I have come to the Folsom Outlets many times. My daughter wanted some jeans so today we came into the Levi store. I was so impressed by the store. I usually think of the stores at the outlets to be disorganized and not a great representation of the brand. I was wrong. This store gave me the same vibes I get when we are at the San Francisco store. It was kept very organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went in for one pair of jeans. Next thing you know. I am telling my wife to bring my son over as well. 6 items later we are leaving. I couldn't have been happier. The 7th item is being shipped. They didn't have any hesitation getting the items we needed sent to us. I think we spoke to 4-5 different employees. As they were all waiting to help. The Manager Rick(?) was even there and helping people from the register to the dressing rooms. The staff seemed to really enjoy being there. The store has great pricing. Great organization and are eager to help you find what you want. Even if it needs to be ordered online. read more

Levi's Outlet Store is almost in every outlet mall I have shopped before. Some are more prominent, some older. This one in Folsom Premium Outputs is one of the Levi's Outlet Stores I like. The size of this store is not the biggest. But the store is well organized, and the salespersons here are more attentive. It has the same items as all the Levi's Outlet Stores carried. But the store layout is better. I can find the jeans or jackets I am looking for much easier in this store. The prices are slightly lower than the retail and development stores. But it is the exact items you can get at the retail stores. I love shopping in this store. It is less crowded here compared to the other store. read more

My husband had purchased 3 jeans online and one of the jeans was the wrong size. No biggie, we figure we just go to our local outlet and exchange/return. My husband was informed that since he took the tag off he could not return. Not a problem, we understand and respect companies' return policies. I've worked in retail, I get it. But don't go as far as insulting a customer saying out loud "the item smells like gas". No it did not. That was rude and embarrassing. That was a comment this manager could have kept to herself. Please retrain your manager on how to conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with customers. This was our first time visiting this location. Even though the manager was unpleasant, one of the floor reps was polite. We did end up purchasing some shirts thanks to the kindness of this young lady. read more

The staff at this location were really helpful and nice. Great customer service and jeans. I came in needing to exchange a couple items and they were really helpful with taking the time to look up what is available in various styles in store and online while offering to order and have it shipped if available online. I was able to find some good replacements in another style so despite some sizes/styles selling out pretty quick in general, they still have a pretty good selection and the store was kept really organized and clean so it's easy to find what you need. read more

Now why would I want to pay $74 for one pair or $110 for two when I can get one pair for $42 including tax from amazon or two pair for $85.78?!! The workers here have to be some of the nicest people working retail I have very encountered, especially during the holiday season. We came in shopping for my hubby because he had town his favorite 505's. While he was doing that I went straight to the clearance area and found a dope hybrid jacket which was top half camo anorak and bottom half black jean jacket. It was love at first site! After trying it on, in their super clean fitting rooms, I had to have this jacket. I brought up to the gal working the register for price check and after seeing that it was originally $148 but was ringing up for $20 ... it was meant for me, I meant to be *wink! I just felt this was a straight up overall good experience and highly recommend this store if you're looking for some good denim jeans. *Be careful with the bathroom door knobs. Knock to make sure no one is inside or give the knobs a few gentle turns. If you're using the bathroom, make sure you completely lock it. read more

Came in tried to talk to the manager and I was told by the 2 employees in the front "we're here you don't need the manager". Manager I spoke to specifically talked to told me to ask for her. Same employees that caused the issue were there again and refused to get the manager. Unfortunately, I don't have anything new to add to any of the previous reviews... When I walked in on a Monday in May it appeared that there were two employees working, but neither of them acknowledged me with a "Welcome" or "Do you need help with anything today" type of statement. They could have been employees or they could've been super duper friendly customers. While walking around I noticed that the store is super clean and organized (helps when you don't have any customers). The selection of jeans is huge as you would expect, but I don't think they carry all the current "fashionable" items. I just noticed that the style of jeans seems a bit more subdued and conservative than the Levi's I see at Macy's. But then again, I could be wrong. Last, but not least, the prices don't reflect the "outlet" experience. I expected the prices to be low, but sure didn't notice any deals. I'm sure if I searched high and low ('cause the employees were suuuper helpful) I could've found the "sale" section, but I left and found a better deal at Macy's. read more

