We came here after a half marathon and it was worth the hour wait! We had our pups with us, so we were only available to sit outside (Luckily, the weather was absolutely beautiful) The mimosa of the month was SO good. It was so good that I ordered 2 more! The first time I went was for a bach girls trip with 8 of us and I ordered the Benedict and the egg was not runny and overall cold meal. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, happens with big parties. We came on Saturday shortly around 9am. The place was starting to get busy. We were seated quickly and the menu was very straightforward but with a good variety of items. A few items were vegetarian but with egg but not many vegan options. Our table got a little of everything, the favorite was the chorizo breakfast pizza and the biscuit and gravy made with chorizo. The turkey cristo was good, but it was a bit cold in the middle. I also wish the pizza crust had a bit more structure or that it was baked more, with the amount of toppings it was hard to pick up so I had to resort to folding or my knife and fork. The portions were great sizes and we all felt very satisfied with our meals. This restaurant really ticks all boxes. Parking is probably a challenge as the day wears on but for a brunch location parking options are siufficient. Yelp location services led me to the door, though other then text on the physical doors I noticed no large sign leading the way. The outside is unassuming. They have two small tables outside the doors, which is what led me to the spot but your initial feeling is that it is going to be a small cafe until you open the door and realize it's bigger than it first appeared. The staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant looks clean. On to the food, the order was taken quickly and kudos to fresh squeezed orange juice. No brunch is complete without that. The menu is rather small, vegan options present but limited but I would rather a restaurant have a limited menu that is exceptional than a mediocre or substandard one that has an encyclopedia for a menu. The Monte Cristo had me at the word "Turkey". The description with jam and powdered sugar was delivered to my table so quickly and picture perfect. Let the record show that I am okay with the dish looking less appealing than it tastes but on those rare occasions when it looks as well as it eats, it doesn't get much better than that. Their cottage potatoes are large cut and the first concern was raw but it's clear the bake, season then grill them to perfection. It should be clear by now that this was a clear win, and while I had to look really hard I feel like I am not doing my job if I don't offer some improve feedback. House Recipe Fancy Ketchup is not the same as Heinz, I am certain the cost savings is there but you are doing an injustice to the quality of food you create. Additionally, other sauce options even at a cost to the customer are always nice. I love me a delicious sweet southern BBQ sauce and your cottage potatoes would be the best delivery mechanism. Visited Brunch for a late breakfast recently and it was a great experience! We were a group of 7 and had to wait less than 10 minutes despite the restaurant being quite busy on a Sunday. Our server was friendly and helpful, as she checked in on us multiple times and was prompt with addressing any of our requests. The menu had a good amount of savory and sweet options. They have monthly specials along with the special mimosa option displayed outside the entrance. We opted to share multiple dishes including the avocado toast, eggs Benedict, chilaquiles, s'mores French toast, and vegetarian tacos. All the dishes were tasty and well-made. I enjoyed the s'mores french toast as the marshmallow topping was toasty and had a nice texture and sweetness. The chilaquiles were good too, although I thought there was a little too much of the green salsa, and not enough cheese & beans. I also thought a small cup of berries was not ideal as a side of fruit (which was $6). However, the portion sizes for our entrees were good. The restaurant is spacious and has a good amount of seating. The interior of the restaurant is decorated simply but nicely. In addition, I liked how they had multiple plants on display around the restaurant and the location seemed pretty convenient. Street parking is available and should be fairly easy to find. We enjoyed our overall brunch experience, and I'd likely return to try some of their other options. Honestly, a little bit of a let down after reading all of the fabulous reviews. Glad that we got here early enough on a weekend that we didn't have to wait! I ordered the Benedict of the month as well as the mimosa of the month. THe benedict has prosciutto on it. It was decent. Eggs were poached well. But it wasn't that memorable. I also got the side salad and the dressing was really bland. My friend inquired if they had the benedict with salmon, but unfortunately, they did not. My other friend got the hash, and was surprised by how heavy the root veggies leaned towards sweet potato -- I like this, but I think he would have preferred more regular potatoes. The pork in it wasn't that memorable. Mimosa was a bit on the sweet side for me and the sour rainbow belt that they had to garnish it tasted stale. I think that it's a cute spot, and a place to come for decent/ solid standard bruch! read more

The space is clean and decorated with dozens of gorgeous plants. The staff were very friendly and they handled the revolving door of customers with respect and patience. We got to brunch a little before opening on a Saturday. They open at 8:30 and a small line had formed already, but we were still seated pretty quickly. The restaurant is nearly decorated, but still has a casual feel to it. They have a good selection of juices and mimosas. I opted for the guava juice. Fun little cafe near the city park with a food and mimosas a plenty. The menu offers savory and sweet breakfast options that should meet anyone's needs. We split two plates, the Brunch Hash and a half order of their biscuits and gravy. The hash was different than most because the root vegetables were shredded and it uses pork shoulder for the meat. They offered a different spin on biscuits and gravy too, in that they use chorizo instead of country sausage. We were so excited to come here for brunch!! We arrived and had to wait about 45 minutes for a party of five. I saw a couple of two-tops outside that were dog friendly. The disappointment we experienced was that we couldn't try the breakfast pizzas because they had already ran out of the pizza dough. Unfortunately we continued to have failed food expectations 1. She took our order and was waited and waited and after 20+ minutes, our food came. The tacos were warm, not hot, but the homemade tortillas made up for what was the coolness. The salsa was not spicy, which I think would've elevated them. The hash was just okay. We stopped and had a late lunch at this place about an hour before closing time. Hubby ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict which came with thick slices of Canadian bacon. I tried the daily special with bacon, spinach and tomato. Both were really good. Probably one of the best tasting Benedicts I've eaten in a long time. They have a lot of delicious things on their menu whether you are looking for a sweet or savory breakfast. I went with the pork belly hash, that was pork belly, root veggies and two over easy eggs on top. I thought it was OK. There was WAY more veggies than pork belly. I didn't even really see or taste that much at all. It also wasn't like the type of hash I am used too, it was more like shredded veggies rather than cubed. I initially thought this was a good place to eat. I really enjoyed my root vegetable hash - it had sweet potatoes, onions, potatoes, and turnip - of all things. Along with a smidgen of pork - just enough to give it flavor. The people that had a breakfast pizza really seem to enjoy it. The one person that had the traditional breakfast had the unfortunate experience of finding a couple of hairs in their meal. The server said to the person if you had brought it to my attention earlier, we could've cooked you up another meal. But they did not offer like to give her any percent off. Eventually, after some haggling, they gave her 50% off her meal because of the hairs. To be clear, the person only found the hairs in their meal after they had eaten half of it. I should've known from the soulless target vibe millennial branding that coming here would be a mistake! It's just not my vibe whatsoever. The menu is uninspired, I did not enjoy the tacos. Avocado should almost never be served mashed, it's a telltale sign that the food is low quality. This restaurant is a charming eatery in downtown Paso Robles that is constantly busy, especially on a weekend. We got to the restaurant around 11:30 am on a Sunday and waited about 30-40 minutes. Brunch was our last stop before driving out of Paso Robles and it was a great meal to end a great trip. This mom and pop sized restaurant was decorated with tons of plants and the wooden tables gave a natural clean feel. Our server was friendly and kept the coffee cups filled throughout our breakfast. Turkey Cristo - absolutely delicious. This cristo was stacked with each turkey and cheese like they knew me personally. The bread was prepped perfectly and the powdered sugar was just enough.
