I eyed this Daiso when I dropped on by Ono Hawaiian for dinner. They are across the parking lot from each other. After I ate, I beelined it over to Daiso. It was my first ever visit to this Daiso. That was a couple of months ago. I have been back several times since. They have a full inventory of of an average Daiso shop. For folks unfamiliar with Daiso, it is the Japanese version of the American $Tree and other like discount shops. Most items sell for $1.75 and nothing more than $5. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. But what sets them apart is that Daiso sells inexpensive Sanrio themed items. Things like mini pouches, mugs, cups, hair clips, stationary, cupcake paper cups... and so on with characters of Hangyodon, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, My Melody, Hello Kitty, and the gang. Last weekend, it was warm in there. The outside temp was in the 90s. It was so muggy, I needed to cut my trip short. I bought a short handle broom and sweeping pan that snap into each other. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier if something was wrong with the air conditioning. She said it was turned on. She too must be overheated. I hope that they get the AC up and running to cool at a lower temp. The summer heat is upon us. read more

I was thrilled when Daiso opened a store locally! We had been going to the one up in Roseville Galleria. Daisy has a lot of fun and unique products. Our favorites are the snacks from Japan and other Asian countries, the stationery and seasonal decor, and the inventive kitchen tools and storage solutions. Most things are about $2 or so, some less. Even the stuffed animals are affordable even for large ones for $6-8. There is a great selection of pens and mechanical pencils and crafting supplies. read more

Tons of cute items and such a variety as well. Stickers, erasers, markers, art supplies, sewing supplies, crotchet supplies, kitchen items, slippers, hair items and snacks, stuffed animals and so much more. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service, the young woman that assisted me did not greet me when I entered and looked miserable, zero smile, zero personality, didn't even say thank you for shopping here at Daiso at the end, you could tell she hates being there, no one needs a grumpy, emo, depressed cashier now! Change that up! The store is clean and not massive, but a good size with good inventory. Items are super affordable. If you have kids or need gift ideas, great store for that especially if they are crafty! read more

Ah, another Daiso! Great addition in Rancho Cordova as the next nearest ones are in Natomas and in South Sac near the I-5. For those who aren't in the know, Daiso is a Japanese store with most things being priced at $1.75 (used to be $1.25 a few years back.....times sure have changed). Lots of different types of items here: kitchenware, stationery, gardening, etc. There's also a dedicated section for Japanese snacks, drinks, and candies. As of December, the front of the store has an area of Christmas-themed items (super cute stuff; I ended up getting a Christmas-themed washi tape to help decorate gift tags). Definitely check out this store if you're curious (or if you're like me and haven't been to a Daiso in a long time)! Many goodies that won't hurt your wallet much. :) read more

Pretty good size Daiso in my opinion! They have all kinds of wonderful things here including stationary, decorations, home decor, kitchen items, seasonal items and more! The individual working there was very kind and helpful when we had questions - he was prompt and friendly! The store is well stocked, clean and colorful. I definitely always feel overwhelmed when I go to Daiso. I can easily spend $$$$ here but need to be task oriented otherwise I would go down a deep dark Daiso rabbit hole. Parking here is easy here, love that they have wonderful goodies here for gifts and parties as well. The Asian snacks and candies make it a wonderful little visit for my kids too! Thursday, 8/10/2023 - Went to Daiso in Rancho Cordova tonight. Address is 10823 Olson Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. I like this store. Staffs are nice. There were 2 of them. They were very quiet and gentle. Store is clean and very organized. Lots of items to buy. Affordable. There's household stuff, stuff for the yard, toys, stickers, office stuff, electronic stuff, snacks, etc. They have a no refund policy. So make sure what you want, you won't take back. There were plenty of parking. It's quiet every time we go here. No lines. We just walk in, grab the stuff we want, and go right up to the counter to pay. So easy and so fast. Go support the store. We need them there! :D I go here a lot. Lol. I have never had a bad experience here. Go check them out. read more

Daiso is opening many new stores in the Sacramento area. This one at Rancho Cordova is one of the new stores that opened recently. This Daiso is not very big. Some items were unavailable when I visited the store a couple of weeks ago. The self-checkouts are still not working at the time! The store is brand new, and the employees are very friendly. I like to check out the Diaso stores when I see them. It is nice they have opened this new store in Rancho Cordova. read more

This location is decent. Luckily the few times I've been here they had some items I was actually searching for! As for other items it's pretty standard. The staff are friendly and are very helpful. Layout is a bit different from the other Daisos I frequent. They don't often have new items compared to the other store but they do carry a few new items. read more

Went here on opening day today. Excellent selection of Japanese knick knacks, holiday decor, kitchenware, makeup, home items, storage and containers, and Asian snacks. Everything is under $2 unless otherwise listed on items. Friendly staff. This store is a great addition to the shopping center. Bigger than the Roseville Galleria Daiso location. There are so many things here that will help organize your life and make things easier for you. Can easily spend a long time here examining each item to see if you need it. For me, you can find a lot of unique and interesting items that you wouldn't usually find at a Dollar Store, Walmart or Target for example. Love Daiso stores. read more

This place was super nice and cozy, it had a lot of really cool dish ware that I found the most interesting. Me and partner purchased a garlic crusher and a cast iron skillet specifically made for eggs! We use both appliances everyday and they work wonders. Went to this Daiso because I was looking for a specific wash cloth. Found it and then some! You walk in and you are greeted at the door by a sweet girl waiting to ring your items at the register. Some ladies are on the floor stocking shelves and rearranging and making plans to bring other items out. It's clean and well lit inside. Tons of items to look at and even snacks and drinks to buy and things you didn't know you even needed! I love Daiso.
