I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

Casey had great communication, keeping us updated with the days and times that trades were coming, and they showed up when they were supposed to. The crews were not only courteous but also remarkably efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner, allowing us to enjoy our beautiful pool sooner than we expected. The quality of the resurfacing work is commendable, and it has truly revitalized the appearance of our pool. We did encounter some issues with the tile work which the team was quick to address and resolve. The lack of instruction on the new equipment installed was a bit of a drawback. We would have appreciated someone with knowledge of the equipment to go over the system once it was complete, as we had a few issues that took several attempts to get corrected. They would have also noticed the amount of air in the system and helped to resolve the issue that we are now having to address.
