I know I've expressed my thoughts on this establishment before but I hadn't had a bearcat sandwich in a long time so I just dropped in at 12:00 noon to see if there was anyway possible to get a sandwich without and hour wait. As I thought the place was packed but the staff worked quickly taking orders and I was in and out in a matter of minutes! But the best part was when I opened the bag and eat my bearcat sandwich ! You need to stop here! We were driving through Paso in search of a quick lunch and I found this great spot on Yelp. We ordered our sandwiches ahead which worked out prefect. I loved that we could order smaller sandwiches for the kids and they came with chips, applause, and juice. It looked like it's all women run(even some daughters I think!)and they are all rockstars working together creating great food! The soft fluffy sourdough bread is delicious and all ingredients are so fresh. A lot of regulars were coming in and the staff greeted them all by name. This has got to be the very best Deli in Paso Robles. Located out in the Industrial Park, but easy to find. They are open 7:30am to 2pm. Really nice outdoor patio. We ordered the Tuna and Swiss Cheese Panini. OMGoodness. We should have shared this. Huge servings! My husband also ordered the macaroni salad. Absolutely delicious. As busy as they were, our food came out really quickly. We actually thought we would have a little wait. Not at all. AMAZING SANDWICHES! We picked up a bunch of sammys for lunch the other day and we're not disappointed. My boyfriend and I shared the Killer Club and the California Poppi. We LOVED both but the California Poppi took the cake. The sandwiches are so fresh and so full of flavour. We even debated coming back for lunch the next day. Cute little sandwich shop in an industrial area in Paso Robles. We stopped in and saw a lot of locals and regulars. They have a long list of sandwiches on their menus, including cold, hot and panini sandwiches. They also have chip bags and daily side salads. Because we went an hour before their 2pm closing, they only had broccoli salad left but I understand they have pasta and other salads usually. You can choose your bread and there are lot of choices including Dutch Crunch bread while supplies last. They get their bread daily from two different local bakeries (including Edna's in SLO) and it's super fresh. Park on the street but plenty of spaces available. Next to MB Cabinets. read more

Well I finally met my out of town family there and I was so impressed. The dining area is quaint & comfortable. They have outside tables as well. The service was great & super friendly! Inside and patio area were getting filled for the lunch crowd. Next time I'll order and then pick up as I was taking it to my friend's house. I did not know the history of this place at all and when my friend told me, I was so happy for the owner's ingenuity and generosity. These sandwiches are HUGE. We were road trippin' and yelped "lunch" in the Pasa Robles area and saw The Full Belly Deli reviews. The previous positive reviews DID NOT LIE. We are a picky and hungry bunch. All of us left full and the facilities were clean and spacious. Service was quick and friendly. This would be a MUST-eat place if we were locals. The macaroni salad was GREAT! The addition of pepperocinis made a special kick that we all enjoyed. We tried a California Poppi, Ostini Panini, Pastrami (forgot name) and the King Club. All straight off the menu and not a crumb was left! My pickiest kid had a turkey & avocado on sourdough and it was generously filled with meat and avocado.
