She was sweet, professional, and just compassionate to all her customers who came through her line. Came in this store on 2/13/26 with my beautiful wife, located on Olsen Drive in Rancho Cordova. First thing we both did was to use the restroom and from my experience, it was pretty bad. No toilet paper in any stalls and no soap in any dispensers. I did what I could... then when shopping for the goods, found the best toothbrush ever: say "avada kedavra" to the cavities and plaque building in my mouth! This place is a dump. Came in to get basic makeup wipes not selling the up brand apparently here to get a decent deal. Used the restroom and was startled when the whole seat moved. Got up realized the seat was broken. Other roomstalls were gross , not being maintained just nasty. This store reminds me of the filth that party city restrooms were like. read more

Where do I start when reviwing this "train wreck of a Target?" First of all, the positive....it was clean. And now the negatives. Let's start by saying that apparently no one works at this Target except for a really annoying and aggressive AT and T guy trying to sell me internet. He was extremely pushy and I'm now considering dropping my AT and T altogether because of him. He should absolutely be fired for his aggressive tactics! And to make matters worse, he was the only employee in half the store. I kept trying to contact someone to get an item out of a case for me since a large portion is locked behind plexiglass. After 5 minutes of no one coming, we had to hunt all over the store for someone. We finally found 3 workers huddled together and chatting with each other. One of them said she would be right there to help but she never showed up. Absolutely unbelievable! I stopped shopping at Target years ago and this store has reiterated why I need not come back...ever! I will never purchase another product from Target. I shouldn't be accosted by an AT and T salesperson, have to walk all.over the store to find someone to help me and then be completely ignored once I found someone! I like shopping at target! This target is usually pretty well stocked. At one point, this place was the only self care I got during the week! What's not to love about grabbing a Starbucks and shopping! I like that you can grab all the essentials in one place. This is where I would shop for infant formula and it wasn't locked up like other stores! Minus one star due to the surroundings --the parking lot could be sketchy at times. read more

Check the expiration dates. I don't know how many times we have bought expired food products. Sometimes the seals to certain food are partially opened- happened with the condiments we've purchased-double check your food for expiration dates and seals. read more

My husband picked up a few things yesterday since it was convenient but we don't shop here much anymore. Of course he picks up half and half, doesn't look at the date. Target, what can I say? They really have everything you need in one stop, from a convenient Starbucks to give you that extra boost of energy while you shop till you drop, groceries, electronics, fashion, makeup, toys etc! I've visited this location a couple times now, including on Saturday and my boyfriend and I love their brand name deals and convenient location! I would highly recommend this location, we'll continue to shop here, especially during Christmas time! I always thought they have the best gift options for anyone on your list! We were in the area so I decided to purchase our groceries for dinner here. Not a great idea. We bought two packs of chicken thighs along with some other products. When we got home, I started cooking immediately. The first pack of chicken didn't smell the best and I questioned it but the expiration date was days away so I washed the thighs in ACV and water. When I opened the second pack of chicken, WHOA BUDDY!! The rancid smell filled our kitchen and living room. My husband immediately called to speak to someone at Target since it would be a few days before we could get back there. Every option we chose to speak to someone hung up the phone. We called multiple times and from multiple phones with the same outcome. Because we couldn't get back to the store, we believe we lost out on our hard earned $5. My family always has this store as our go-to place for toiletries mainly. But this location is also good for a lot more things...like groceries, electronics, home supplies, sporting goods, clothing and even to fill your prescription medicine. Sp much variety in one location...if you have something you need, they will probably have it. And the quality of their clientele is a lot more levels above the big box store nearby. I'd rather be doing my shopping here... There are times when you need help or have a question with an item. There's a few staff members around that you can stop to ask. But a few of them are not that well experienced with the store layout. But they do ask another experienced staff member available. This store is always clean and the aisles are always clear of items on the floor. The price is sometimes a little above what you'd expect, but during these times, a lot of stores have already been hiking their prices, so I guess they're just joining the club... read more

You can still pick thing off the shelf, unlike others that have everything behind plastic. I was suprized how much inflation hit their durable stock. I check Mountain Dew and if or how much for Onion Chive Cream Cheese and Onion Bagels. This tells me if they are gouging or not as they all pay the same from major suppliers. I was a food broker and just could not justify some of the prices in Target being as bad as Food Outlet and other local so-called box stores wannabes. If they sell 24 packs of Dew for under 6.00 and have Onion Bagles for under 4.00 for 6 in a bag then most in the store just need good expiration dates as some are past due. Corperate earning are through the roof and can no longer blame it on Gas! Pure greed. Would not want to be in the shoes of a Mother feeding a family. Bargain markets often scan items twice to which Target would never do. read more

Nice Target with some really nasty customers. The store is relatively clean and well organized. They had what I wanted, and the price was right. But the store is frequent it by some serious anti-maskers. Despite the stores effort to get customers to wear masks, many wear them improperly. I enjoyed watching the checker douse the entire check stand in alcohol after a filthy anti-masker family came through with their masks on their chin and up on their forehead. read more

Lets be real this is going to be generic as all get out. It's Target, they have everything you could need and 5 things you didn't know you needed ready to go at all times. This location staff is friendly, the store is very clean and the keep a pretty good back stock on mostly everything you need and expect from a Target store. Rarely have I had a bad experience at this location, even when I am being a pest and price matching something from Amazon or another retailer. Their price match is super helpful and somewhat of an unknown perk, so use it! Ricky is a manager who works mainly days and he is super friendly, helpful and a great resource when you need something taken care of, if you see him running around, he is the guy to ask when things are in need of fixing.. If you don't know who Ricky is, look for the short manager with shoe game on Point at every turn. read more

I HATE this target, and that's a lot coming from me since I am a target regular. Whenever I come here, the shelves are never fully stocked, and I even try coming on different days of the week hoping they will actually have basic grocery items (no chicken breast ever?!). Also, there have been multiple times where they have sold expired dairy products, and then I always have to come back and return it. It is terrible having to come to this target more than I need to. If you need a target to go to, I suggest the bigger and better one in Citrus Heights. They are always well stocked and have better options than this location. read more

Did a pick up order and was missing more than half of my order. Didn't realized until I made it home since they were placed in my truck. When I called it was unclear what happened and where my items were. Once I returned I lost track of how long I was waiting for the rest of my purchase. i waited two other cars came and went. I've been let down a few times by this Target location's inventory. Each of the last few times I've come in, they don't stock the things I need. This seems to be the trend with the Sacramento Target locations I've been to in the past twelve months. In another occurrence, they had what I needed in stock, but the shelves were empty of them and I had to ask someone to get a package from the back. Not how anyone wants to spend their time - customer nor employees. It's inefficient. If you are looking for: *Shout Color Catcher sheets; *Playtex Living Gloves with DripCatch Cuff (the awesome purple gloves); or *cold beer, do not come here. Right on target. On June 15, we were in and we were out. We got what we wanted in a jiffy for a three year old birthday. The children section has plenty of selection. Good one too. Reasonable price. They all seem miserable and rude, there was several occasions where I couldn't find something and would ask different employees and they either had an attitude or knew absolutely nothing. Looked around for an employee and found someone who looked like they were very busy with another task. His name was Kwame and we asked if there was another one in the back. I had to return a large bag of dog food that I ordered months ago that my picky dog wouldn't eat. I couldn't return it sooner because I was in the hospital battling cancer for six months. The Customer Service Representative behind the Returns Counter/Customer Service, I think her name was Jayline(sorry I don't know the exact spelling) but, she was completely professional and understanding and gave me a store credit even though my purchase showed up on the app that it was not eligible for return(because the time expired.
