    Worst whiskey sour ever
    Lisa W.

This place is a joke. First they think they are in Hollywood and being really selective, even though the bar is completely empty they turned away all of our party who came later bc we were a large party and didn't book thru their events coordinator to "guarantee their 20% gratuity". They are on the 4th floor and not even facing downtown park. We came and the rude young fake big lips girl literally came up and told us that we couldn't order bc we're part of a large party and needed to be in 1 tab so that they can guarantee their 20% gratuity. She was super rude and aggressive about it. She was like yelling at us at the end demanding a credit card now. Look, we don't mind paying the gratuity (and we did put 20% grat) but to be in 1 tab and the way she said it, was super rude. We are not kids or dashers. We are grown adults. There are better ways to come about that or present that to customers and no need to be rude about it. We'll pay! We did end up ordering waiting for the rest of the party. The drinks ARE NOT GOOD!. One of the worst whiskey sours I ever had. It was just all sour mix. The "bartenders" are not real or trained. We've been to some really good bars. We just came from the Alchemist Garden and they are real bartenders with well made cocktails. The bar manager blocked all the rest of our party from coming up, so we all left, and the place was empty. Their motto is they rather not service large party, be empty and turn away business who are willing to pay for a badly made $20 cocktail. We took our business to Pappis, who was happy to accommodate our large party. Oh even if you're not in the same party and sit with random people they will force you to have 1 tab. Bad business motto here. I would never recommend this place or come back!

We went for drinks before bedtime. I did find it odd that they did last call at 10:30ish for an 11PM close on a Friday night. Ordered a drink and my wife just wanted a water. Drink was pricy, but good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was told by locals that were there, that they came for the entertainment but that night they had no one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My husband and I finally tried out this rooftop bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cool place!! It has many options (bar seating, high top tables and sectional groupings)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is at least one grouping around a fire-pit and there are many fixed and mobile heaters.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space can be completely covered, to keep the space dry and allow this bar to remain open all year, not seasonally.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There happened to be very good live entertainment that night, which we thoroughly enjoyed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The views are quite nice as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was very friendly, without being hovering. We really enjoyed our drinks, which included an Old Fashioned and the Twisted Hound (a vodka drink with St. Germain and grapefruit juice). They also have some good, like charcuterie and flatbread pizzas, though we did not have food on this occasion (but will definitely return to try it out). The drinks are on the pricey side, but they do have a happy hour that will make locals (like me) happy.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I've had some of the best experiences at this rooftop bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff are amazing and so accommodating. My fiancé and I had our first date at this rooftop bar. We had a great experience then with some amazing drinks. Fast forward some time later and I ended up renting out the space to propose to my now fiancé. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This space is so unique for the area and is definitely one of a kind![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you to all of the staff for everything.

Drinks are good, not the best in the area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere is incredible, has amazing views![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would return again! Service was good!

Okay! I did it and visited a "trendy" rooftop bar. I did not know what to expect, but what I didn't expect was to be ripped off. Sat at the bar so I was able to watch the drinks being made. The bartender was very entertaining mixing three drinks at a time and in very fancy shakers, with more mixer than liquor. Sooo not worth it. I'd rather stay home and make my own.

Came to this rooftop bar for our bar hopping night for our Bach/bachelorette weekend. It was gorgeous. Live music. Lots of good seating. Amazing views. The drinks were tasty, but a bit pricy. Loved the vibe and we will definitely be back. Good spot in downtown Paso.

Beautiful roof top bar. I had no idea this was here or that it is also a very nice hotel. It's nestled across from Downtown area. The view is beautiful. The enjoyment of drinks is enhanced by their out door fire pits. The ambience of this bar is definitely a vibe. I am sad I didn't get a picture of the view.

I stopped in to share a bottle of bright, festive Champagne with a friend and immediately understood why this place has such a loyal following. The staff has that rare ability to make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Genuine smiles, easy conversation, and hospitality that never feels rehearsed. The interior is a designer's dream--warm, layered, a little smoky, and filled with interesting textures that invite you to slow down and look around. Truth be told, I originally wandered in as a location scout for Alchemyic Artisan, but I happily stayed for the bubbles and the ambiance. It is a bit hotter than the inside, but that's because it has more sunlight hitting the room. For the wine tasting, we got one white and three reds. Makes sense since we were in Paso and they're famous for their big bold reds. I did enjoy their cabernet sauvignon the most in the tasting, however the puors were less than an oz, which was just enough to get a sip in. I was disappointed in that especially as a potential buyer looking to get understand the wine a bit more than a two sipper. THE FINAL BAMBOO: A wine tasting of four wines with a very miniscule tasting pours was around $40.

Our first stop when we arrived in Paso. We've been to so many wineries, this would be one of our top 10. The spice pairing is unique but pairs so well with the wine. Buy 3 bottles to waive the fee. Since it's more of boutique, the bottles are quite pricey, mostly ranging near the 100s. But it was our favorite the whole weekend we went there. And we bought 6 bottles. We loved the spell and got 3 bottles of that! It's a Syrah cab blend. Has the Paso flavor that we love. It's not a vineyard, just a tasting room but worth a visit. We met the wine maker too. Friendly and attentive service. Can't wait to pop open a bottle at home soon!

I was looking for a specific Armenian wine that I couldnt find in Santa Barbara or SYV, and I had a Paso trip planned. I was happy to have found it at this store by searching the website. I called the day before and asked about purchasing online and picking up. They said no problem, they will pull and hold for me. The next day I stopped by and asked for the hold. A very rude lady accused me of always holdng items and not picking up (short, short hair). She said my name quite loudly. She said "let's be honest here Lisa, you have done this before". I had never been to this store or asked for wine to be held prior to this. Others in my party left and would not purchase because of this behavior. It was embarrassing. The other staff were very nice and helpful.
