camelback Kia. For example, we were charged for window tinting... but we didn't actually care for having our windows tinted... "too late, it's already on the car and you have to pay for it". Same story with tire upgrade, some paint protection, etc. They charge you for a bunch of crap that you don't want - so the pricing you are told is totally inaccurate. I'm sure this isn't unique to this dealer - but aggravating nonetheless. The real issue came in with our keys. When we left the dealership, they had LOST the key to the car and only had one copy. They promised us they would send the new one to us within a few weeks and gave me a woman's name (MICHELLE) who would take care of it. No joke, I called EIGHT times to get that key over MONTHS. I spoke with the manager, left voicemails for a bunch of people and they NEVER called back or got us our key (which we really needed so we would have two car keys). We finally called Kia head office. They were SUPER nice and apologetic. They called the dealership, called us back and told us to call a manager there who would take care of it. When we called him, he never called back. FINALLY, my husband went in after months of waiting and calling. They insisted that because we waited for months, we now had to BUY the key for $350. ARE THEY KIDDING? We had been trying to get that key for months. But they wouldn't budge. So we were out of pocket tons of money, two trips to the dealership and lost a good 4 hours of our lives on the phone to get a key that we were entitled to on our brand new car! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The Good: we like the Kia Sorrento and it drives very nicely I will compliment also the Kia head office on two things: very nice and courteous when we called them to try to get the key... AND they called us from the HQ after we bought the car to thank us for our business and offer us a free oil change at Camelback Kia on our first service. After our experience, we are NOT getting our Kia serviced there. We would rather just have our $350 back. We are also now in the market for ANOTHER new car to replace our Pilot. We are intentionally not buying a Kia (despite enjoying the Sorrento that we purchased) because we just don't trust their service after the key fiasco. So, we're buying a new Pilot (purely based on that silly key) since Camelback HONDA has always been so good to us and does do all of our servicing. I'll be shocked if Kia thrives if this reflects how their dealerships behave. read more

When shopping for cars remember: Caveat Emptor. I wasted 2 days at Camelback Kia in May 2019 trying to purchase a 2019 Sportage. Much of my experience with this outfit is similar to many of the negative comments and postings. I walked away without purchasing a car as I felt disrespected by the sales team and I won't go back. Their sales manager never seemed like he was listening to me and probably went through 8 or 10 pricing worksheets before I left. On these worksheets was a column/box that listed "options" with a price tag of almost $2000. When I asked what these options were I was told for dealer added accessories appearance package, a protection package, window tinting and Zaktec Basic. I said I never asked for any of that stuff so how can it be called an "option"? Answer was this is standard here. Just for kicks look up "Zaktec Basic" and read the reviews yourself. Many of the negative comments listed here describe frustrations with the finance department. Most car buying websites continue to recommend getting your financing in advance and not from the dealership. The reasoning for this is sound--dealership financing is expensive. Another tip for purchasing a car is try NOT to get roped with the sentence "how much do you want your monthly payment to be". Sounds nice, but it's a trap. What you answer gives the dealer additional ammo. This story does have a happy ending. I did purchase the Sporatge at another dealership. They had the car I wanted in stock and treated me with respect and consideration. I paid $24,300 out the door and kept my other vehicle. Camelback's last offer was $24,200 AND my trade-in. Summary: before shopping, do your homework, get your financing pre-approved and remember it costs nothing to walk away. read more

Last week I thought they were recommending a brake repair that was not needed. Camelback Kia asked me come in today so we could both look at my brakes to see if they needed replacing. They DO need replacing! I Want to apologize to Camelback Kia for my previous review! They have been very helpful and gracious during this misunderstanding. You have restored my faith in you!!! If I could give this dealership a 0 for service, I would. I took my car to get an oil change, thinking it would be at most $60. Adrian, my service provider, recommended I got the 60,000-mile oil change because my car was close to having that many miles on it. Not only did I have to leave my car there overnight, but I also came into a $600 + bill for an OIL CHANGE. I never once had prices talked over with me for the oil change. I had Adrian harassing me several times, asking why I wanted to speak to his manager, and the manager never took the time to call me back. I am a young girl who knows nothing about cars, and they used that to their advantage. I feel that Camelback Kia took my lack of knowledge of vehicle advantage. read more

