Really appreciated the sales associate that helped me out today.. so friendly, I even signed up for a credit card. I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory for work clothes and I still prefer those stores over Loft, but I felt that this location was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't over-crowded at all. The fitting rooms were spacious too.

We stopped into a few stores, but weren't overly impressed with the deals and selection at many of them. It was still fun to shop around though. There's a good variety of stores from Nike and Adidas, to Hot Topic, gaming stores, a coffee shop, perfume, options for kids and more. I like that they bring in local options that add variety to the shopping and dining. I would go back if I had time to kill in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit specifically for the outlets.

It's her last dance after all . She tried on so many but when she tried her dress it was such an obvious choice it was absolutely stunning. The associates were friendly and very helpful. The dress was a little more out of my price range but it was worth every dollar.

The cashier called a manager up and he was young and African American. He had such good skills that I observed, then lisa try to intercept the Situation and question the customer and talk down to her. She also had a stack of stuff she was buying. Unfortunately the crappy manager lisa Soto helped me instead of the nice young manager that had way better people skills that meet nordstrom standards. Please choose better leadership to keep nordstrom reputation and a high standard.

This store gave me the same vibes I get when we are at the San Francisco store. It was kept very organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in for one pair of jeans. Next thing you know. I am telling my wife to bring my son over as well. 6 items later we are leaving. I couldn't have been happier. The 7th item is being shipped. They didn't have any hesitation getting the items we needed sent to us. I think we spoke to 4-5 different employees. As they were all waiting to help. The Manager Rick(?) was even there and helping people from the register to the dressing rooms. The staff seemed to really enjoy being there. The store has great pricing. Great organization and are eager to help you find what you want. Even if it needs to be ordered online.

Me and my poor eyes don't have to squint to read the fine print or even make use of my glasses. There's the odd item on the floor left behind by uncaring or reckless customers...especially on busy days, so a bit of care should be exercised when walking the aisles. The place does get crowded, especially on the weekends. Parking feels a bit limited, but of course, a public lot is never under the store's control. The price is reasonable. And the staff, if on hand, are very helpful...trying to be cheerful on crowded, busy days. There's a lot to see, so be prepared to spend an hour or more during your visit. Not a bad place to spend your time...and money.

Crazy but true. And it might be basic, but I love The Gap. Solid construction, soft fabrics, lots of cotton. If you're having "power surges" aka hot flashes it is so important to have breathable fabric, am I right? Today I stopped at the outlet to see what was on the racks. You have to walk a ways so be prepared. Those who use mobility aids need to be aware of the cobblestone like streets that abut the sidewalks leading to your destination. The accessibility of the mall could use some improvement. There are no restrooms in stores in the outlet, but I've had the unfortunate experience of using the public facilities here and 109% do not recommend. Isolated, remote, creepy. However, on to the Gap here. They have had a nice refresh/remodel since I was here a couple years ago, but I was a bit lost at first. The new light and bright dressing rooms are an asset. Staff circulating on the sales floor were helpful and asked if I needed help or a tote to carry my try-ons several times. I tried on about 12 items and hit success with 4 so, a nice 33.3% success rate. I hit the jackpot in their clearance racks- snagged a beautiful gauze summer dress, a sky blue blue button down, a western- type denim shirt with snaps, and a super soft ringer T for a mere $4. The total with tax came to $80. They have ample seasonal selections for women, kids, and men. They also have deep discounts on non seasonal items- I saw some adorable trench and puffer coats so keep your eyes out. They offer a good selection in extended sizes- I wear an XL or XXL and they always gave ample offerings, not an afterthought. Check-out was smooth. Overall a fun little trip to get some new favorites. I don't know if they'll last as long as the raincoat from the 80's, but here's hoping!
