You are greeted by the employees when you walk inside the store with a smile. The store is well organized. When you walk into the store, to the front of you, they have a display of an outfit inspired by the season followed by designer denim jeans, intimate wear and shoes sizes ranging from 5-6.5. Then you have two rounds showcasing activewear and vintage/premium designer brands handpicked by the employees. To the right of the store, you have a glass display of jewelry and premium designer purses all along the wall which are color coded. The dresses and evening wear are also along this wall. It would be nice to have these color coded but they have them neatly arranged by size. To your left side, you will find quality denim jeans, pants, skirts and shorts along with shoe sizes ranging from 9+. Color coding these sections would enhance visual appeal also but they are neatly organized by sizes from 00-18+. In the middle you will find three straight rails organized by size (S, M and L/XL) and by color along with shoe sizes from 7-9. In the back you will find two round that have their monthly discounts of fifty percent off! Deals! I love a good treasure hunt! They have four fitting rooms and one big enough to accommodate mothers with strollers and those who need special needs such as walker, wheelchair, or scooter bound individuals. You will find accessories such as scarfs and belts along the back wall and a great assortment of bags sprinkled around the store. So, if you love to find great deals on second hand items then this is the store for you! Be sure to come early if you are doing walk in consignments promptly by 10:00am because they close for walk-ins pretty fast! It might end within 20 minutes of opening! So, if you are driving more than 20 minutes then you might want to give them a call first and ask if they are still taking walk-ins or request if they can save you a spot! You might get lucky! I'm a person that washes my clothes after every wash and I still have the first sweater I bought from them in 2013, it still looks amazing and has not faded a bit. I was in need of a new measuring tape, bobby pins, and scissors. So instead of ordering off the internet from the rain forest I drove to Meissner. A real brick n mortar shop staffed with real people (not a Bot) within the community. It was my first time at this location. The shop was clean and organized. It had a ton of sewing machines ranging from $200 beginner models to several thousand dollar versions that self embroidery, run automatically by preprogramming. Fancy! They also had a wall of notions and a section selling fabric. The staff working were awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Farah even told me about their classes that they offer onsite. They have classes on how to use certain models of sewing machines besides their sewing, quilting. and embroidery classes. So many classes offered; ranging not only on topic but skill levels. They even have a class that will introduce you to the basics on using your sewing machine. No judgements. The sewing machine doesn't have to be bought from them, if it is then the class is free. They aren't open on Sundays. And I recall the shop doesn't stay open particularly late.