The service department was completely negligent on my last oil change. I went Specifically because I was taking a road trip to California and my car broke down on the highway on my way there. I had to get it towed to the closest Kia (in palm springs). Not only did they not change my oil or oil filter, they completely overfilled my oil to where the Kia in palm springs took out NINE QUARTS of oil causing it to spill all over my engine and spark plugs. The oil filter was not replaced and to top it off they didn't do any of the 72 point inspection. The Kia in palm springs saw a bunch of things that were cause for concern including the battery, a wheel well that was detached among many other things. Now I have been trying to get ahold of a manager or someone in customer service and no one is answering me or calling me back. They made me waste a whole day, I had to pay for a rental out of pocket, and they put the lives of my friends and I in danger with their negligence. read more

Decided to buy a new car. Headed down to Camelback Kia and my wife and I spoke with a wonderful young sales lady, Arielle. She was a delight to work with, very helpful and informative the whole time. She really knows her stuff. A true professional! Thank you Arielle. We also dealt with Seth(Sales manager). Seth was very quick and helped us get the best rate possible. He really worked some magic and we were able to walk away with a beautiful Kia Optima hybrid and I couldn't be happier with our new care and the experience we had with Camelback Kia. I recently purchased a 2020 Kia Optima SE in late March of this year. Everything was great until the 4th of July i was on my way back from Cali and my car just started to aggressively shake, decelerated and we were stuck in the middle of the desert. Luckily we were by a small city. Unfortunately we had to get my car towed to the nearest city there in california. The vehicle smelt like burned fuel and smoke was coming out the back. We had to spend another day so i can figure out the issue of this vehicle. The people at cathedral city Kia were very helpful but i had to leave my car in for a week or 2 due to the issues they found. I was so frustrated at that point because i was paying a rental out of pocket. When i went back home to AZ i went to the kia dealership (where it was purchased) and basically begged for them to see if they can rent me a vehicle due to the unfortunate out of pocket expense that i did not have and the sales manager at kia ( i don't remember his name) said "well there's nothing we can do, your responsible for the vehicle, it's not here in AZ", i know that! he was NOT helpful or didn't have no empathy for me and my issue with their vehicle. My car was 4 hours away from home and the gas prices and the back and fourth was costing me all my money. I had to go back to the california dealership where they gave me a 10 day rental through hertz(that was another problem but we won't get into that), but for me to drive 8 hours total for a rental through KIA was ridiculous! A week and a half later i was able to get my vehicle back and on my way back home it shook and decelerated again! the engine light, battery and oil light came on but it wasn't shaking. I turned it off and back on and luckily the car was drivable after. I had my car back for 2 days and i had to return it to the service department because it would jerk, decelerate and all those same lights would come on while i'm on the freeway! it was unsafe at that point for me to drive. i was paying over $700 for a vehicle a month for me not to drive it! it's very frustrating! i was able to get a rental but the tech told me "we will replace a fuel pump BUT we don't know if this will solve the issue or not". KIA!! i will not want my vehicle back if it's not 100% in a SAFE or WORKING condition! They sold me a lemon car and they said i would have to come back and redo the whole process of buying a new vehicle again which i think is unfair. I am NOT happy with the vehicle no more. The reimbursement claim will take up to 90days for them to review and "IF" they approve me it's going to take an additional 2 months for me to even get a check. Please ask questions and read your contracts!! Thank God i was still under warranty BUT the whole experience since i had this issue was so exhausting! I would've expected more courtesy and assistance but i got the bottom of the barrel. If at the end they are able to buy the vehicle back i will be taking my business elsewhere. Well, this was certainly a first....to be escorted out of a car dealership and told we should go buy a car elsewhere! My son test drove a 2020 Kia Forte yesterday and liked it and was given a price on a no trade in deal. We returned today, ready to pay cash for the car and leave with it. He asked what they would give him for his car if he did trade it in and they offered $2500 less than the offer already given from CarMax. We obviously said no. After all sorts of negotiations we were unable to get anywhere near the price given the day before. We did not need financing and my son told them the day before there would be no financing. They then claimed the price they gave could only be offered with financing. The extremely unprofessional sales rep was not able to defend her numbers and kept running to the manager for help. She was defensive and very rude. I told her she had an attitude and I didn't like it. She couldn't match the promised price and could not get herself out of the deceitful tactics they hoped we would fall for. After telling her to knock off the attitude the manager makes his appearance saying they make no money on financing. So why insist we finance? Then he says ,,you come in here with a carmax price on a proposal. Yes, you're point is? Then he says ,,,,I don't think we are going to be able to do business, I think you better go buy your car (cash) someplace else and proceeded to walk to the door and open it for us to leave. The salesperson (I call her an order taker) knew absolutely nothing about cars. She was rude and interrupted on numerous occasions trying to divert attention from actual questions. A nightmare. This is a side note which just shows their lack of professionalism....the girl shows up in grey sweatpants, a tee shirt, unwashed hair and looked completely unkept. Pretty bad when you walk in to pay cash for a promised price on a car and end up being escorted out and told to buy elsewhere. My advice....do not waste your entire Sunday morning expecting anything truthful or polite from these folks. Hold on to your