Avocado Toast and hashbrowns
Andrea H.

We are driving up to San Francisco from Ventura County and wanted to find a halfway stop to get something to eat. We came across Sienna and Hope Bistro and decided to give it a try. The inside is cute with a nice bar area in the middle. It has a nice seating area along the sidewalk. The food was delicious with sizable portions. My husband had the Chile Verde omelette. I had the the Sienna avocado toast with hash browns which was tasty. If up this way again I will definitely stop again.

This restaurant recently started serving breakfast. I ordered the French toast combination with eggs and bacon. My husband had the cowboy omelette with country potatoes. We haven't tried this restaurant for lunch or dinner but their reviews are good. My husband's omelette choice was good. My French toast combo wasn't too special, just a large amount of bread. I know it's French toast but for the price, it would be nice to offer a few berries or fruit side with the syrup. It was pretty plain. Coffee was good! I'm still giving 5 stars because my husband's food was good. My review is based on what I ordered. The other menu selections might be much better. And the service was excellent!

I have eaten here a few times and it has been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is a casual place. The food has always been good. It has been pretty quiet when we visit and we hope for their success.

Had lunch today with my friend Tomás at this Bistro! It was my 4th time for lunch there and was again a great lunch and a Great Dining Experience! We were greated by the Owner who was very friendly and conversational! The had posted out front, their daily specials and soups! The Bistro was spacious and a welcoming Ambiance! All the items on the Lunch Menu were from $8 to $19, a great value in downtown Paso Robles! Please give this Bistro a try for Lunch, you will not be disappointed!

I support locally owned, independent businesses so I wanted to give Sienna & Hope a try and waited three weeks after their opening so they could work out the kinks. We were meeting friends later and thought that, since only one table was occupied, it wouldn't be a problem. The server was friendly but with one person in the kitchen on a Friday night it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered seared tuna since it's a very fast dish to make and clam chowder since it just needs to be put in a bowl. The server said it was because the other table had 6 people which backed up the kitchen. If they had a full dining room it would have been a disaster. The owner came later to help but probably a little too late. The steamed clams were in a broth that was lacking in flavor and half was left eaten. Sorry, but we won't back.

Hamburger with Cheese! A classic! The fries were so good and so crispy!

Let's talk ambiance... I was wearing shorts and a red T-shirt, slip on shoes and a cap. My friend, John, was seated inside already. . As I entered the building for the first time, I stall at the entrance because it is a stunning little bistro decorated in a beautiful regal dark golden color - just beautiful. I had to ask if I was underdressed to come in. I was greeted by the owner (I'm sorry, I'm bad with names) who directed me to where my friend was. I mentioned how underdressed I felt and he laughed while encouraging me to feel at home. The hamburger with cheese was thick and tasty. My friend enjoyed his Greek sSalad, and the prices for those were about $12 to $17 on the lunch menu. The food was served beautifully, timely and tasty! The service was top notch! The owner greeted us, took our order and brought our food. It was a Monday afternoon, and we were the only customers, so he doesn't need a "Friday night crew". What a beautiful addition to the Paso Robles Downtown atmosphere. A fine bistro, serving nice dishes in an elegant environment at reasonable cost. I'll highly recommend Sienna & Hope Bistro. I'll be back, for sure. (Thanks to my friend, John Hernandez, for treating me!)

I had bacon, eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. All excellent! The pancakes have a homemade flavor, very yummy, not your typical mass-produced pancake recipe! The latte was delicious, and the service was excellent, the owner served us and he was a pleasure. They are kid friendly with great options for the little ones.

My dear friend and I had the pleasure to dine at Sienna & Hope Bistro on an early Sunday evening. Randall was our server and was so warm, friendly, and attentive. Thank you, Randall! We had a wonderful time! In addition to our meals being delicious, we both also LOVED "the Blues" music they played. Outstanding!! I had the quinoa-crusted salmon with fresh veggies and mashed potatoes -- My friend had the special; a perfectly done flank steak with veggies. We both splurged on dessert... taking half home! The atmosphere was lovely (especially the music!). Everything was done SO nicely including my after dinner coffee which was served with its own stainless coffee press! We'll be back!

Visiting from out of town and decided to have an evening stroll in the quaint downtown of Paso Robles. Each spot we checked out was full to the brim. We finally stumbled upon this place, aptly located next to the odyssey. lHad the rib-eye and my husband had the rack of lamb. Both were delicious! The wine my husband had was the Zinfandel which paired perfectly with the rack of lamb! We ended the dinner with a lava cake which came with ice cream and strawberries...also delicious! Will def come back again when in town!

The food was very good but we had to wait well over an hour to get our food. It was not even busy at all. 1 waiter for the entire place.

This restaurant came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. When we arrived, the setting was lovely, and we were warmly welcomed by Michelle. She was gracious, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the personalized place card waiting for us with our reservation. At first, my wife and her friend were a bit unsure as they reviewed the menu, as they didn't immediately see options that appealed to them. However, that quickly changed. Our friend ordered the asparagus salad and croquettes, while my wife chose the rosemary garlic grilled prawns and roasted heirloom carrots. Both dishes completely exceeded expectations--they were blown away by how flavorful and well-prepared everything was. Over the course of our trip, we visited many wineries and enjoyed several excellent meals throughout the Central Coast. Yet by the end of it, both my wife and her friend agreed that this dinner stood out as the most memorable--truly the highlight among many great experiences. Thank you for starting our trip on such a high note.

Food was taking a really long time (also expensive for what it is), the person taking the order at the counter wasn't that nice to my family that I was translating for nor was the server. After people around us were served that ordered after us, I said "I want my fkn fries" at a totally normal volume to my family privately, and the server (owners gf) heard me (my bad) came over with the owner to scold me lol. Which is crazy bc the owner has cursed at people and called them names in responses to reviews here! He's been so nasty to any low reviews. I tried to post his responses but Yelp flagged it or he got it removed idk. Also I hate leaving one star reviews you can see my history so this was truly a unique experience and treatment.
