Round 1 was 2 glasses of red wine, that my husband paid $22 for. Round 2 was the same 2 glasses of red wine, that I paid $30 for. The menu on the wall says local wines are $11-$13..... guess my husband should have got both rounds....

This place was awesome I got there to watch Sunday football. The bartender was awesome and welcoming. She said people getting there before 11 am could order pints and bloody Mary's for 5 bucks. Yummy. The crowd was great. A nice lady brought over Zucchini fresh bread she baked, the wonderful bartender ordered pizza and brought over slices to me personally. Great ambiance, service and people!

First time at this place. They had a greatful dead tribute band, beers and friendly people. Service was excellent and restrooms clean. I will be back!

    New showroom area!

The Pour House is such a great local bar and music venue! We have always had great service and so much fun at this spot. With their new expansion, it makes the space even better! Theres so much more room, and it can accommodate a great crowd, even when it's raining. They get amazing bands to play there, both local groups and touring bands. I am grateful that we have a venue like this in our community. I highly recommend the Pour House!

New Years Eve Extravaganza in the new Pour House music venue was amazing. So glad I got my tickets early as it was packed and im pretty sure capacity was reached. Bummer if you didn't make the proper arrangements cause the show was 10/10 for sure. Don't sleep on any show that you feel you might enjoy ,especially with the new and improved digs. The sound quality is amazing and the decor gives it that old style rock vibe. More tables and chairs ,upstairs VIP balcony ,lounge areas available to first come first serve customers and another service bar inside the music hall. Im looking forward to hearing The Young Dubliners this Sat 1/3/26. If you dont want to get turned away for capacity reasons get your tickets now.

Another one of my favorite live music spots in Paso Robles! Saw the Boys of Summer, an Eagles cover band, here and they were amazing (I hope they come back to play again soon)! Also went here for New Year's Eve, when Dante Marsh was playing and he was superb! Have seen Brass Mash here as well and they were of course great, per usual. They have an amazing outdoor venue space with a platform stage and lots of seating as well as a smaller indoor stage, indoor bar and a pool table. They do regular and VIP tickets, where you can secure a private table near the outdoor stage if you purchase the VIP tickets! They do trivia night and comedy nights also which is a lot of fun. There is a good variety of local seltzers, wine and beers on tap. As far as food, they don't serve food inside (bummer) but they typically have a Mexican taco truck outside which is usually serving yummy tacos, burritos, tortas and such! Service is decent, sometimes a bit hit or miss and not the most friendliest at times but the music makes up for it. Love this spot for live music and happy to have another great local live music venue!

They charge you a corkage fee very low

We were desperately trying to find some nightlife in Paso Robles on our last night. One of the bartenders at the Hatch restaurant that we were at said, go to the Pour House , they have a live band, and I think you might enjoy it. So we walked from our hotel short distance , we brought our own wine, we had just purchased from Austin hope.(thank goodness because they really did not have a good wine selection. It's more of a beer joint.) There is food, but I wouldn't recommend it . The band was lovely. It was a father daughter family band.. the music was completely outdated, but it kept everybody dancing on the floor. It's a very relaxing vibe . At one point there was a German Shepherd, out on the dance floor with his owner. Very limited, live music in Paso . So you take what you can get. We had a great time and FYI we were the youngest people on the dance floor, so we felt special.

Pour House has the best selection of craft beer in town. Cool vibe, always clean and the best music venue in town. Oh, and stop in and see the Bill Stapley Band on November 30 from 2:00 to 5:00. You can't go wrong here.

Stew is super fun... Can't help but have a great time when he's working.

Great vibe, great music, great beer and great people... Assured to have a great time. The owner (Shawn Coppen) is a great guy who runs the bar with a fun friendly atmosphere. A true Midwest bar in the central coast of California. A great find for a former Ohioan...

Then, of course, one would need to thank the bar for their drinks and presentations, which are awesome. You need a bit of showmanship to perform and serve at a place like this. Ok, here we go. Tucked away on a back street in Paso lies this interesting and very amazing venue. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams going to a place like this, let alone what was inside. To be honest, I at first felt like I was entering the twilight zone, the first time I came here. In the back of my mind, I was thinking, " Is this what it felt like going to something like this during prohibition times? Now, in this post, I will not share all about your entrance, etc., into this place, as that takes the fun out of it, but I must add that if you are in the Paso area, this is a must on your list. Let's go back and recreate yesteryear, a very intimate and very exclusive, club-like atmosphere. You never know who is watching you; it's all that mystery. Does it feel a bit like the game CLUE"? You tell me. :-) Just remember this: speak easy, abide by their rules, speak quietly, and have fun!

This place has personality! The customer service from the chap taking our order was good and proper, unlike the bar north of here. We were happy to be given that amount of respect. They also provide donations to local charities that change with the season. Here's our order: Philly Cheese Steak. Very good. 4 out of 5. Could've been less dry overall. BBQ Burger was yummy. 4.5 out of 5. Bbq sauce was unique and smoky. Beef was cooked to a perfect medium well, but did not cover their yummy brioche bun as much. Pulled Pork Sandwich with Cole slaw on the side. 5 out of 5. The House Fried Kettle Chips are good, but we prefer their fries. They are thin sliced goodness, perfectly seasoned and very crispy. (Someone said their loaded fries are to die for.) Lastly, they are a bar as well, but gave off no weird sentiment when we said we did not want drinks. Mad respect for that! On my first visit (evening), we walked in without a reservation and were quickly seated at the last available table. The place had a lively atmosphere, and it looked like part of the space turns into more of a dance floor later in the night. I had the French onion soup, raw oysters, and the pot pie, all of which were good. The pot pie in particular is something I would recommend. This most recent visit was for lunch on a weekday. There were plenty of open tables, and we were seated right away. Parking was easy, which is typical outside of busy weekends. The experience this time around was more mixed. We wanted to order oysters Rockefeller, but they were completely out of oysters, which was disappointing. I ordered a black and tan, which tasted fine, but it came with a design on top that I wasn't expecting. Not a big deal, just different from what I had in mind. For food, my girlfriend ordered the blackened salmon and said it was good. I went with the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef itself was flavorful and served over mashed potatoes, which were well done. The cabbage, though, wasn't what I expected. Instead of a more traditional preparation, it was grilled with char marks and topped with au jus. The texture came out a bit rubbery and didn't really absorb the flavor well, which made that part of the dish underwhelming. Service was okay but not great. My water ran empty at one point, and I had to ask for a refill. We also ordered boneless wings as an appetizer and asked for extra ranch, which didn't come out until we reminded the server. The biggest issue, though, was something I noticed from our table with a partial view into the kitchen. An employee had their shoe up on a shelf that appeared to be holding clean dishes, which didn't come across as sanitary. I also saw food being adjusted on a plate by someone who didn't appear to be the cook. I can't speak to what's happening behind the scenes in terms of handwashing or procedures, but visually, it raised concerns. That part of the experience honestly left a bad impression. Between that, the missed items, and some inconsistencies with the food, it changed how I feel about coming back. My first visit had me excited to return, but after this one, I'm not sure I would.