wallet and go buy yourself a car elsewhere, as the manager suggested. I bought a car from Camelback Kia less than 2 weeks ago and will never be back or make any referrals. It took 8 hours over 2 days to make a deal that was already more than what I was comfortable with. My sales guy, Ian, was great but I feel that i was ultimately screwed over by management. This is the first car I have financed but not the first I have bought from a dealership. There was no reason for me to buy a new car other than to increase my credit. I went in knowing exactly how much I could afford monthly, exactly how much my trade in was worth and I did not have funds to put down. I was given $500 for my trade in, which is complete bullshit. The last 3 dealerships offered me between 3000 and 3500, and I had a private seller looking at it for close to 4000. I was so burnt out from being hassled by the manager that we finally got payments down to 6 dollars more than I wanted and I agreed. We came back the next day and the payments dropped to the exact amount I wanted. I then waited another 3 hours to do financing, and of course the service agreements added another 36 dollars to my payment. But I said hey, I think I can make this work. I just have to get a second job but I like this car. Well, on Thursday I got a call from a lady saying they got the final approval for my loan so I needed to come in right away to resign some papers, which was inconvenient cause this dealership is about 25 minutes away. I agreed to go in at 6:30PM last night. When I get there, my financing guy had no knowledge of what was going on so I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to figure it out. Well guess what? MY PAMENTS INCREASED. I am now paying $50 more a month than I originally wanted. I was pissed. I repeatedly asked what options I had to make that lower or to give back the car. He just kept saying that it's not their fault, it's the banks. Well, how is it my fault that you made a deal that you are now going back on? I should've just demanded my car back and left. But no, he kept pushing that I really didn't have an option because it's the banks fault. Oh and that in 2 years I can come back when I have better credit and can buy a newer car from them at a lower rate. (I will NEVER buy from your dealership again). I am beyond livid by the service I have received. I am requesting my down payment to be returned in full in order to offset the extra money I now need to put forward each month. I set up a deal with Mike Kimbrell via email before going to Camelback Kia. I was emailing and calling other Kia dealers in the area, but I kept getting a HUGE runaround the second I asked about an "Out The Door" price. One dealer in particular has great advertised prices on their website. But when I finally got them to disclose the dealer fees (after numerous attempts and hours of waiting for a call or email), I found out their final price, when the dealer fees are added on, puts them above nearly everyone else. I simply didn't want to play the hidden "dealer fee" games on an advertised web price. I refuse to pay over $2000 for overpriced "add-ons" I would never want a dealer to install. I just wanted an answer to a simple question, "What is this car going to cost when all is said and done?" - period. Mike Kimbrell was happy to answer that question. Mike gave me a couple of "Out The Door" prices on a couple of cars. The prices were where I wanted. My wife and I went down and looked at a few cars. We worked with Rodney in sales to test drive and finalize the deal - Rodney was absolutely fantastic. We settled on a car, but they didn't have the color we wanted. "No problem", they said, "We'll get one in a day or two". The paper work came out to sign. The price quoted with fees, tax, title, and licensing was what Mike said it would be. No games! No surprises! Just an honest deal. The only downside we experienced was a very long wait to talk to the finance guy to close everything. Absolutely awful dealership. Recently went to get a minor issue with my car looked at and was helped by "Adrian" from the service department. Even though I only needed my airbag system checked, which he even stated shouldn't take long at all. I was forced to wait for hours longer than the predicted time. Eventually, fed up from waiting for the terrible service, I told them I was going to leave and asked if they would call me when the repair was completed. Adrian informed me I had no reason to leave because the repair would surely be completed with 30 minutes. Although, 30 minutes later they still werent completed with my "simple" airbag check. The total repair took over 5 hours (3 more than the projected time) 3 of those 5 hours I spent waiting at the dealership. The review was also exceptionally overpriced when all was said and done. This review is for the service side. I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change done, when I arrived for my appointment I was told I'd have to wait an hour and a half. Then one of the other gentleman announced that they only had two service guys that day. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours (for an oil change). After being frustrated I went to the counter, letting them know that I really needed to leave, and they said there was nothing they could do besides skip the car wash. Not sure why I would have to skip out of part of the service, because they couldn't deliver on time promised. I would absolutely not make an appointment here again, there is no point. I've been getting my car serviced at Camelback Kia since I purchased my vehicle in 2014. I noticed in the last year that the sales staff has gotten very aggressive with trying to sell new vehicles to people waiting for their service to be complete. Now, I understand this is a car dealership but when I say no or not interested then I mean it. I had a woman hassle me about a new car in the lobby and also while I was on the restroom which I thought was totally inappropriate. Just yesterday another young man was listening in on my conversation with the mechanic and tried to swoop in and sell me a car as soon and he walked away to estimate the service costs. I did not appreciate the eavesdropping and again the pushiness after I said I was not interested. At this point I have decided to get my service done elsewhere moving forward. You may want to have your sales people back off before others do the same. It's bad enough to have to wait for hours for an oil change and basic maintenance on top of trying to dodge car salesmen. read more

