Asked for has browns crispy and this is what I got. Thanks for listening. They were also 1/4" thick. Nice avacado though.

Three stars is A-Ok. Food was decent portions were slightly below normal especially the hash browns. Asked for them crispy and here's how they showed up. Omelette felt like a two egg omelette. Flavors were fine. Salsa was jar salsa so that's unacceptable. Service was slightly above average. Not sure if it's a cafe or Mexican restaurant given the music playing. Think it's more for the staff than the customers. OJ was fresh but a bit bitter. Chile quiles were not bad. Creekside cafe better as are a few other local places for breakfast.

All delicious, would be 5 star if they get rid of the cream pods and replaced with better quality cream/half and half/milk.

What type of food is the cafe serving now , Mediterranean or Mexican?

Uhhh... Are you serving Mexican or Middle Eastern food?

Same name, new owners. No more Mexican. Only Middle Eastern: falafels, hummus, etc.

Will you be open on Thanksgiving? If so, hours and same menu & service as always?

I have frequented both the Cambria and Fresno locations, partially due to the consistently decent service and mostly due to the quality and quick food. It doesn't matter if you show up right when they open, or if you arrive when there's a line out the door waiting to place orders, service is always much quicker than you'd expect. Food is decent--whether you get a salad (note-the side or small salad is huge--it fills a full to-go container), fish and chips, a sandwich or burger. Substitutions are usually not an issue, and ranch/bbq sauces are available at no extra charge. I'm generally impressed with how absolutely fresh the lettuce and veggies are for the salads. I really have grown used to spending $10 or more for a much smaller salad at other locations and have grown accustomed to picking out wilted/rotted veggies and lettuce. Not here-everything is cold, crisp and fresh. Meat is seasoned well-- and the fries are plentiful. There is usually plenty of seating, whether inside or on the patio. Parking can be rough along Main Street, but if you're patient, you can usually find something fairly close. It does help that the grill is towards the end of the street. Rest rooms are limited and often running low on supplies. It can be quite a wait during busy times. In all, this is a great place for quick and decent food. It is consistently enjoyable for the whole family. We'll definitely be back whenever we visit.

They do a very good job of that, and I don't mind there being a lack of entertaining decor while I wait for my burger or salad. The Large Asian Salad is my primary source of roughage these days, and it's a good deal. It is truly large, and full of chicken; it is a meal in one bowl. When I order a burger, I've taken to specifying well done, as I have occasionally (but rarely) received one slightly under-cooked. I must emphasize what a good deal the salads are. A couple of other restaurants in town have good food, but a side salad which is embarrassingly tiny. Also, the cashiers maintain a high degree of cheerfulness, even when the line to order is all the way to the front door. I've spent decades in retail, and can testify that keeping up perpetual friendliness can wear on a person, and that not everybody can do it.

We wrote messages to each other, that was a cute touch. So we booked a reservation and were promptly seated. We ordered Cheese burgers and fries, something simple because we had a gourmet dinner at another location the day before. The waiter was responsive , we received our water and drinks promptly. We ordered the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. We love Brussels Sprouts! However not these. They were dry overcooked and burnt. My husband ate a few and pushed the appetizer away. When the food we ordered arrived at our table it looked delicious, a big juicy cheese burger with red onions, pickles and cheese with fig sauce and goat cheese, and a very large order of fries. The fries were way overcooked and tasteless. The burger had no seasoning, I took a bite and it was tasteless. We ate a few fries, my husband was hungry and he ate his burger. He loves fries, so it was interesting to see him not eat his fries. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant, we will not be back. Breakfast was included with our stay, we decided to checkout 2 days early and go out for breakfast after our experience with dinner. I do not recommend eating here.