I came here to look for a new style of jeans since my husband said I needed tighter jeans. So I came in and Melissa who was working on the floor was so very helpful! Sadly, our family suffered the loss... the loss of my 15 year old 505's! Everyone has "that pair of jeans" ... those were mine! When I walked in the manager saw that I had a return to make and visually sighed and said "Oh my God, so many returns" It's the day after Christmas, why they wouldn't be better equipped is beyond me. Went in today to just get a couple pairs of pants and was brought to a card only register. I had a gift card and debit. The gift card went through and then the transaction froze so the cashier had call IT. IT could not get the transaction to work and suggested trying another device to proceed with the transaction. Now my gift card would not work on this transaction cause it was used on the other transaction. After about 30 minutes they took me up to one of the registers at their desk and told me I would have to pay the full amount on debit as the gift card funds would not be returned for a few days. I went into the store today with my son to get him some new Levi's. The employees there are so friendly, they greeted us at the door, asked us if we needed any help. Then we found Siggy he was a god send, my son always wore 540's and he recently lost a lot of weight. Unsure of what style would look good. Siggy came to the rescue. He brought us different styles and colors to choose from. He was so knowledgeable about the Levi's styles. My son liked what Siggy was wearing, and that's what he brought us. A pair of grey 514 Levi's I went and got the button-up that Siggy was wearing also. We ended buying 4 pairs of 514 Levi's in different colors, the button-up and a white thermal sweater.We had such a great experience shopping at this store. I don't find buying jeans to be easy, but at Levi's it was painless. All the staff were very nice and go out of their way to help you find your size. I would definitely recommend that you try each pair of jeans on before purchasing even if they are the same style but a different color. They can vary in how they fit. HORRIBLE selection. Anything even remotely cool is on clearance with no "popular" sizes left. Their selection is mostly compiled of JUST 501's. BLAH Horribly small selection of 510 skinny's or even 514 straight relaxed. NO 510 super skinny. The 511's are also getting baggier and baggier or this outlet sells SHIT ass factory throwouts. all three I bought same size, different washes all fit loose as hell compared to the 511's I replaced them with. read more

I went in to find some capris and shorts. They had a wide variety of shorts and capris, but they were in women's and they only had a few styles in my size, which is understandable. The girl who helped us was great. She helped me find some bermudas that actually fit and a great mini skirt. I will be back! read more

I've been in this store several times, mostly to return online orders that didn't work for me. Had a pair of Levi 501's w/o a receipt and they gave me a credit which was fine by me since I was wating for the new 501 CT womens jeans to arrive. It took a while and after calling several times they told me the new jeans had just arrived, they were always very friendly on the phone. As soon as I heard they had the 501CT jeans I went right to the store and was greeted when I entered. There were 3 employees working and they directed me to the jeans I wanted and were helpful in pulling sizes for me. I was thrilled to try this new style on, much more flattering then the orignal 501 jeans that do nothing for me fit wise. I tried on 3 pairs and they were helpful with which size was best. The best part is these jeans are $98 online at Levi and $49.99 in store, if you buy two pairs the price drops to $39.99 a pair. I find the prices here much cheaper. My husband loves the mens 505 jeans which are priced the same as the 501 CT jeans. I'll be back to buy all his jeans. Compare the prices at kohls where are so much higher, this is the place to find Levi basic jeans. As far as the rest of the clothing selction it's pretty basic, I'm sure most people just stick to the Levi jean they like best. read more

Macy's, Sears, Amazon, Kohl's etc are all cheaper for jeans unless you want to buy two of everything. Then the price drops to what the other people charge.