Service department condescending, unhelpful and act like they are doing me a favor. Brought vehicle in for A/C under warranty and insisted it was working within manufacturers specs..... Huh? It was not working. Wasted a day. Brought car to a reputable A/C service and they immediately found the leak. Paid $700 out of pocket because I refused to go back to Camelback Kia. They are worse than the dealer to purchased (Nick Mayer). PS: The shuttle service is good and the drivers are awesome. Tip them well if you decide to go there. Don't waste your time with this dealership. My friend did tons of research, comparing five different makes of vehicles and five dealerships. He spoke with the sales fleet manager, John Giatropoulos, at Camelback Kia, who emailed him a price and spelled out specific items that were included in that price, at no extra charge. Once my friend and I both arrived at the dealership, John Giatropoulos shook our hands and introduced us to Ronnie, our sales guy, and another guy who I do not remember what role he was suppose to play in this scam. The handshaking was later revealed to be nothing more than fake honesty at best. We spent more than an hour going over a vehicle that did not even have several of the features that my friend knew were available on the base models, but we were told they were not available on the base model, things like no telescoping steering wheel, no alarm system, and others... Heck, the spare tire was not even the right size for that vehicle because the molded jack stand tool kit did not even fit inside the rim as it was suppose to, so the rear cargo floor would not even fit in place, by more than 1 inch. Finally the sales person, Ronnie, went out and brought up another vehicle, and guess what, it DID have ALL the features my friend had on his list. Now we were satisfied with this vehicle, so we went in to go over the numbers, and get their NO HASSLE price, only to find out the they will not honor the sales manager's deal that my friend had in a printed email. We even called John, the sales fleet manager, who had already gone home, and he would not honor his own deal either. It is painfully obvious to us that they have this crappy, white, Kia Soul, that they know is below parr, and they tried to convince my friend to settle for less than he knew was available, and when the curtain on that deal was pulled back and the lights of the dealership, revealed its many flaws, they refused to honor the deal they made to my friend, for the second vehicle that was built correctly and had all the features that were discussed with John, before he emailed my friend that quote. Can anyone say BAIT AND SWITCH? The funny thing is, they let us walk out of their dealership, because they wanted to charge an extra $399 for lifetime window tinting, nitrogen filled tires, and their auto butler car washes for three years... these features were spelled out in John Giatropoulos' email as being included in the price he quoted. They also inflated the licensing fees by an extra hundred dollars as well, but my friend was willing to eat that, so basically they lost the deal over $399. Just to be clear, our sales rep. Ronnie was very good and very professional, from start to finish... the three guys with NO INTEGRITY, were John Giatropoulos, the sales fleet manager, Kevin in financing, and Carlos, the sales manager. Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Don't say you were not warned. One additional item: I posted this same review on Camelback Kia's Facebook page, late last evening, and it had already been removed by morning. This means that, not only are several of the members of the Camelback Kia sales team not trustworthy, but neither are the reviews on their Facebook page... Only the favorable ones get to remain on there for potential customers to see and get suckered in to becoming victims of this shady company. read more

Instead, the salesperson told us that the only way we can do a test drive is if we agree to the price first. I have purchased many cars and this is not the way it is done. This place sucks to get your car serviced. No matter if I have an appointment or not, go on different days of the week, or if I go in at different times nothing changes. For a routine oil change you'll be waiting AT LEAST 3 hours and that's if they remember to let you know it's done. After spending alot of time talking to different dealerships and getting the run around, we stopped at Camelback Kia. I explained exactly what I was looking for and the price range and credit score I had, Veronique, her sales manager and the finance manager were all kind, considerate and helpful. Unfortunately ultimately they did not have a vehicle that I was looking for ( I was looking for something very specific in pre-owned), but I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your shopping needs. Minus 10 stars. This dealership offered a zaktek package with my car at date of purchase, which I didn't want but they "reduced the price of it" so it seemed like a deal. I dropped off my car Wednesday December 15, 2022 to get it done Thurs December 16, 2021. At the time I picked it up, Charles, the service advisor mentioned the cold temps that morning, like it had something to do with the application of the zaktek. Friday December 17, 2021 I noticed clear overspray all over the windows and paint. The car feels like it was painted with sand now. I brought it back to dealership Monday only to have them say it will cost me $100.00 to have it buffed out!!! The car is a 2020 I bought from them 6 months ago. They deny it being anything to do with the zaktek application. The customer service at this dealership has been terrible when it comes to getting appointments for even an oil change and now this!!! I will be finding another Kia dealership for the remainder of my warranty that will stand behind their work. Thanks for ruining by new car. read more

My wife was a sales person here for 2 months and sold 12 cars during that time with zero experience in the car business. Everyday she came home with stories of everything that goes on in this dealership and how they have to lie to their customers. She walked in on her general manager and his assistant sales manager snorting cocaine in the back and they just played it off like it was a normal thing to do which it is at this dealership. Many of her fellow sales reps were constantly on drugs to deal with the high pressure environment and offered her drugs on several occasions. She was instructed to lie to potential customers, deceive and say anything to get them in the store. "We'll help you keep your monthly payment and get you in a brand new car" 100% of the time that never happened. There is no "end of the month sale" "this weekend only" they say that every month, every day just to get the customer in the store. They are required to make 40 phone calls minimum on a daily basis and call the same customers over and over and refuse to remove their names from the do not call list. When she came in for the job interview Mike Younan gave her a whole talk of how she was going to be making great money and a $1,200 bonus if she sold 3 cars or more on her first month which was complete BS, then once she started working she witnessed how employees work their ass off and get treated like sh**, an 18 year old female employees getting yelled at and completely disrespected in front of everyone just because she didn't pick up her phone that was dead. Do not do business here, take it from someone who has been in the inside of this business and I don't mean just being in there. read more

When I am able, I will be renting every billboard in this whole city to warn helpless unknowing people who work hard for their money, to stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Words cannot express the mental anguish this dealership subjected my family to, and quite frankly, I do not want to relive the experiences again in this review. Please, please, please, shop somewhere that has great reviews, you are going to regret buying anything more than a snack in the vending machine from this awful business!!! read more

During the worst time ever to buy a car due to supply chain challenges and almost zero inventory, I had a very good experience with Camelback Kia. Beginning with the sales person I encountered and worked with from the moment I entered the dealership. Lupe Barraza was very polite, knowledgeable and engaging. While you would think every car sales person these days would have those as natural attributes, it's not the case. I went up and down Camelback visiting all the dealers. They know they have the upper hand and treat you that way. Once we identified the lone Telluride we got to work on a deal. At this time Lupe included her sales manager Tom Swiech. Tom was extremely helpful and helped me get a strong deal even in this current climate. He also made sure I didn't spend all day at the dealership. I thank Lupe and Tom for a very good experience and I recommend them both if you're in the market for a car. I was a 20 year Mercedes Benz customer having 6 different cars. Look at consumer reports, the Telluride is rated stronger than any car/suv by far. read more

I went to their parts department to get a oil filter for my KIA Sorento, I gave this guy the vin number to my car and I take the filter to my house and when I get ready to do the oil change we were given the wrong filter. I ask for the headlight bulb to my KIA ...I get the bulb and I asked how much the bulb was and the guy said 31.00, I said what.. He repeats the price..I say to him, I bought the bulb last year from Mark Kia for 20.00, I go to my car to locate my receipt from last year. I say why is it 11.00 more than Mark KIA. He said they went up, I say 10% that's a hell of a mark up he said he can lower the price, but not 20.00. I tell him never mind I will buy the bulb at Mark Kia. I go to the other dealer and it was 22.00, it did go up, but not 10%, they over price all their parts compared to all other KIA dealers in the valley. Never will I buy parts at that dealer, I sure the heck wouldn't consider buying a car from there either. read more

I'd you buy a vehicle from Camelback Kia, do not, under any circumstances, give them your real phone number. If you do, about a year after your purchase, their "buyback" sales team will commence phone stalking you. Sound like an exaggeration? The first time I verbally asked them to stop calling me was in October of 2015. Within six months, my cell phone recorded 47 calls from Camelback Kia. On 23 of those occasions, I reiterated my request that they cease contact. I followed up with about six email messages repeating my request that they stop bothering me. By June of 2016, I had blocked 5 phone numbers belonging to Camelback Kia, and when I upgraded phones a few months ago, I had to start the whole process anew. My entire voicemail system has been filled with nothing but their messages before, and I have even appealed to the secretary of state's office for assistance. If Camelback Kia was an individual, I could utilize anti-stalking laws and have it jailed, but since it's a business entity, I Don't know what else I can do. Buyer beware, they WILL stalk you. read more

Wouldn't go back. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. There are other Kia dealerships out there. Pompous managers and rude sales people. Lied to over the phone about being approved for a car, wasted my day sitting there thinking things were getting sorted out just to be let down and be asked to pay an even bigger down payment AND still wouldn't get the car that was approved over the phone?? I am REALLY shocked at some of the terrible reviews on here. Anyone that reads any of my reviews knows that i am brutally honest, whether that be good or bad. And honestly, i have little negative to say about my experience. I already had owned a Kia (which i traded in this time around), so i knew i wanted another one, as i loved my car! I purchased that one from Mark Kia in Scottsdale, but now living downtown, this location was much closer to me. I originally came in a few weeks back, to ask questions on the Niro, their half electric crossover. I told Mike Kimbrell I only had about a half hour to walk the lot and ask my questions, and he didnt push me further for time. He answered what I wanted to know, and let me leave without hassling me for any information. I was pleased that he wasnt pushy from the jump. I told him i would come back the following weekend to actually test drive the niro and sportage, when i actually had time to crunch numbers and do the not fun stuff. I kept my word, and came in the following weekend, and was introduced to Robert, one of the their sales guys. I kept it blunt with him, about the 2 models i wanted to look at, and also my price range and payment term i wanted. He was super friendly and very polite. We were able to drive both, and get some numbers going. i couldnt make up my mind as to which vehicle i wanted, and we couldnt get the payments where i needed, so i walked away that evening a little frustrated, with no car. Fast forward to this past weekend, and i was finally able to make up my mind, and chose the 2018 sportage. After about 10 hours between all 3 trips, we were able to get on the same page, with payments and the loan term. They even had to bring in a sales manager, David, to negotiate enough to make us all happy. It worked! He was great too :) Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, they even have an indoor basketball hoop that kept my son occupied the whole time. Even the other sales guys were over there playing with him. To top it off, another gentleman gave us 10 Phoenix Suns tickets, my son was SO excited. The reason i didnt give 5 stars on here, was for 2 things. 1, it was frustrating that it took 3 trips to get the deal done, and SO many hours of negotiating, when i was firm on my price, and all those hours later they gave me what i walked in asking for. and 2, after getting to the finance department, after all that back and forth, he (the finance guy) even tried to sell me gap insurance and some other type of protection program. I looked him dead in the eye and said this place is not selling me ONE more thing. i learned through this experience that car shopping might be the only kind of shopping i dont enjoy lol. HOWEVER, even that being said, i really do recommend this place. Having been there so long, it went from a business conversation to actually getting along with these men, and sharing some laughs. I walked away (drove actually) very happy, with my beautiful new car, and a hug from both the guys. If you are in the central Phoenix area, give these guys a chance. read more

Great customer service! I had my car towed here with a flat tire, having a terrible morning, running late for work. Ike took care of me as soon as I walked in. He immediately called over a technician and they started working on my tire right away. The professionalism here is much, much higher than I have experienced at other dealerships. This is not the closest dealership to my house but I would be happy to travel a little further for great service. Highly recommend read more

DO NOT BUY HERE!! I bought new Kia on 06/12/2020 and everything went fine. Today is 07/31/2020 and I still don't have the registration and license plate and the temp plate has expired. Over the past several weeks I've called and left three voice messages for Jessica in finance and still haven't received a call back. When I speak to my salesman they refer me to Jessica. Once they hook you and you buy the vehicle they won't answer calls or return calls. Do not buy here!! read more
